This article presents a methodology for training process improvement using process management and a systemic approach to training on the production company example. There is explicated the training process improvement systematically. Concretely, there is identified and presented existing training process (by BPMN graphic language), it is analyzed its appropriateness/efficacy (by experience, customer complaints, and questionnaire method), also are explained supportive measures for operative monitoring and new training process control. Offered methodology for training process improvement can be used in all companies where continuous training processes for new employees are needed. Using process solution this study resolved three research problems and validated three hypotheses: a) customer complaint level, skill level, and satisfaction after training process was not optimal; b) training process is redesigned according to defined weaknesses of the existing training process and according to systemic training approach; c) supporting tools to the new training process are new operative systems of evidence, evaluation, and control. In such a manner it is created a model with training target outcomes (high quality of skills after training process in sense of speed and quality of working performance) by which are generated the presumptions for efficacy improvement on the level of production workers and a production company.

The educative experience of people with disability leads the inter­na­tio­nal debate towards the value of inclusive learning contexts. Nonetheless, the theoretical and methodological principles of an inclusive education approach have to be outlined. Data collected using explorative questionnaires during a five-years survey in an Italian region's schools show a slow evolution of the scholastic context. From the perspective of Special Pedagogy, the qualitative investigation on three macro-dimensions (the diversity perception, the didactic and methodological means, the wellbeing of pupils) reveals an emerging development of solid awareness among teachers. Findings confirm that the inclusion processes at school are attainable only throughout a series of clear methodological elements: 1) a valorising attitude towards diversity; 2) an orienting learning process; 3) a plural and flexible use of both methodologies and strategies; 4) a collaborative work environment; 5) a continuous training process; 6) a deontological approach. These are the principles that allow teachers to support each student in the manifold itineraries of identity fulfilment, encouraging pupils to express their needs and to develop their abilities in a welcoming and participative context.

Subject. This article explores the basic elements of the engineering infrastructure of smart cities. Objectives. The article aims to systematize theoretical descriptions of the engineering infrastructure of a smart city. Methods. For the study, we used a logical analysis and systematization. Results. The article highlights the main areas of infrastructure development of smart cities. Conclusions. Improving process management mechanisms, optimizing urban infrastructure, increasing the use of digital technologies, and developing socio-economic innovation improve the quality of the urban environment in a digitalized environment. And improving the efficiency of urban planning and security, studying its properties and characteristics, and forming an effective urban information system lead to its functional transformations.

Subject. This article deals with the issues of determining the level of financial literacy of the population of the Tyva Republic. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the level of financial literacy of the population of the Tyva Republic and identify factors that cause the financial illiteracy rates. Methods. For the study, we used a questionnaire method within a sociological survey. Results. The article presents results of the sociological survey of respondents and highlights the main reasons for the financial illiteracy of the majority of the population of the Tyva Republic. Conclusions. The results obtained can be taken into account when developing the area's socio-economic development programmes improving the quality of life of the population.

This study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction with the service of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the response of the PLN Kediri Kota in dealing with customer complaints. This research was conducted in the work area of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. The research time was on March 18, 2017 to March 24, 2017. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to PLN Rayon Kediri Kota customers who come to the payment counter. and PLN District Kediri City services. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service conducted by PLN District Kediri Kota is sufficient to satisfy its customers, as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire that has been conducted on 100 respondents of PLN Rayon Kediri City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui respons pihak PLN Kediri Kota dalam menghadapi keluhan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 18 Maret 2017 sampai dengan 24 Maret 2017. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner terhadap pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota yang datang ke loket pembayaran dan pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PLN Rayon Kediri Kota sudah cukup memuaskan pelanggannya terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner yang telah dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PLN Rayon Kediri Kota.

Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in thetraining process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotesdevelopment of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.

In the value chain it is important to keep in mind the core business of the company, since it depends largely on the competitiveness of the company and its overall performance, bearing in mind that all business indicators depend on it. In this work we will study the washing process within the company WASH CONTAINERS SA DE CV, to improve the washing processes and in this way reduce times and movements in the process leading the company to reduce costs considerably within the operations company daily, having a more competitive operation and with greater profit margin in its business process. Goals: It Improve the logistics of the movement of containers for washing and with it the core business of the company. Methodology: The action research will be applied applying Business Process Management for the improvement of processes in situ, it will be developed in a certain period of time and with that it will establish an improvement projection. Contribution: The improvement of the times for the disposal of the containers and their subsequent use, allows a better competitiveness and with it the income of the company, on the other hand, the transport companies improve in performance in quantity, quality of disposition and with it their income.

The Taguchi capability index, which reflects the expected loss and the yield of a process, is a useful index for evaluating the quality of a process. Several scholars have proposed a process improvement capability index based on the expected value of the Taguchi loss function as well as the corresponding cost of process improvement. There have been a number of studies using the Taguchi capability index to develop suppliers’ process quality evaluation models, whereas models for evaluating suppliers’ process improvement potential have been relatively lacking. Thus, this study applies the process improvement capability index to develop an evaluation model of the supplier’s process improvement capability, which can be provided to the industry for application. Besides, owing to the current need to respond quickly, coupled with cost considerations and the limits of technical capabilities, the sample size for sampling testing is usually not large. Consequently, the evaluation model of the process improvement capability developed in this study adopts a fuzzy testing method based on the confidence interval. This method reduces the risk of misjudgment due to sampling errors and improves the testing accuracy because it can incorporate experts and their accumulated experiences.

Abstract Background Persons with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) often have reduced aerobic capacity and report fatigue as the most disabling symptom impacting their health-related quality of life (HRQoL). A multidisciplinary rehabilitation approach is recommended for successful management of symptoms, although there is little supporting evidence. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of a multimodal therapy approach, including endurance training and patient education, during a three-week inpatient rehabilitation stay, on HRQoL in PwMS at six months follow-up. Inpatient energy management education (IEME) + high-intensity interval training (HIIT) will be compared with progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) + moderate continuous training (MCT). Methods This study has a two-armed single-blind randomized controlled superiority trial design. One hundred six PwMS-related fatigue (relapsing-remitting or chronic progressive phenotypes; Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) ≤ 6.5) will be recruited at the Valens clinic, Switzerland, and randomized into either an experimental (EG) or a control group (CG). EG: participants will perform IEME twice and HIIT three times per week during the three-week rehabilitation stay. IEME is a group-based intervention, lasting for 6.5 h over three weeks. HIIT contains of five 1.5-min high-intensive exercise bouts on a cycle ergometer at 95–100% of peak heart rate (HRpeak), followed by active breaks of unloaded pedalling for 2 min to achieve 60% of HRpeak. CG: participants will perform PMR twice and MCT three times per week during the three-week rehabilitation stay, representing local usual care. PMR consists of six 1-h relaxation group sessions. MCT consists of 24-min continuous cycling at 65% of HRpeak. The primary outcome is HRQoL (Physical and Mental Component Summaries of the Medical Outcome Study 36-item Short Form Health Survey; SF-36), measured at entry to the clinic (baseline, T0), three weeks after T0 (T1) and at four (T2) and six (T3) months after T0. Secondary outcomes comprise cardiorespiratory fitness, inflammatory markers (measured at T0 and T1), fatigue, mood, self-efficacy, occupational performance, physical activity (measured at T0, T1, T2 and T3) and behaviour changes in energy management (measured at T2 and T3). Discussion This study will provide detailed information on a multimodal therapy approach to further improve rehabilitation for PwMS. Trial registration This trial was prospectively registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04356248; 22 April 2020).

The goal of this work is to present and explain the differences between internal and external digitisation process instances in the Croatian Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices. The study is to share lessons learned from Agency's digitisation practice, discuss the applicability of these process instances, and demonstrate ways of evaluating digitisation and accompanying capabilities. The Agency started with digitisation in 2013, and the program ran for four annual cycles. The Agency also established its internal process in 2016. For establishing it, the authors have used business process management methods - interviews, analysis and modelling. For constant process improvement, the authors use capability/maturity modelling methods, focused on the quality component, particular issues and preservation of results.
