Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) is the country’s poverty reduction policy. In 2017, CCT has changed its cash distribution mechanism to non-cash. The change in the distribution mechanism was alleged as the state’s response to the problems that arose beforehand so that through non-cash it could be really well received by the beneficiaries effectively. This policy change is evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, including in Bantul Regency, Dlingo District. To see the effectiveness of the program from cash to non-cash, this article aims to examine the role of facilitators in the distribution process to beneficiaries. This article is a development of the results of qualitative research. The data collection is through the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Meanwhile, not all participants were interviewed, but only a small part was taken by probability sampling methods. The results of the study in this article show that the role of the facilitator can run effectively with several main activities, including participant sharing, education, and training for beneficiaries, assisting the priority and empowering potential, and organizing learning groups.Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah kebijakan penanggulangan kemiskinan negeri ini. Di tahun 2017 PKH telah berubah mekanisme penyalurannya dari tunai menjadi non tunai. Perubahan mekanisme penyaluran ini disinyalir sebagai respon negara atas persoalan yang muncul sebelumnya sehingga melalui non tunai dapat betul-betul diterima dengan baik oleh Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) secara efektif. Perubahan kebijakan ini merata di seluruh Indonesia tidak terkecuali di Kabupaten Bantul, Kecamatan Dlingo. Untuk melihat efektivitas program dari tunai ke non tunai, artikel ini hendak mengkaji tentang peran pendamping dalam proses penyaluran kepada KPM. Artikel ini merupakan pengembangan dari hasil penelitian kualitatif. Adapun pengambilan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tentu pengambilan data tidak semua peserta diwawancarai, namun hanya sebagian kecil diambil dengan metode probability sampling. Hasil kajian pada artikel ini menunjukan bahwa peran pendamping dapat berjalan secara efektif dengan beberapa kegiatan pokok, antara lain: pembagian peserta, pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi KPM, mendampingi yang prioritas dan memberdayakan yang potensial, dan pengorganisasian kelompok belajar.

This research explores the role of Madrasa’s headmaster as an academic supervisor to improve teacher’s performance in State Islamic Junior High School (MTs) of Donomulyo, Kulon progo, Yogyakarta. This is a qualitative research using non participatory observation method, interview and documentations as its data collection.  The result shows that: (1).  MTs Donomulyo employs assistance as the academic supervision concept, (2). the academic supervision programs applied to improve teachers performances are training and development for individual teachers or in group, (3). Madrasa’s headmaster’s role in the improvement of teachers’ performances involves guiding them in the form of giving motivation, encouragement, as well as giving examples. Beside that, he is also sometimes suggest for a solution, help, building commitment and training.

This paper presents a case study of the origins of Progresa–Oportunidades, the conditional cash transfer program for which Mexico has gained an international reputation. The main argument is that, though Mexico is held up as a leader in this area, this is little more than a façade. Rather, Mexico is used by the World Bank to propel its favoured policies and NAFTA has limited its ability to engage in autonomous policymaking. Furthermore, it is shown that the alleged role of Mexico as an emerging power is misleading and that we can best characterize it as a sinking middle power.

One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS. This chapter examines the role that public policy initiatives—specifically anti-poverty transfers—have played in the reduction of poverty and inequality in Brazil. A number of anti-poverty initiatives are considered in turn, and not just the widely known Bolsa Familia conditional cash transfer program. The analysis establishes that such transfers—including conditional cash transfers—have proved surprisingly effective, even helping to tackle long-standing income inequality. It is recognized that explicit anti-poverty initiatives were not the only drivers of the reduced incidence of poverty and inequality: factors such as growth and improved access to labor markets also played a role. However, progress is now threatened by the recent economic and political crisis.

Abstract Abdul Hay Kurban Ali’s arrival in Japan in 1924 has a huge impact on the development of Islam and towards the Muslim community in Tokyo Japan. The migration of the Turkic Tatar Muslim to Japan resulting from the Russian Revolution un 1917 has cause several Islamic Associations to emerge in Japan. Abdul Hay Kurban Ali was the leader of one of this Islamic Association for the Muslim community representing the Turkic-Tatar Muslim in Japan under the name Mahalla Islamiya. With this, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali has carried the interests from each of the Islamic Association from the Muslim community in Japan to build education institution and mosque in Tokyo, Japan. As such, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali cooperate with Syeikh Abdul Rashid Ibrahim in creating good relationship between Turkey and Japan to ease the construction of education institution and mosque in Tokyo, Japan. This research is a qualitative research using the historical history design. This research used the documentation method through data collection that focus on sources under four themes which is historical background of Abdul Hay Kurban Ali, the arrival of Islam in Japan, the role of Da’wah by Abdul Hay Kurban Ali and his contributions in Tokyo, Japan. Meanwhile, the researcher use descriptive and historical methods in analysing the data and sources under the prescribed themes. The finding from the research showed that the four thematic analyses has given a clear and organized information. The role of Abdul Hay Kurban towards the development of Islam in Tokyo, Japan is very significant for the Da’wah aspect towards the Japanese community, the Islamic Association of the Muslim community and the construction of education institution and mosque. Penghijrahan komuniti Muslim Turki Tatar ke Jepun akibat revolusi Rusia pada tahun 1917 telah menyebabkan wujudnya beberapa persatuan-persatuan Islam di Jepun. Abdul Hay Kurban Ali telah mengetuai salah satu daripada persatuan komuniti Muslim bagi bangsa Turki-Tatar di Jepun, Mahalla Islamiya. Menerusi hal ini, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali telah membawa hasrat daripada setiap persatuan-persatuan komuniti Muslim di Jepun untuk membina institusi pendidikan dan masjid di Tokyo, Jepun. Oleh itu, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali bekerjasama dengan Syeikh Abdul Rashid Ibrahim untuk mengadakan hubungan baik bersama kerajaan Turki dan Jepun bagi memudahkan pembinaan institusi pendidikan dan masjid di Tokyo, Jepun. Kajian Ini merupakan kajian berbentuk kualitatif dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kajian sejarah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui pengumpulan data dengan menfokuskan pada sumber-sumber yang berkaitan empat tema iaitu, sejarah latar belakang Abdul Hay Kurban Ali, kedatangan Islam di Jepun, peranan dakwah Abdul Hay Kurban Ali dan sumbangan beliau di Tokyo, Jepun. Manakala pengkaji menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode sejarah untuk menganalisis data-data dan sumber-sumber menerusi tema yang ditetapkan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa sumber-sumber menerusi empat tematik yang dikaji oleh pengkaji telah memberikan maklumat yang tersusun dan jelas. Peranan Abdul Hay Kurban Ali terhadap perkembangan Islam di Tokyo, Jepun amat besar jasanya dari aspek dakwah kepada komuniti Jepun, penyatuan persatuan-persatuan komuniti Muslim dan pembinaan institusi pendidikan dan masjid. The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

This type of research is a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N Suryodiningrata 1 Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were to schools, class teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and observation techniques. Based on the results of the study show that the forms of student bullying behavior that occur are that students make fun of and mock friends, find out friends and ask for pocket money to their friends. The way the class teacher handles student bullying behavior is by conducting classical and individual guidance. The role of the class in addressing the behavior of bullying students, be a mediator when the bullying occurred in class, and give advice as well as motivations to students.

The purpose of this  study was to determine how much the potential and effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in the District of South Kuta. This research has been conducted in various  restaurants  located in South Kuta. The number of samples is 94 restaurants, 14 restaurants, and 4 bars, with probability sampling methods, especially Simple Random Sampling. Data collection is done through surveys, non-participant observation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique  used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis shows that the restaurant tax potential in South Kuta District in 2019 is quite large when compared to the realization and target of restaurant tax. The effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in South Kuta District in 2018 which resulted in 108 percent with very effective criteria. Keywords: Potency; Effectiveness; Realization of Revenue.

Orientation: Industrial and organisational (I-O) psychologists are responsible for workplacecounselling. Workplace counselling requires specific skills and training for the I-O psychologist.Research purpose: The main aim of the study was to explore the role of training the I-Opsychologist as workplace counsellor.Motivation for the study: Studies show that the I-O psychologist does not feel adequatelyprepared for their role as workplace counsellor. It is important to explore which skills andtraining are needed to equip the I-O psychologist as counsellor.Research approach, design and method: A qualitative research design with convenience andsnowball sampling was used to identify I-O psychologists (n = 22) from different businesssectors in Gauteng and North-West. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to gatherdata and content analysis was utilised to extract themes and sub-themes from the results.Main findings: The findings showed that the participants know about the process of counselling, but they did not feel adequately prepared for their role as workplace counsellors. From the findings, recommendations for the training of future I-O psychologists are made.Practical implications: This study adds to the knowledge about ensuring that the I-Opsychologist is equipped during their training for the workplace to address the counselling needs of employees in the workplace in South Africa.Contribution/value-add: This study contributes towards ensuring that the I-O psychologistis sufficiently prepared for their role as workplace counsellor by making knowledge available regarding the skills required by I-O psychologists to be applied in practice.Keywords: Industrial-organisational (I-O) psychologist; Counsellor; Skills and competencies; Qualitative research; Training
