With the development of mobile network technology, the continuous increase of mobile traffic has put forward higher requirements for quality of service (QoS) issues such as asymmetric transmission delay. The paper mainly studies the energy distribution problem on the migration data link from the terminal device to the edge node in the mobile edge network. Multiple data service packages are set up at each hop on the migration data link, and these data service packages compete with each other, and ultimately only one terminal provides and stores energy for this hop. The migration strategy of the data service package is affected by the edge node, and the edge node changes the migration strategy according to the migration strategy of the data service package. The paper is based on the formation of nodes between the data service packages of different nodes on the 5G network data link to jointly control the migration strategy, coordinate the migration strategy formulated, and better coordinate the migration strategy. In this competitive game model, the optimal migration strategy of nodes is found out according to the terminal equipment access requirements. Then according to the node stability rules, the composition of nodes when the nodes are stable is obtained, the migration strategy of stable nodes and the migration and spectrum strategies of operators are obtained, and the migration strategy of joint control provides energy for edge nodes.

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the service package c death certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a qualitative type method approach which took place in the Sidoarjo District Civil Service Office as the location of the research. This research is presented with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling, and data analysis was carried out by data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study use the theory of public service quality which can be seen from the unfulfilled resources of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Civil Service and Civil Service, based on a review of several dimensions such as Tangible, which shows a lack of employees in the issuance of death certificates and insufficient sarpras, Reliability. (Reliability) there are SOPs stated in the Perbup), Responsiviness (Response) becomes less than optimal because the number of employees in the publishing division is only 2 (two) people and the applicant is 40 people each day, the Sidoarjo Dispendukcapil Assurance issues death certificates, KK , KTP, and Emphaty (Empathy) can be seen from the services that have met the service standards of the OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization), but it is necessary to add additional employees in the publishing department so that the service can be maximized.

Objectives: In recent years, the harm of smoking has attracted more and more public attention. Creating a healthy smoke-free environment has been widely favored and supported by the public. Smokeless environment has a certain positive effect on the rehabilitation of dementia patients. Sustained smoking cessation is associated with significantly decreased the future prevalence of dementia. Therefore, hospitals often establish a special organizational structure and management model for tobacco control, and carry out training and assessment for all staff. The nursing group also took it as the basic nursing standard. The 2019 disease pandemic has posed unique health threats to people living with dementia (PLWD). Therefore, a strict smoke-free environment is more necessary for the nursing group. One of the key challenges is scaling up long-term care services to meet the needs of the rapidly growing population of PLWD in developing countries. The aim of the study is to explore the care service needs, utilization and build an essential care service package (ECSP) for PLWD under the disease pandemic in China. Methods: From July 2018 to October 2019, a total of 1255 elderly with dementia in six cities in China by a cluster sampling were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. Care service needs and utilization for PLWD with different levels of cognitive impairment were summarized. Results: The ECSP for PLWD was composed of 30 service items (7 for core care) in order to guarantee that all PLWD enjoy equal care services, basing on public financing and implementing strategies and taking China's situations into account. The selection plan for ECSP at different levels is designed as 'General Care Services + Selective Care Services ', in which respective service items for low, mid, and high-level care for PLWD are 7+3, 7+6, and 7+10, and requires 151.41 hours, 201.88 hours, and 252.35 hours per month, respectively. Conclusion: The present study provides the first large-scale data on care service needs and utilization for PLWD in mainland China. The ECSP for PLWD based on the needs advanced in the paper was a practicable and effective quantitative management means that deserves a large-scale application. Some safeguard mechanisms and operational implementing pathways of ECSP for PLWD during and after the disease pandemic in China are proposed.

The Indonesian government has developed a Health Insurance program National Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS) Health. One of the ways to pay for health services for hospitals in Era JKN is the Indonesian Case Base Groups (INA-CBG's) payment system, namely the amount of claim payment by BPJS Health to the hospital for the package services based on diagnosis of disease and procedures. This study aims to analyze hospital real rates and INA CBG rates on the action of sectio caesarea and to find out the efforts made hospitals to cover INA-CBG's shortfall in claims costs. Types of research Qualitative descriptive conducted by in-depth interviews. Research sites at the hospital. Imelda Indonesian Worker having his address at Jalan Bilal No. 24 Kelurahan Pulo Brayan Darat I, East Medan District. The research was carried out since months January 2019 until finished. The population in this study is claim data delivery of inpatients who performed sectio casearea at month March and April as many as 143 cases The samples in this study were all population of 143 cases. The results showed that the difference in real rates hospital and INA-CBG rates on Sectio Caesaria at RSU. Imelda Worker Indonesia Medan in 2019 amounted to 73% of the real hospital rates exceeding the tariff INA-CBG's with a total difference in costs reaching IDR 199,661,028. and 39% real hospital fee less than INA-CBG's package rate. Efforts are conducted by the RSU. Imelda Indonesian workers to cover the shortage of costs INA-CBG's claims include using students who come from schools Imelda's own foundation, set the Sectio Caesare service package on general patients and providing supporting facilities. Suggested to RSU. Imelda Indonesian workers evaluate the financial risks received from services Sectio Caesare and evaluating the distribution of INA-CBG's claim costs for services Sectio Caesare is up to standard.

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has emerged in the 21st century as a leading form of building rapid transit in urban environs due to their ability as a rapidly implementable, relatively low-cost, flexible, and high-quality transit mode. While the popularity of the BRT mode continues to grow worldwide, there remains a degree of uncertainty over what designing for success looks like for BRT systems. This paper sought to determine whether there was a "correct" design approach for BRT implementation through literature review and case study. The case study revealed that despite differences in design and implementation, the cases successfully attained their respective planning and performance objectives. The inherent flexibility of the BRT mode allowed for BRT systems to be scaled to a wide array of operating and ridership contexts, as well as allow for incremental enhancements to the system as the passenger demands, available financing, and political will for upgrades arise. Key Words: bus rapid transit; BRT; BRT Lite; service package; system design.

AbstractRecent crises have accelerated global interest in self-care interventions. This debate paper aims to raise the issue of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) self-care and invites members of the global community operating in crisis-affected settings to look at potential avenues in mainstreaming SRH self-care interventions. We start by exploring self-care interventions that could align with well-established humanitarian standards, such as the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for Sexual and Reproductive Health in Crises, point to the potential of digital health support for SRH self-care in crisis-affected settings, and discuss related policy, programmatic, and research considerations. These considerations underscore the importance of self-care as part of the care continuum and within a whole-system approach. Equally critical is the need for self-care in crisis-affected settings to complement other live-saving SRH interventions—it does not eliminate the need for provider-led services in health facilities. Further research on SRH self-care interventions focusing distinctively on humanitarian and fragile settings is needed to inform context-specific policies and practice guidance.
