This study aims to determine students' learning motivation on the use of the PAIKEM GEMBROT model. This research conducted at public elementary school located in Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach due to the data collected is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed by statistics. By the problem under the study, this research is an experimental research using the pre-experiment type of one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were fifth graders’ students from a Public Elementary School with a total of 30 students. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that the pretest score obtained a score of 35% than expected. This means that students' learning motivation in science is still very low. After the use of the PAIKEM GEMBROT model, the Posttest was conducted with the score obtained 69.41% than expected. This means that students' learning motivation in science is high. Based on the N Gain analysis, the influence of the PAIKEM GEMBROT model on student learning motivation was 52.94% with the medium category.

This research is conducted to know the effect of Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with “Numbered-Board Quiz” game in increasing science learning achievement of four grade students in Sawahan, Madiun. Although many research results show that students’ learning achievement are much improved, however the use of TGT learning model in science and the use of it in teaching learning process for elementary school are rarely found. Many teachers have not known about TGT learning model. The main requirement to observe science teaching learning process in the class refers to the requirement to the application of learning model TGT especially in science subject. The purpose is to know the effectiveness of the application of TGT to improve students’ achievement based on learning motivation. The population in this research is 154 students that come from 6 schools, 79 students are in experiment group and 75 students are in control group. Students in experiment group are given treatment with TGT learning model while students in control class are given treatment conventional learning model that is direct teaching. Collecting data is conducted two times, they are pretest and posttest. The result shows the significant differences of science learning achievement between students that are given TGT learning model and conventional method, also there is an interaction between the learning model used with student learning motivation.

This research is motivated by the results of learning science in fourth grade elementary school students who are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of science by applying the Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type learning model. The results showed, seen from the basic score, students who completed as many as 11 people with a percentage of 47.82% while students who did not complete amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 52.17%. cycle I, students who completed at 17 people with a percentage of 73.91% while students who did not complete as many as 6 people with a percentage of 26.08%. cycle II, students who completed as many as 20 people with a percentage of 86.95% while the incomplete amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 13.04%. from the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the cooperative learning model the Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV elementary school 004 Seberang Teluk Hilir Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This research aims to determine the significance of the difference in science learning results between the group of fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary Schools, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018, that take lessons with the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the group of students that take lessons with the conventional learning. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental research with the nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research are all the fifth-grade students of Gugus I Elementary Schools in North Kuta District that still implement the KTSP, which consists of 10 classes with a total of 339 students. The sampling is conducted using the random sampling technique. The sample in this research are the students of class VB in SD (Elementary School) No.7 Dalung, with 36 students as the experiment group and the students of class VB in SD No.4 Dalung with 28 students as the control group. The data collection is conducted using the test method in the form of the multiple choice objective test. The science learning results are analyzed using the t-test. Based on the average the experiment groups =80,89 > the control group =72,85, which means that the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result. Based on the hypothesis test, tvalues =4,517> ttable =2,000, with dk=62 and a significance level of 5%. Based on the test criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be interpreted there is a significant difference the science learning result between the group of students that were taught using the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the students that were taught using the conventional learning. It can be concluded that the the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result of the fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary School, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018. Keywords : probing prompting, multimedia, science learning result
