This research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between sensual marketing strategies that are triggered by a model, body language, and nature how to communicate with buying interest in "Shit" clothing line products in the media instagram, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the students of private universities in the city Yogyakarta has never seen a display of defecated Instagram. Samples in research this amounted to 80 respondents where the determination using accidental techniques sampling and purposive sampling. Testing using statistical tests multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, the statistical test used is a test t and simultaneously using the F test. Data collection techniques with questionnaire distribution. As for testing the instrument uses test validity and reliability. From the analysis it can be concluded that partially sensual strategy marketing which consists of model, body language, and method variables communicating significantly. Whereas simultaneously the strategy sensual marketing also has a significant influence on buying interest.

Purchasing decisions are often made by consumers based on their wants and needs. If the company is unable to fulfill it, it is likely to experience a decline in marketing the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the reference group and product attributes to the purchasing decisions of eiger bag consumers in the eiger store in the city of sukabumi. The research method used in this study was to use a random sampling method, by distributing questionnaires as many as 87 respondents to eiger bag consumers. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques and coefficient of determination. To test the hypothesis in this study using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (Test f). The results of this study indicate that the reference group has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the reference group and product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Reference Group, Product Attributes, Purchasing Decisions

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

Communication factor is one of the factors that influence on employee motivation. The aim of the study was to: 1) Know the effect of Leadership to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 2) Know the effect of Communication to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 3) Know the effect of Compensation to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 4) Know the effect of Leadership, Communication, and Compensation to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. The study was conducted at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, with population of 134 employees. Sample was the random sampling with 58 employees as samples. Analysis of the data in this study using validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that 1) Leadership has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 2) Communication has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 3) Compensation has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 4) Leadership, Communication, and Compensation simultaneously have significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. The New Normal Era needs future adaptation, in order to ensure cities still have competitiveness and resilience in the tourism sector during the pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Smart Tourism Branding concept in Bantul city, Indonesia, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a quantitative study, using the random sampling method to obtain data from 230 respondents through a questionnaire, which was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). During the initial stage, a statistical test on each question?s validity and reliability in the questionnaire was conducted, after which data analysis was carried out. Before performing multiple linear regression analysis, several assumptions were fulfilled, including data normality and multicollinearity. The results showed that the evaluation of smart tourism branding provides an overview of people?s understanding and satisfaction level with regard to tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Jelajah Bantul application, which is a smart tourism branding instrument, supports Bantul City?s ability to compete in attracting tourists and investment globally. In addition, the city?s tourism management and branding identity can be facilitated and strengthened when the synergy strategy of the community and city stakeholders is appropriately regulated.

Abstract This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Professional Ethics, Time Budget Pressure, Experience and Expertise Audit either partially or simultaneously toward Audit Judgment. This study used a causal associative approach. The population of this research is all auditors who work in public accounting firm in the city of Medan. Tests conducted on a sample of 60 auditors. Data collection using the questionnaire with survey directly method to the auditor who worked on the public Accountant Office in the city of Medan. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis of determinant coefficient. The results showed Professional Ethics, Time Budget Pressure, Experience Audit partially no significant influence toward Audit Judgment. While the Expertise  Audit  partially significant influence toward Audit Judgment. The results also showed that the the Professional Ethics, Time Budget Pressure, Experience and Expertise  Audit simultaneously significant influence toward Audit Judgment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausal asosiatif. Populasidari penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik di Kota Medan. Pengujian di lakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 60 auditor. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan metode survei langsung ke auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Kota Medan. Teknik  analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan analisis koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Etika Profesi, Tekanan Anggaran Waktu, dan Pengalaman secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. Sedangkan Keahlian Audit secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan Etika Profesi, Tekanan Anggaran Waktu, Pengalaman dan Keahlian Audit secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. Kata kunci: Etika Profesi, Tekanan Anggaran Waktu, Pengalaman, Keahlian Audit dan Audit Judgment.

PT. Asam Jawa is a company operating in the oil palm sector as an object that we make to conduct research. Research or research is carried out to evaluate and test whether there is an influence or impact of competence, discipline, and career development on employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa, the city of Medan. Where the multiple Linear Regression analysis method that researchers use in this study, this method is a linear regression model that involves more than one independent variable or hypothesis. With the population taken, namely all employees, the number is 45 employees. And testing the sample of researchers in the study is to use saturated sampling where all employees of PT. Asam Jawa, Medan, which used as a sample of 45 respondents and 30 respondents as a test of validity and reliability of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. From the results of researchers in the study stated that competence, discipline, and career development simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially (independently) are significant and have a positive effect on the performance of company employees, where the coefficient of determination is 0.609 which proves that (x1) competence, ( x2) discipline and (x3) career development have an effect on or have a relationship with employee performance with the percentage quality of 60.9% and the remaining 39.1% are the results of hypotheses or foreign / different variables not examined by researchers in the study.

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence on knowledge of taxation, tax regulations and tax benefits. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, then obtained a study sample of 100 MSME tax payers. Data analysis techniques performed by descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge of taxation and tax regulations had a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance in the city of Surakarta while the tax benefits did not affect MSME taxpayer compliance in Surakarta. This study was conducted to examine the effect of whistleblowing system, organizational culture and individual morality on fraud prevention at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Numerical analysis of these variables was used in this study, therefore quantitative approach was applied. The population of this study was 65 employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). The sample of this study was determined by the saturation sampling technique (census) in which the sample chosen was the the entire of population. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Then the data were analyzed with several analyzes such as data quality tests which included validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 25 program. The results indicated that the whistleblowing system had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, and individual morality had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention.

This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of  the  quality  of  service  of customer  satisfaction  on  service  businesses  Grab-Bike  transport  in  Yogyakarta. This  research  uses  the  five  independent  variables  i.e.  tangible,  reliability, responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty  with  one  dependent  variable  i.e. consumer  satisfaction.  After  a  review  of  the  literature  as  well  as  field  and preparation  of  the  hypothesis,  the  data  in  this  study  were  collected  through  the dissemination  of  a  questionnaire  to  70  people  who  never  use  the  Grab-Bike transport  as  research  samples.  Sampling  technique  used  is  a  Non  probability sampling  method  sampling  incidental.  Methods  of  data  analysis  used  is  the quantitative analysis that is test validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis,  t-test  and  F-test  as  well  as  the  coefficient  of  determination.  Based  on data  analysis,  the  results  showed  that  the  indicators  on  research  is  valid  and reliability.  Hypothesis  test  on  tangible,  responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty no effect significantly to consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis test of reliability has a positive and significant influence toward customer satisfaction.
