The article presents an approach to planning the organization of production, in which the increase in productivity can be considered as a result of the implementation of predictive models of data Analytics and forecasting of events at each level of planning. Considered and justified mathematical model of optimization of resources of the enterprise, implemented in a three- tier system adaptive planning with the formation of indicators, optimization of production and allowing it to form the most effective scenarios of solving the problem maximize performance subject to qualitative changes in the organization of production related scientific and technical progress and forecasting trends. The formulated conceptual apparatus allows us to consider productivity as a function that reflects the impact on the production system of modern methods of planning and information technologies of production organization in time, which significantly expands the possibilities of theoretical research in the field of production organization. The three-level system of adaptive planning described in this article contributes to the development of the theory of optimizing the use of enterprise resources and the organization of efficient production. The application of the approach to adaptive planning of production organization presented in the article allows to expand the range of solutions to improve the productivity of enterprises by promptly responding to changes in its performance using modern technologies of lean and digital production.

The work purpose consists in the efficiency increase of automated system operation for industrial enterprise resource protection at the expense of the optimization of authentication method application, in particular, biometric one. To achieve the purpose it is necessary to solve the problem of efficient joint use of modern authentication methods, particularly, a static and dynamic biometric authentication. But biometric methods are most expensive from the point of view of their realization. In this connection, within the limits of the paper there is carried out the analysis of modern methods of biological authentication from the point of view of a special order of introduction and joint use. In the paper there is shown a classification of static and dynamic methods for biometric authentication, an example of method combination in the authentication module is presented, there are considered and analyzed the latest methods, in particular, those based on DNA investigations, thermograms of a face and hands (static), gestures (dynamic). The work novelty consists in the presented diagram of authentication module operation. As a conclusion it should be noted that modern authentication systems offer the application of a complex approach: use both biometric methods and other ones for authentication in modules, in particular, based on secret knowledge and material carrier possession. The approach mentioned will allow minimizing the errors of the first and the second kinds, increasing a general level of safety.

Science and technology for the Community (IbM) is intended to provide reinforcement for the management of business management Aisyiyah Twig Source Sekar and Jetak Ngasri Dau District of Malang. Aisyiah as social organizations have considerable social activities, for example in the fields of education, social, and community. Of course, to carry out these activities require considerable funds. The funds obtained from dues spontaneity or the officers and members of the donors and sympathizers. How to fund the acquisition of its existence is not one hundred percent reliable. Therefore, the board Aisyiah should start thinking about alternative sources of other funds, namely by establishing profit-oriented business units. Board Aisyiyah already have a business stub meatballs and nuggets but less good product display and marketing only to the scope of its own (for the surrounding communities). Based on this fact, IbM this time wanted to give a strengthening of business management for the board Aisyiyah. Strengthening the management here is more emphasis on production management and marketing as well as the accounting for business results. Team dedication to provide training related to business development, including: Tips entrepreneurship, Efficient Production Management, Marketing Strategy Strategies, Planning and Financial Management Small Business. In addition, the team dedication also provide assistance in the form of equipment: 2 pieces of meat milling machine, 1 meat mixer, and 1 hand sealer. Assistance was also given the initial capital to start production. Results are expected in the form of meatballs and nuggets products more attractive. Besides Tim also makes packaging and label design for brochures and trial manufacture of products using the machine and add the product variants. Other activities that have been carried out, namely: creating ads, advertise on the radio and on social networking Facebook. Operating results showed a significant increase, from an average sales per week 100 packs of meatballs and nuggets to 500 packs per week.

The service and equipment repairing process is the necessary condition for the growth of production capacity of enterprises, and thereafter it predetermines the approach for organization of production and upbuilding of production streams. In the article different options of reduction of working hours loss are considered, due to equipment downtime elimination because of repair and equipment maintenance on the reason of the increased operation. Also, in the article reserves of growth of labour productivity and reductions of unit cost are identified. It is proved, that current equipment monitoring allows to eliminate different defects in rationing of operating time of the equipment, it also allows to reach the permanent production’s rhythms, to increase the monitoring level, to provide the timeliness delivery of materials and components. As the example, in the research was used factual material of planned measurement of technical condition of the equipment on a separate production of GAS Group, methods of monitoring of technical condition and productive equipment maintenance and standard criteria of the equipment’s condition were developed.

The notion of quality is defined as the totality of the attributes and essential aspects by virtue of which one is what it is, distinguishing itself from the other things. The article has as its starting point the definition of quality according to SR EN ISO 9001:2015. This standard defines the quality like „the set of properties and features of a product or service that gives it the ability to meet the expressed and implied needs of the customers”. Our article treats three categories of expressed and implicit necessities: the expressed and implied needs of clients, as beneficiaries of Products/Work/Services (P/W/S); the expressed and implied necessities of an efficient production management; the expressed and implicit necessities of society as a whole. In the article we present and analyze the components of quality (decalogue of quality) and the correlations between them. The quality term involves two main aspects (components), namely: utility, expressed by degree of utility (this component quantifies the extent to which the P/W/S meets the customer's needs and consequently sells). Technical component (intrinsic), which refers strictly to the technical characteristics of P/W/S. It is obvious that there is mutual dependence between the two components of the concept of quality (biunivoc).

Size at maturity is relatively easily manipulated by genetic selection, and selection for increased growth rate, efficiency and leanness in pigs appears to have resulted in an increase of some 30% in mature size over 20 years. A relatively weak association between size maturity and age maturity has meant that selection for rapid protein growth has resulted in the creation of bigger animals. The Gompertz function is chosen as the preferred descriptor for animal growth, and its use allows demonstration of the link between growth rate and size at maturity. Increased mature size is associated with greater costs of maintenance for breeding populations, but also greater productivity and appetite in growing pigs and an improved (leaner) meat at the point of slaughter. Increasing mature size has consequences for, amongst other things, building design, optimum slaughter weight, determination of nutrient requirement, and the efficient production management of breeding sows which must now grow and breed simultaneously.
