Educational Significance of Participation of Younger Schoolchildren in the Sabantuy Holiday

The article considers the possibilities of spiritual, moral and aesthetic development of younger schoolchildren on the basis of their introduction and involvement in the festive culture of the Tatar people. The solution of this educational task is carried out on an example of the main state holiday of Tatarstan — Sabantuy. The method of preparation for the holiday and the features of participation in it of junior schoolchildren are disclosed.

The Civil Engineering course teaches different subjects in its academic program, which has in their educational task to offer knowledge to students, their intervention in the environmental space, within the framework of their actions as future civil engineers. The objective of the research is to reflect on the knowledge acquired in the environmental training of students of the civil engineering career. For this purpose, the standardized survey technique was used with structured questions that collected the work of the educational program of the race and was applied to 75 students of the different levels. The result obtained allowed to know to what extent the environmental training of students, has repercussions on the preparation of future civil engineers, in addition to the degree of concern for environmental problems and the predisposition to work in order to reduce the impacts derived from the professional practice of The Civil Engineering, taking into account the implication of the sustainable development in the academic formation. During the investigation it was verified that students are aware of the importance of preservation and respect for nature through the use of clean energies, where they have expressed concern about contamination and depletion of natural resources. The results obtained can have a positive influence on the constructive future of the province, depending on the implementation of an appropriate sustainable development policy.

В статье на основе документальных этнографических источников рубежа ХIХ-ХХ вв. реконструируется цикл календарных праздников и обрядов этого периода, сложившихся на одном из уральских заводов — Добрянском (западная часть Пермской губ.). На примере ритуалов встреча птиц кашке-плишке, проводы воды — «провожание Камы», Сергиев день, Троица и др. рассматриваются общие черты, особенности и закономерности развития и функционирования календарных праздников и обрядов в заводских поселениях Урала. В праздничной культуре таких поселений зафиксированы формирование особого производственного календаря и его связь с основными хозяйственными и праздничными циклами, становление на частных заводах особых «корпоративных» праздников, приуроченных к именинам владельца; сохранение архаичных форм традиционной обрядности, развитие календарной обрядности в направлении усиления досуговых форм, вымывание из многих ритуалов сакрального смысла, а также многослойность календарных традиций, активное усвоение и распространение новых, городских форм праздничной культуры. Прослежено, что праздничная культура заводских поселений занимала промежуточное место между сельскими крестьянскими и городскими формами народного календаря. Каждая из особенностей календарной обрядности заводских поселений рассмотрена на этнографических примерах того или иного праздничного цикла. Выявленные особенности позволяют сделать вывод о бытовании в заводских поселениях Урала особых форм традиционной культуры с уникальной спецификой.

Статья посвящена участию детей в праздничной культуре мордовских переселенцев на территории Сибири. Мордва переселялась сюда с территорий мордовского, чувашского, самарского и пензенского краев со второй половины XIX в. по 1970-е гг. Материалом для статьи служат полевые исследования автора и научная литература по изучаемой проблематике. Дается характеристика наиболее важных религиозных праздников мордовских переселенцев. Отмечается, что одной из особенностей праздничной культуры мордовского крестьянства являлось участие в религиозно-праздничных действиях детей и молодежи. При проведении большинства обрядов взрослых дети нередко привлекались в качестве зрителей. Их помощь использовалась и при подготовке к проведению обрядов, например, при сборе продуктов питания; дров, ненужных вещей для рождественских и масленичных костров. Кроме того, дети привлекались для информирования местного населения о предстоящих церемониях (например, посиделках, различных помочах и т. д.). В ряде случаев, в частности при обходе домов поселения на Пасху, Рождество и Новый год, дети и подростки наделялись самостоятельной обрядовой ролью. Их присутствие считалось в народе магически благоприятным средством для достижения определенных целей. Делается вывод о стремлении мордовских переселенцев к сохранению религиозно-праздничной культуры и на иноэтничной территории. Установлено, что на территории Сибири мордовским населением отмечались такие же праздники, как и в исконных территориях выхода переселенцев. The article aims to study how children participated in the festive culture of Mordovian immigrants in Siberia. Mordva had been moving here from Mordovia, Chuvashia, Samara, and Penza from the second half of the XIX century to the 1970s. The article is based on the author's field studies and scientific literature. It describes the most important religious holidays of the Mordovian immigrants. It was typical of the festive culture of the Mordovian peasantry that children and youth participated in religious and festive acts. In most adult rites, children were often involved as spectators. They also assisted in the preparation of rites, for example, collecting food, firewood, unnecessary objects for Christmas and Maslenitsa fires. Apart from that, children informed the local population about upcoming ceremonies. Sometimes, children and adolescents were endowed with an independent ritual role, particularly when knocking on doors on Easter, Christmas, and New Year. Their presence was considered a magical means to achieve certain goals. The author concludes that the Mordovian population aimed to preserve their religious and festive culture in the new territory. In Siberia, the immigrants celebrated the same holidays as in their original territories.

The hospital as a business entity in the service sector has its own mission, which is to provide quality services with the achievement of patient satisfaction which is marked by reduced complaints from customers, increased visits so that it shows high company performance. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of various factors to formulate a company strategy. This research is to find the right strategic opportunity or opportunity, where there is a large market share that allows hospitals to grow and develop. The focus of this research is a strategic plan in an effort to increase hospital income by analyzing a picture of hospital performance in the last 3 years from 2017 to 2019. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach in one of the hospitals in Langsa City. Based on the results of the SWOT diagram, the strategic plan that will be implemented to increase hospital income is to implement standardization of human resources (number of SOP educational task descriptions), cost efficiency, superior services, patient satisfaction surveys and implement efficiency of direct general financing and investment.

The use of case technology in the formation of natural science, in particular chemical literacy, in chemistry lessons through the environmental competencies of students, is one of the effective tools. One of the requirements of modern education - the formation of competencies and the case method - is an effective way to implement this educational task. This method is based on the problem and its solution, allowing, thus, implementing several pedagogical issues: «training», «education», «development». At the same time, each student is given the opportunity to increase their cognitive interest, realize their potential and learn how to apply the acquired knowledge in real life conditions.

Along with the description of contemporary societies, including the indication of clear tendencies towards „individualisation” of lifespan, focusing on subjects that observe themselves with reflection, an issue appears regarding the creation of a community, including the educational one. A peculiar outline of the reflexive modernity is recognised on the basis the ways how individuals achieve social integration. Despite the differentiating forms of social and cultural life, the foundation of the accomplishment of self and the society,is still „community”, which constitutes an encouragement to enter the issue of social (dis)integration, an inspiration allowing to bestow a defined sense on democracy, and socialization processes. Therefore, the need to consider the issues of communities arises, including their confirmation in education. To present a path for social integration, with the full awareness that in modern societies the „common good” ideal is being lost, one should be accompanied by indications regarding education itself. One may reduce them to how the community constituted due to and within education, ensured the integration of all entities concerned, and helped accomplish democracy.

The article considers the challenge to the educational system, which arises from the sociocultural context and the conditions of the global world. The emphasis is on the cultural and historical nature of the emergence and development of the institution of education. The specifics of its current state consists in the transition from the state of "universal education" characteristic of the modern time to the localization of education in specialized groups and communities as a characteristic trend of global reality (the phenomenon of "educational archipelago"). In these conditions, school education receives a special purpose. It becomes a prerequisite for an individual’s ability to self-determination in a changing world devoid of objective unity. Accordingly, giftedness as a potential for personality development comes to the fore. The shortcomings of the common understanding of giftedness are analyzed, its relationship with the essence of man is shown. The meaning of giftedness as a negative and positive educational task is revealed. The most important result of the development of giftedness in the school is the discovery by the student of his vocation. In the form of a vocation, a person opens the semantic perspective of his life and determines the scenario of life in an adult state.
