Potensi energi panas bumi yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia sangat besar dan pemanfaatannya belum optimal. Data dari Badan Geologi Kementrian ESDM menunjukkan bahwa potensi energi panas bumi di Indonesia mencapai 29,5 GW atau 40% dari potensi panas bumi di dunia. Pemanfaatan energi panas bumi di Indonesia untuk dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik sebesar 1.189MW (tahun 2014). Keunggulan pemanfaatan energi panas bumi adalah energi bersih dan ramah lingkungan. Energi panas bumi mampu menggantikan pembangkit berbahan bakar batu bara ataupun gas. Upaya dalam pemanfaatan energi panas bumi adalah dengan melakukan pembangunan PLTP di area WKP yang memiliki potensi energi panas bumi yang besar salah satunya adalah WKP Patuha Ciwidey yang masih masuk dalam WKP Pangalengan. Saat ini Kapasitas pembangkit yang dibangkitkan adalah mencapai 1x60MW. Kajian dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan pemanfaatan energi panas bumi di WKP Patuha Ciwidey. Teknologi yang digunakan pada PLTP Patuha Unit 1 adalah siklus uap kering (Direct Dry Steam Cycle) Fluida uap dialirkan secara langsung ke Turbin. Sistem konversi ini merupakan sistem konversi yang paling sederhana. Dalam kajian ini ditemukan bahwa secara lateral terdapat tiga reservoir di area Patuha yang saling terhubung diantara Kawah Putih Cibuni, dan Ciwidey yang dipisahkan oleh Sesar Normal Cimanggu sehingg memisahkan antara area reservoir Kawah Cibuni dan reservoir Kawah Putih, sedangkan sesar normal Cileulur memisahkan area reservoir Kawah Putih dan area reservoir Kawah Ciwidey. Sedangkan Kebutuhan uap yang digunakan dalam pembangkitan PLTP unit 1 Patuha yakni dengan inlet pressure 11 bar abs, tekanan kondensor 0.1 bar abs, dari hasil perhitungan diperkirakan unit 1 Patuha membutuhkan uap sekitar 370.8 ton/jam atau 103 kg/s dengan konsumsi uap rara-rata sebesar 6.75 ton/jam.MW. Dalam upaya menjaga dan mengembangkan pemanfaatan energi diperlukan perencanaan desain proyek seumur hidup long life sustainability, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi lingkungan, prediksi sumur, perencanaan steamfield, dan simulasi reservoir.

Human development is a development paradigm that puts human (population) as the focus and final target of all development activities, namely the achievement of control over resources (income to achieve decent living), improvement of health status (long life and healthy life) and improve education. To see the success rate of human development, UNDP publishes an indicator of Human Development Index (HDI). This study discusses the achievements of human development that have been pursued by the government. The problem analyzed in this research is the difference of human development achievement in some provincial government in Indonesia. This paper aims to compare the achievements of human development in some provincial governments seen from the achievement of human development index of each province. “A system of private ownership must provide for something more sophisticated than absolute ownership of the property by one person. A property owner needs to be able to do more than own it during his lifetime and pass it on to someone else on his death.”1 Those who own things with a long life quite naturally feel the urge to deal in segments of time. Most of the owner's ambitions in respect of time can be met by the law of contract. But contract does not offer a complete solution, since contracts create only personal rights. Certain of the owner's legitimate wishes can be achieved only if the law allows them to be given effect in rem—that is, as proprietary rights. Legal systems have responded differently to the need for proprietary rights limited in time. Roman law created usufruct and other iura in re aliena; English law created different legal estates. Every system has faced similar problems. One issue has been the extent to which the holder of a limited interest should be restricted in his or her use and enjoyment in order to protect the holders of other interests in the same thing. A common core of principles regulates the relationship between those who hold temporary interests and the reversioners. For instance, every system forbids holder of the possessory interest to damage the thing arbitrarily. But other rules are more controversial. This study focuses upon the rules which do not forbid, but compel, certain courses of action.

This essay discusses based on Qur’anic value and character education. In gobalization era, it has great impact on young behaviour change such as fighting, free sex, drug and other delinquencies. The occurred result is serious enough and it cannot be assumed just as a simple matter again, mainly that the subjects and the victim are young people whose have professions as students. The fact indicates that education world has to give an important role toward preventing national moral decadency in the effort of preparing the better future young generation. In this regard, we are aware that the education goal, basically, is to build better morality of human being or in another term is to “humanize the human being”. An idea regarding the significance of character education was appeared as a given solution in answering the morality problem in Indonesian education world. Character education is part of value education. That why, looking for the character education concept has been very urgent in the effort of preparing excellent, faithful, professional and personalized leaner as being asked by the education goal. The essence of characterized behavior actually is the psychological totality form which includes the whole human individual potency of cognitive, affective and psycho-motoric aspects, and also socio-cultural totality function in the context of interaction with God, him or herself, other human beings and the environment in his or her long life. Furthermore, in Qur’an’s teaching, the figure of the Messenger Peace be upon him (PBUH) is viewed as “the model human being”. In this context, the concept of Qur’anic charactereducation can be found through three moral dimensions that should be actualized in human being personality. They are the morality toward Allah (spiritual quotient/ intelligence), the morality toward our self (emotional quotient) and the morality toward Allah’s creatures, human being and environment (social quotient). Then, school should make the Holy Qur’an as the foundation of character education’s implementation whereas the implementation form in the school can be developed through intra-curricular, extra-curricular or personality and school culture development.

AbstractA schematic diagram of a hydraulic drive system is provided to stabilize the speed of the working body by compensating for volumetric losses in the hydraulic motor. The diagram shows the inclusion of an originally developed self-adjusting choke whose flow rate in the inlet pressure change range tends to reverse - with increasing pressure the flow through it decreases. Dependent on the hydraulic characteristics of the hydraulic motor and the specific operating conditions.
