This study investigates a new opinion formation model of heterogeneous agents, a network stubborn individuals and orators (NSO) model based on game theory and complex social networks. Game theory solves economists’ rational choice-making problems, and complex social networks reflect the social impact on opinion evolution. The NSO model involves both social and individual heterogeneous characteristics. In a society, the more unequal the members, and the closer the social distances, the faster opinions spread. In the real world, the power-law degree distribution and the short paths in social networks can generate the rapid spread of an opinion. This study also investigates opinion control under the NSO model. The results show that opinion guidance is most likely to separate the public into different groups rather than converge to the guide’s opinion.

In the context of the accelerated development of new media and the growth of e-democracy, the mediatization of Kazakhstani politics is entering a new digital-driven stage of development. The authors approach relevance lies in studying the modern digital-driven strategy of Kazakhstani political communication and identifying methods of influence of political parties on the electorate, manipulative media forms on certain segments of the electorate from the opposition. The article presents an analysis of the main strategic resources of the politics mediatization and of their impact. Moreover, it reveals the influence tendencies of the political mediatization, the political communication in society and with party stakeholders. The author attempts to analyze the methods and formats of transmedia storytelling in the social networks on the Internet for the political leaders communication shaping, social and political dialogue building. The research material included the election campaigns of parliamentary and unregistered parties texts in Kazakhstani social media, the posts / publications on social networks during the first ever primaries in the countrys history and the parliamentary elections of 2019 and 2021.

The Covid-19 pandemic and its countermeasures have brought pressures on social and welfare assistance. Along with this, come the challenges of information being dispersed and complex, susceptible to distortions, and a society with distinct capacities for assimilation and analysis. This paper aims to present the experience of the Covid-Prev Observatory as a tool for transparency and accountability in the public management of social security in times of pandemic. This experience with the social observatory has encompassed the choice of themes and variables to be disseminated and analyzed, the visual planning and dissemination strategy, and the discussion of the observatory's role and potential. Thus, a multidisciplinary team has developed a project aiming to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the Brazilian Social Security System, from different perspectives, both with the reproduction of data and information, and for the elaboration of analyses: impacts of the pandemic on the labor market and its effects on the evolution of social security revenues and expenses, effects of the pandemic on vulnerable groups, sustainability of pension funds, impacts on the financial market, among others. This information was first disclosed on the Blogger platform, and then on an electronic website whose disclosure was made both on the social networks of the research participants themselves and on the social networks of entities interested in the topic, such as the Brazilian Association of State and Municipal Pension Institutions (ABIPEM). In its short period of existence, the observatory has obtained more than 10 thousand accesses, either from Brazil and other countries. The observatory has presented data and analyses in a simple way, based on scattered information with different levels of complexity. In these analyses, the aim has been to establish relationships between facts correlated to social security and welfare. Thus, it is understood that the observatory has collaborated as a transparency and accountability tool with respect to the theme of social security in Brazil, serving as a discussion of the challenges and potentialities of social observatories.

The study seeks to study the chaos of information on social networks, their impact on the credibility of these networks, the identification of forms of information chaos in the social networks, the degree of public confidence in the information they deal with, their sense of information chaos, Through social networking sites. The study was conducted on (378) individual subscribers of different social networks, "Facebook and LinkedIn and Twitter."  Results: One of the most important findings of the study is that more than half of the sample of the study feel the chaos of information on social networks, due to the large number of accounts on the networks and the increase of anonymous information, as well as the lack of control over the information published on those networks. There are also many forms of information chaos on social networks: anonymous information, privacy violations, infringement of intellectual property rights and rights of publishers, the proliferation of counterfeit and contradictory information, the manufacture and dissemination of viruses, breaches and disruption of devices, and multiple personal or institutional accounts. The researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the enactment of media legislation and laws related to the new media environment for social networking sites to reduce the chaos of information and privacy protection, and to raise awareness of the importance of social networking sites and the Publishing Standards through courses and workshops to reduce the chaos.

In line with the developments of various social networks, it has made the public see a change for all the various issues in the nation, one of which was the issue of electronic education, which has been influenced by the social networks, especially by students. Therefore, from this perspective, the researcher in the research scientifically shows the role of the social networks in creating public opinion about the process of electronic study. This research is a description, a researcher who has used the research to achieve detailed and necessary data and information about the subject of survey methodology research. Among the students of Kurdistan University, Salahaddin University and World University students are research samples of 422 students of both maleand female genders, the most important results that researchers have reached are the social networks that are a reason for creating public opinion and all The data spread through the social network to a process have created public opinion about the electronic study process, the strongest network, the Facebook social network to create public opinion in Kurdistan. In the short list of research, recommendations and suggestions have been made.

<p>INGV carries out, among other activities, seismic and volcanic monitoring of the Italian territory.</p><p>One of the main focus of the Institute is to widely disseminate information on research in these subject fields, with the aim of raising public awareness of issues that affect everyone's life.Despite the use of a simplified scientific language, the transmission of this kind of information has often proved difficult even for the specialized public of press operators who, if not experts in the subjects treated by INGV, tend not to consider the information transmitted and, consequently, not to convey it on their press organs.Therefore, in order to improve information for the press and the public, the INGV has developed a constant communication system through the use of social networks. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp represent a reality in which INGV is a constant actor of scientific information in geosciences.Different languages ​​have been developed for the different communication channels: the Twitter limit of 280 characters, for example, forces the use of simple but exhaustive verbal forms for the scientific concepts.In addition to the thematic channels that strictly refer to the subjects of the "Earthquakes", "Volcanoes" and "Environment" Departments, the INGV has developed institutional channels that concern the body's activities as a whole. These channels are managed by the Press Office which, among other things, performs the functions of the Public Relations Office, a real institutional "front office" of Italian public institutions.Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and WhatsApp are the social networks used for the institutional communication and are mainly managed by the Institute's Press Office (with the precision that the Twitter channel refers to the President of the INGV and identifies itself as @ingv_president ).The constant information produced on social networks has created an await for our "news" and a feeling of esteem from the public: this has given rise to a spontaneous "defense curb" towards the sporadic phenomenon of the "haters" and / or of fake scientists who have tried to use the comments tool on the social networks of INGV to get their own visibility. The purpose of the document we want to present is to illustrate how the smart communication flows towards the press and general public, through the constant use of social media, have produced a numerically increased and increasingly positive diffusion of the INGV brand in the press and in user re-posts. This has led to the spread of accredited scientific news in geoscience subjects, in contrast to fake authors and fake news.This type of communication is very useful in the context of particularly sensitive issues (such as in highly seismic or volcanic territories) where false authors easily spread alarmist news.</p>

The mass use of technologies, especially, in terms of participation in social networks and mobile apps seems oriented to providing an extension of humanity to digital tools that they do not really possess. Information and communication technologies pose challenges and threats to the public, particularly, due to the sometimes unreflecting and irresponsible use that the public make of them. Their advanced development provide so many utilities and recreative functions that they have become familiar, everyday instruments. Technologies seem to have acquired humanity, but what differentiates them from humans is their lack of ethical responsibility. Gender structures and inequalities remain wherever we do not make a conscious and purposive effort to eliminate them; in online social activity one often encounters diverse situations of gender-, class- or race-related violence. Digital humanities must urgently address the dimension of gender from an intersectional approach to be able to promote greater equality in social relationships and to reduce discrimination in the social networks. The purpose is to create safe spaces (that is, resources for population who can assess the impact, adopt a critical perspective to identify security vulnerabilities, situations of discrimination, and so on) and take responsibility by adopting safety codes for themselves and for others.

Social networks are particularly significant in marketing and advertising because they provide platforms that offer interactive network channels to develop consumer brands. Among the most useful platforms of this type for capturing leads for businesses of the business to customer are Facebook®. In this sense, this research aims to analyze the degree of influence and relationship between Branded Content and the social media consumer interactions of the luxury fashion firm Manolo Blahnik in the mentioned network. This analysis allows us to see what type of content is more effective in social networks. To do this, an exploratory study was implemented with a review of the literature, followed by a correlation study, with hypothesis set to be contrasted through ANOVA analysis with SPSS software. The conclusion is that social networks facilitate interaction between brands and their followers, allowing the content and messages disseminated to achieve greater impact and commitment to the public and, therefore, increase the engagement between the brand and followers.

Polarization in online social networks has gathered a significant amount of attention in the research community and in the public sphere due to stark disagreements with millions of participants on topics surrounding politics, climate, the economy and other areas where an agreement is required. This work investigates into greater depth a type of model that can produce ideological segregation as a result of polarization depending on the strength of homophily and the ability of users to access similar minded individuals. Whether increased access can induce larger amounts of societal separation is important to investigate, and this work sheds further insight into the phenomenon. Center to the hypothesis of homophilic alignments in friendship generation is that of a discussion group or community. These are modeled and the investigation into their effect on the dynamics of polarization is presented. The social implications demonstrate that initial phases of an ideological exchange can result in increased polarization, although a consensus in the long run is expected and that the separation between groups is amplified when groups are constructed with ideological homophilic preferences.
