The aim of the work was to investigate the aspects of construction, simulate the management system for the construction of small hotels with the development of the graph model, determine the main characteristics of the system components and perform their evaluation using the integrated assessment technique.A systematic approach was used in the process of preparing the publication. The study has determined that the construction of hotels is formed under the influence of a significant number of different factors of the external and internal environment and is a complex process. It is proposed to consider the construction of small hotels in conjunction with the financing, design, development of recreational areas and profitability of the future hotel business. The construction management system is also complex and complicated. For the effective functioning of such a system, the integration of its components on the basis of modeling was carried out. For this purpose, graph theory has been used and a graph-model of the control system has been developed. This approach made it possible to simplify the management system for the construction of small hotels and to distinguish two main subsystems: engineering-construction and economics. The first subsystem includes building objects and recreational areas, the second - investor-customers.The components and functions of the model have been described. The basic characteristics of subsystems and their interrelations were singled out. Then an example of an assessment of the main characteristics of the engineering and construction subsystem using the integrated assessment technique was given. As a result, the most effective variant of the formation of the engineering and construction component of the management system for the construction of small hotels has been determined.Prospects for further research are an in-depth study of the interrelationships between the components of the management system for construction of small hotels and formation of the development direction for this system.

AbstractThe wearable electronics integrated with textile-based devices is a promising strategy to meet the requirements of human comfort as well as electrical performances. This research presents a design and development framework for a seamless glove sensor system using digital knitting fabrication. Based on the performance requirements of glove sensors for controlling a prosthetic hand, desirable design components include electrical conductivity, comfort, formfit, electrical sensitivity, and customizable design. These attributes are determined and achieved by applying appropriate materials and fabrication technologies. In this study, a digital knitting CAD/CAM system is utilized to meet the desired performance criteria, and two prototypes of the seamless glove sensor systems are successfully developed for the detection of both human and robotic finger motions. This digital knitting system will provide considerable potential for customized design development as well as a sustainable production process. This structured, systematic approach could be adapted in the future development of wearable electronic textile systems.

Road safety is the crisis condition in developing countries such as Indonesia. Based on 2016 data, the dead tolls of road accidents were 26,000, or 10.9 fatalities per 100,000 inhabitants. The majority of victims was between 15 and 29 years old (IRSMS, 2016). This condition shows the human capital lost caused by many dead prematurely on road. The Long Term National Road Safety Plan (RUNK) declareted in 2011 has the main goal is reducing road fatalities by 50% and 80% in 2020 and 2035 respectively. Indonesia National Police (INP) has the main role to coordinate and realize safer road users in the RUNK. Integrated Road Safety Management System (IRSMS) is the road accident data- based application that was developed by INP and it must be the evidence based for decision policies and development action plan activities. Establishment of Traffic Accident Research Centre (TARC) has the main objective to sinergising Indonesia traffic police with academia and researcher to carry out in depth study as well as to develop programmes that able both structural and cultural to construct safety concern society. INP understands that enforcement program solely cannot solve road safety problem. It recognizes that achievement is not possible without understanding the problems and incorporation with all stakeholders in road safety.

An integrated end-to-end lifecycle engineering process management system is deemed critical to boost the manageability, efficiency and responsiveness of an engineering enterprise. The challenge lies in the realization of such a system that is flexible and scalable. To overcome the challenge, a configurable module based system technology is developed to simplify the realization of a complex process management system and to offer the system a high level of flexibility and scalability. The technology is based on the belief that a complex process management system can be built by a set of static and process-based function modules. Each of the function modules consists of a set of categorized elements to meet the desired functional requirements. These categorized elements can be extracted into a unified process model upon which a configurable modular can be developed. The modular can be configured into a desired function module with specific functional requirements. The assignment of the function modules to the specific roles at the lifecycle processes forms a system. The technology has been successfully applied in a company specializing in make-to-order operations.
