Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in thetraining process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotesdevelopment of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.

Research goal: the research is aimed at the theoretical substantiation of the application of virtual reality technology simulators and their features in higher maritime educational institutions. Research objectives: to determine the role and place of simulation technology in the educational process in the training of future ship navigators in order to form the professional competence of navigation. Object of research: professional training of future ship navigators in higher maritime educational institutions. Subject of research: simulation technologies of virtual reality as a component of the educational process at higher educational maritime establishments. Research methods used: theoretical methods containing the analysis of scientific sources; empirical methods involving study and observation of the educational process. Research results: the analysis of scientific publications allows to define the concept of virtual reality simulators, their application in the training of future navigators, their use for assessing the acquired professional competence of navigation. Main conclusions: introduction of simulation technologies of virtual reality in the educational process in higher maritime educational institutions increases the efficiency of education, promotes the development of professional thinking of students, enhances the quality of professional competence development.

The purpose of the study is to highlight the potential and the prospects of using the augmented reality in the mathematical education for foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities. Objectives of the study: to determine the peculiarities of the virtualization of the training of foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities, as well as the possibilities of using the technology of complementary reality in the teaching of mathematics. Object of research: a virtually oriented educational environment of foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities. Subject of research: virtualization of learning with the augmented reality of mathematical education of foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities. Used research methods: theoretical — analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical-study, observation of the educational process. Results of the research: on the basis of the analysis of scientific publications, the notion of virtualization of education and the virtually oriented educational environment of foreign students at the preparatory departments of higher educational institutions is described. The main conclusions and recommendations: 1) the article outlines the possibilities and prospects of using the augmented reality in the mathematical education for foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities; 2) the considering the various targets of mobileapplications, which are used in solving mathematical problems, as well as analysis of the characteristics of various practical achievements of using the augmented reality in the mathematical preparation for foreign students at the preparatory departments of universities, it is planned to devote a separate work.

Popel M.V. and Shyshkina M.P. The Cloud Technologies and Augmented Reality: the Prospects of Use. The article discusses the prospects of the augmented reality using as a component of a cloud-based environment. The research goals are the next: to explore the possibility of the augmented reality using with the  involvement of the cloud-based environment components. The research objectives are the next: to consider the notion of augmented reality; to analyze the experience the augmented reality using within the  cloud environment / system; to outline the prospects of the augmented reality using in educational institutions; to consider the technical conditions of the augmented reality use. The object of research is: the  educational process in educational institutions of Ukraine of different levels of accreditation. The subject of research is: the educational process in a cloud-based environment in educational institutions of Ukraine.The research methods used are the next: analysis of scientific publications, observations. The results of the research are the next: on the basis of the analysis of scientific works, it has been established that the experience of the augmented reality using in the systems based on cloud technologies already exists. However, the success of such a combination has not yet been proven. Currently, laboratory tests are known, while the experiment was not carried out under natural conditions in control and experimental groups. It is revealed that the attraction of the augmented reality for the educators requires the development of new methodologies, didactic materials, updating and updating of the curriculum. The main conclusions and recommendations: the main principles of augmented reality use in the learning process are: designingof the environment that is flexible enough, attention should be paid to the teaching and didactic issues; adjusting the educational content for mastering the material provided by the curriculum; the research methods that can be used in training along with the elements of augmented reality are to be elaborated; development of adaptive materials; training of teachers, which will include augmented reality in educational practice.

The education based on simulation is an educationalstrategy where students learn from their errors, developing skills, knowledge, competences,etc. in a controlled environment. During the process of teaching by simulation, it is necessaryto execute various types of assessments (diagnostic, summative, formative) in order tomake adjustments or changes in the educational process of the students, therefore identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. With the simulation, different processes can be taught, like interprofessionalism and collaborative work. Nowadays, there is a major concern for added safety and the quality of care for the patients and their families. Therefore, a WHO study group determined the basic interprofessional competences, and has been given the task of disseminating and promoting interprofessional education. Some educational institutions in the US, Canada and Europe have integrated interprofessional and collaborative work in simulation practices. All the activity by simulation must be evaluated in order to provide feedback to the participants and establish improvement strategies. The assessment of the interprofessional work focuses on the evaluation of common skills and competencies among various health professionals.

Augmented reality is a technology that is part of the development of the multimedia world that brings many ideas in various fields of promotion is no exception. The idea of using augmented reality in promotional media (brochures) that aims to improve the quality of information that is applied to the android platform one of them. The analytical method used in this study on validation testing is the product moment correlation technique, then the interval will be made as a measuring tool to determine the variable value of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. The results concluded that the effectiveness variable showed at the number 59.817 on a scale > 52.85 - 61.442 which is very close to effective, the efficiency variable showed at the number 23.833 on a scale > 21.145 - 24.574 which is very close to efficient, and the satisfaction variable showed 47.417 at a scale > 42.285 - 49,142 which is very close to satisfying. Based on this, the use of augmented reality technology applied to promotional media can affect the level of quality of information and can display video and audio information on promotional media (brochures) STMIK Bumigora Mataram based on Android.

This study examines augmented reality, which imposes on the world around us virtual objects, characters, filters, or other effects through a special camera. Currently, augmented reality is considered potential for pedagogical programs and it is beginning to gain momentum and be actively used. The use of augmented reality technology opens up new opportunities that increase productivity and efficiency in various industries, improve communication and knowledge transfer and make distance learning more comfortable and realistic. However, the factor of reducing the cost of production or the educational process due to the introduction of augmented reality is not yet fully disclosed and requires a detailed analysis, part of which is conducted in this paper. The existing types of augmented, virtual and mixed reality technologies were analyzed, their comparison was made, the current place in the market was determined, as well as their influence and role in modern education. The paper presents examples of the use of augmented reality technology in various fields, including in production, which demonstrates a significant increase in efficiency and confirms the relevance. An overview of the premises and laboratories, which now use virtual and augmented reality technologies for the educational process. The article also describes the shortcomings of the educational process, which can be corrected by introducing augmented reality technology. The economic benefit of using augmented reality in the educational process on a real example was calculated, due to which the expediency of this implementation was proved. Elements of the educational process are considered, the replacement of which with augmented reality will make education cheaper, and this means more accessible. An example of markers used for an augmented reality application in the field of aircraft construction is given. The tendency of the application of augmented reality and use in the educational process for the next years is analyzed, the branches in which it can be applied are considered and the expediency of its use is confirmed.

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. The purpose of the work is the investigation of the modern approaches to augmented reality usage in mathematics and physics learning and the development of mobile application with graphical tips in the augmented reality mode for solving the dynamics typical problems.Materials and methods. The review of the modern articles on the augmented reality usage for mathematics and physics learning is provided; the iOS applications usage in mathematics learning such as GeoGebraAR for second order surfaces learning; the game MultiplicationAR for the multiplication table studying in an fascinating way; VectorAR application for vectors, cross and dot products, Cartesian and skew coordinate systems learning and iOS apps for physics learning such as Physics-Lab for conducting of the experiments with electrical circuits connections in the augmented reality, astrophysics and electromagnetism learning; Galileo application for accompanying of the theoretical material in physics with experiments to demonstrate paradoxes in mechanics, gravitational slingshot etc.; Arious application for students’ acquaintance with famous physicists and their discoveries in the augmented reality are considered. The analysis of tools for lecturers that can be used for the augmented reality content creation, such as HP Reveal and web-application Augment is performed. It should be noted the high personal interests of lecturers for the augmented reality technology implementation.Results. In the course of the work, the difficulties encountered by students in the study of mathematics and physics and possibilities of the augmented reality usage to overcome these difficulties are studied. A mobile application with the ability to receive graphical tips for solving dynamics problems that aimed at students with difficulties of forces and their projections understanding is developed. The methods for the mobile application are developed based on the basic classes of ARKit framework such as SCNNode, SCNBox, SCNPlane, SCNText, SCNGeometry, SCNGeometryElement, SCNShape, SCNMaterial etc. To conduct the experiments a pilot group of 14 random students is created, 9 of which experienced difficulties in solving some types of dynamic problems. The results of the experiment show a positive attitude of students to use of the augmented reality. 7 of 9 students who had difficulties got the skills to solve typical dynamic problems. Conclusion. Based on results of the research, we can conclude about the effectiveness of the augmented reality usage for studying of the abstract concepts in mathematics and physics. The developed mobile application with graphical tips in the augmented reality mode has improved the students’ performance in the pilot group. The lecturers play an important role in the implementation of AR-technology in the educational process. They help to maintain the student’s interest to AR-technology throughout the lesson. The disadvantages of the augmented reality applications include their narrow focus on studying of specific process, phenomenon or concept. The results of research can be applied in the educational process for mathematics and physics learning in order to increase the motivation and interest of students.

The aim of the review is to provide an analysis and generalization of the main directions of research in the sphere of pharmaceutical services, and their characteristics associated with the determination of their main development trends.Materials and methods. For the analysis, the information store on the basis of scientific publications by Russian and foreign scientists, devoted to research in the field of pharmaceutical services (PSs), has been used. The search for publications was carried out in the open and accessible sources of the latest twenty years (the retrospective period of 2001-2021), located in scientific and technical libraries of institutions, as well as in electronic databases: Elibrary, Medline / PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, Cyberleninka, Google-academy, J-stage. When forming the information array, the search for publications was carried out according to the following requests: pharmaceutical services (pharmaceutical care services), the provision of pharmaceutical services, the quality of pharmaceutical services. For the conceptualization of the study, 87 scientific publications obtained as a result of information retrieval, have been used.Results. In the course of the study, a logical and structural analysis of the main directions in which research in the field of providing PSs in our country is developing, has been carried out. The main trends in the study of the providing services’ activity in the sphere of drug circulation, are characterized. A comprehensive analysis of the category of "pharmaceutical service" has been carried out. The terminological content of this concept, the groups of features characterizing the economic and social essence of educational institutions have been generalized, and the most characteristic features that make up the structure and content of educational institutions, have been identified. The existing approaches to the development of the nomenclature and types of PSs have been analyzed and the systematization of pharmaceutical works and services using the process approach, have been proposed by the authors.Conclusion. The conducted study indicates the presence of several directions in the development of research in the field of providing PSs, aimed at improving the quality of services for the population in pharmaceutical organizations. However, the most important role in the research is assigned to the study and assessment of the quality of educational institutions, the development of approaches to its optimization. As evidenced by the results of the analysis and generalization, the most successful activity in the provision of services in the field of drug circulation requires the implementation of a process approach and the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMSs).

The scientific article is devoted to the study of a complex but relevant problem for the period of creating the preconditions for sustainable development - the definition of approaches to providing the economy with strong human resources. It is noted that its formation is always faced with the issues of reproduction of the labor force, the effectiveness of which implies the achievement in total, at the same time high levels of quality of life and vocational training of people. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of new problems that increase the severity of personnel issues in Ukraine: there is a significant increase in labor migration of Ukrainians abroad, reducing the population and working age. However, despite the difficulties of the transition economy, the country has gradual, progressive changes in the entire system of educational infrastructure, attempts are being made to reform the organization of education in educational institutions of all levels: higher education, secondary school, vocational education. In addition to traditional vocational schools in the educational, already competitive environment, there are new educational institutions - technical lyceums, technical schools, colleges. However, a significant part of vocational schools has shortcomings related to the quality of their material and technical base, the level of training of teachers in terms of their mastery of the latest technological concepts and methods of teaching educational material. Improving the system of vocational training should be based on the understanding that innovative development has already become an integral part of the domestic economy and has led to new requirements for personal factors of production. Now there is a need to closely link professional training to specific production conditions of future activities, the entire educational process should be built taking into account changes in the state of production processes, target settings for obtaining the final results of enterprises. Under modern market conditions, the first priority is not the production of more goods and services of one type, but their differentiation and new quality characteristics within one product group. Relevant changes occur in the assessment of the personal factor of production. This is not just about the quantitative certainty of staff, but about the level of training of each employee, his ability to adapt to technical and technological changes. In the process of professional training it is important to form in future employees an awareness of their role and importance in the overall efficiency of enterprises, to bring to their understanding the high probability of losses associated with their possible errors in the production functions. The issue of greening of professional activity should be important in the educational processes of all educational institutions
