Introduction of Electronic Technology into Education

The development of information technology has given an important impetus to the development of many sectors of development, including education. One of the conditions for improving learning outcomes in terms of new approaches and requirements is the introduction of information technology. The 21st century is called informational (knowledge-based, information technology, etc.). At this time of increasing information flow and rapid technological development, there is a need for cooperation and exchange of information and knowledge. In 2019, Mongolia was ranked 14th in Asia in the ICT Development Index in a keynote speech at the Mongolia International Digital User Conference. The use of active teaching methods improves the knowledge and skills of students. Active learning is learning that engages learners in the learning process and allows them to think about what they are doing and find ways to do it. Active learning is about helping students learn for themselves, not teaching them. Since the development of computer technology and the emergence of the Internet, scientists and educators in developed and developing countries of the world have conducted a wide range of experimental studies on the use of electronic technology and electronic materials in the learning process. Depending on the type of information technology used in training, it is divided into: e-learning, mobile learning, u-learning, blended learning, and more. The study mentioned in the article is a blended form of study, and in recent years, it has become commonplace in the best universities in the world to combine full-time education with online education at the same level. The study of methods and ways of introducing electronic technology in education are of practical importance. In this article, we present the results of some studies carried out on the example of teaching the subject of engineering graphics at MGUNT.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

In current conditions, the world is shocked by the presence of a deadly virus called the Covid-19 virus. Because of the virus, all human activities are disrupted and even stopped, one of which is teaching and learning activities in schools. With the development of technology like now, we can take advantage of this technology to help students in the learning process at school. Recently, an unprecedented coronavirus pandemic has emerged and has spread around the world. The novel coronavirus termed COVID-19 by the World Health Organization has posed a huge threat to human safety and social development. This mini review aimed to summarize the online education mode and plans for schools to resume full-time campus study in China during COVID-19. Chinese schools have made significant contributions to the prevention and control of the transmission of COVID-19 by adopting online learning from home. However, normal opening and classroom teaching have been affected. For education systems at all levels, online education may be an effective way to make up for the lack of classroom teaching during the epidemic. To protect staff and students from COVID-19, the timing of students returning to full-time campus study needs to be considered carefully. Reviewing and summarizing of the Chinese education system's response to the virus would be of great value not only in developing educational policy but also in guiding other countries to formulate educational countermeasures.

In this paper we offer a critique of The National Programme for Information Technology’ (NPfIT) currently being undertaken in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. We begin by offering a brief introduction to the project. Next, we review the lessons learned from a wide range of experience with IT and business change projects and comment on why changes in the NHS are likely to be harder than in most other organizations. We then elaborate the implications of these ideas and identify potential areas for change, with particular focus on the current guiding mindset that this project is about the provision of a technical infrastructure. We argue that this is, thus far, a technology project and question whether the current strategy is the most appropriate way forward to achieve service improvements. We suggest changes in the underlying mindset, along with the leadership, ownership, metrics and labelling of the project.

The future of India will be formed in the lecture hall. Whereas India has made great steps in refining the education system but much still remains to be complete. If you see the current situation then you will find that there is a torrent of advanced technology all over the world but our education system is not helping due to the absence of information and information of teachers, students, and the organization. The students have their own limitations, teachers have their owned and the organization is also confessing the fact that the education system is really in a poor form today. The aim of this paper is to skeleton how information technology can help to make an education system that is based on the ideologies of helping teachers, students, and management to be effective in what they do, improving the superiority and significance of teaching-learning process.

To make it easier for principals in conducting supervision activities supervision techniques are needed. The experts differed in formulating the stages of the supervising techniques but basically remained the same. The core academic supervision competence is to foster lecturers or instructors in improving the quality of the learning process. Therefore the target of academic supervision is the lecturer or instructor in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of strategies /methods / techniques of learning, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the learning process and results and classroom action research. When we compare with the quality of the best education in the world, Indonesia can catagorized as far behind. This can be seen from the achievments of students who become rejected measuring education quality in improving the qualitu of education, education supervision has very important role in developing education quality.

At present, along with the dynamic development of computer technology in the world, the most effective ways of solving problems of practical importance are being considered. High performance computing takes the lead in this. Therefore, the development of modern society is closely related to the training of experienced, modern specialists in the field of information technology. This, in turn, depends on the inclusion of new courses in the curriculum and full coverage of these issues in the content of the taught courses. This article analyzes the courses on high performance computing, taught at experimental bases and abroad, on the basis of this, the topics of the special course and the content recommended for implementation in the educational process are determined. During the training, the competencies of students in high performance computing were identified.

Information technology today is very much needed by every society, especially during the current pandemic. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Global demands call upon the world of education to always and constantly adapt technological developments to the steps in improving the quality of education, especially adjusting its use for the world of education, especially in the learning process. There are many learning media technologies in the form of platforms that are used in every educational institution, at the school level to streamline the learning process carried out, such as classrooms, google forms, quizizz and zoom. PLSP Group of the Indonesian Education University, Purwakarta Campus, endeavors to solve problems through extension programs and instructional media training for teachers. The goal is that the skills of teachers in making teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet can be improved.


In this chapter, the authors approach the perspective of Online Education in the Metaverse from the tensioning between what characterizes a novelty and what characterizes an innovation in education. They present and discuss the subtopic “Learning Contexts in Metaverse” to draw attention to those aspects that involve the learning process in the context of 3D digital virtual worlds. In the subtopic “Methodologies in Metaverse,” they present the methodologies: “Methodology of Learning Projects Based in Problems” and “Problematizing Methodology of Case Study.” In the context methodologies, the authors approach the “Pedagogical Intervention in Metaverse.” In the subtopic “Novelty or Innovation?” they bring examples of 3D digital virtual worlds that represent a novelty and/or innovation. In conclusion about the chapter, the authors believe that the development of online education in the metaverse can contribute to elevating the quality in education within the world educational scenario through more innovative pedagogical proposals.
