The latest communication and Internet technologies are also present in the auto- motive industry. At the same time, they have a huge impact on road safety. In the latest vehicles, technology helps the driver on the journey, makes the journey pleasant and offers the possibility of diagnosing the vehicle in real time, giving a sense of security and comfort. The progressive trend of equipping vehicles with newer technological achievements is a process that affects the broadly understood market as well as the rights and obligations of its participants. This issue is also beginning to be regulated in detail by legal provisions. This article presents the issues of using telematics systems in vehicles in the legal aspect, as well as the rights and obligations resulting from the pro- visions of vehicle manufacturers, representatives of the service industry and consumers. This article presents the issues of the use of telematics systems in vehicles in the legal aspect, as well as the rights and obligations resulting from the provisions of vehicle manufacturers, representatives of the service industry and consumers. It will also try to assess these regulations and the chances of their full application.

Purpose of Study: The purpose of the study is to carry out the comparison of traditional learning and e-learning with reference to university education. Methodology: A comparative analysis method that has been selected to fulfill the purpose of the study. The research data has been collected by various sources internet, previous research studies published in the Journal, universities which offer different technical and nontechnical programs .and further analyzed by in-depth understanding approach. Result: The outcome of this study will show the effect of e-learning in the current era. As we have compared e-learning with traditional learning and the result shows us that e-learning has filled the gap between the universities and the real-life industries' demands. Main finding: The result of this study showed that e-learning is the need of the present era in order to fulfill the gap between the universities and the real-life industries' demands. Additionally, e-learning based courses will have more impact and provide more skill and exposure to students as compared to traditional learning mode. Implications/Applications: This article can help the different universities and students to introduce more e-learning courses in their curriculum and they can fill the real-time industries' demands. Novelty/originality of the study: Our research can ensure that e-learning has a huge impact on our students and can help to increase the skills and exposure of them according to the current demands.

The main purpose of the Online Food Ordering Management System is to use it in the food-service industry. This feature helps hotels and restaurants to increase their online food ordering systems. Customers can choose from a wide range of food menu items within just a few minutes. In today’s modern food business, it's also able to deliver fast and easily to a customer’s place. The work presented as Online Food Ordering Management System simplifies the ordering process. The proposed solution presents a user interface and changes the menu to include all available options, creating customer work easier. Allows customers to order any item that they like and adjust the quantity of the food item. The order confirmation is displayed to the customer on the Homepage of the website. The order is put to the queue, updated across both the database and the admin panel, and provided in real-time. This system aids the staff with checking over orders in real-time and executing them effectively and easily with few errors. In recent trends traffic has become a major problem in most of the cities. There are limited car parking facilities and less road safety precautions observed. So, to address the traffic problems are being made in the field of IoT.    This paper will present the basic idea of cloud-based parking system. Cloud will store and process the data between device and mobile. In cloud, stored files will be obtained from anywhere through the network connection. By using the latest technology called IoT for smart cities, we can book the parking slot of a vehicle from anywhere. We need to take registration details for reserving the parking slot and for security purpose we are generating an OTP. By using the OTP, we can book our slot through an android application.

Competing supply chain networks all around the globe are under scrutiny due to ever-growing demand for service improvement and cost reduction. A major field of action in this respect is the realization of real-time monitoring means for supply chain processes including a constant comparison of the respective progress status with the planning guidelines and the best possible management of deviations and exceptions. Control towers have been named as the future tool of supply chain monitoring for quite a while. They are defined as decision-support systems merging different data streams from various subordinate levels and displaying the consolidated information at a higher level for the purpose of monitoring and control of processes while pursuing the goal of optimal process operation. Contrary to the technological constraints of the past which prevented a continuous and fully transparent real-time monitoring of supply chain processes, innovative evolving so-called Future Internet technologies enable genuine transparency and the handling of exceptions in a timely and cost-efficient manner nowadays. With the help of such technologies, newly designed and built control towers are supposed to assist actors on the planning and execution levels of their respective supply chain networks in their decision-making in case of relevant deviations or exceptions. This again raises the market acceptance of such control towers. This paper presents a novel approach to the functional principle of Future-Internet-based control tower solutions and describes the different components therein. Especially, the incorporation of manifold information sources from the Future Internet technologies for the purpose of real-time monitoring and control of supply chain processes is highlighted in the paper.
