Introduction. The current state of financial and economic government institutions negatively affects  Ukrainian budget execution, and the general trend of deterioration in the standard of living of the people, in general leads to low level of functioning of the enterprise and  their competitiveness, especially in such industry as trade. Aims and tasks. In the conditions of an unstable political and economic situation in commodity market and services to overcome disproportions between operating profit  of some commodity groups of trade enterprise and its added value which indicates depreciation of the capital  invested by owners not only doesn't provide compensation of investments, but also leads to losses because of inflationary processes therefore there is a need for the mutual integration of approaches of management of expenses for assessment. Results. The practical value of application of a method of Activity-based costing (ABC) and Economic Value Added (EVA) in management of expenses not only in creation of a system of accounting of expenses, but also and predictions through new approaches for the analysis for identification of unproductive fields of activity in value creation of a product is proved, including positively influences the growth of business activity for trade enterprises. In the field of innovative approaches the balanced system of indexes (BSI) and EVA methods harmoniously are integrated in processes of costs planning, management of them at the level of departments and in general are distributed among operation processes to responsible persons, which has a positive impact on maximizing capital cost of the enterprise. Conclusions. Application of methods of cost management as uniform system provides chance to distribute expenses on commodity groups and to define  goods which create added value gives the chance to settle the impact of minimum change of influence of a factor  on commodity turnover level due to decrease of unit  cost in life cycle of a product through the analysis of a point of profitability for increase in investment attractiveness.

Abstract The study compares the on-going naturbanization processes in and around two Natural Parks under the impact of newcomers, but also tourists from Barcelona and Bucharest and their metropolitan areas. The landscape value of these areas attracts the urban population, which contributes to local sustainable development process but also promotes construction. New businesses associated with rural multifunctionality and value-added activities related to environmental quality were identified. New residents have contributed introducing responsible patterns of consumer, ecoentrepreneurship by women, recovery of abandoned buildings and intensification of rural-urban relationships. Negative impacts such as intensive construction of second homes, with a lower use, in some areas around Cadí-Moixeró threaten biodiversity and habitat connectivity. Insufficient integration of environmental policies, particularly in the Comana wetlands, reduces the potential for rural renewal. Research methods included a review of the counterurbanization literature and the statistical data related to processes of naturbanization in both areas, along with the conduct of 30 structured interviews with key local actors in each area. Naturbanization still offers the potential to enhance local development; however, it is urgent to assess social perspectives in natural parks management in order to achieve environmentally friendly built-up areas.

In this research, agricultural employment and labor structure in Turkey between the years 1991-2019 aimed to investigate the impact on economic growth. In this framework, the relationship between agricultural employment (TI), agricultural male employment (TEI) and agricultural value added (TKD) and growth was analyzed using the World Bank Country Report. According to the results obtained in the study, the relationship of all three parameters with GDP is statistically highly significant (p <0.05). However, when the analysis is repeated as year-controlled, the effect of agricultural added value on GDP becomes statistically insignificant (p> 0.05). The regression analysis results showed that only the TI variable, that is, the agricultural employment variable, had a significant effect on growth (p <0.05). Apart from this, there is no statistically significant effect of male employment and agricultural value added parameters on growth in agriculture (p> 0.05). Increased employment in agricultural production in Turkey, has a negative effect on growth. It can be stated that the main reasons for this are that there are not enough agricultural innovations, modernization and technological developments.

One of the leading potato-producing areas of Indonesia is the Batur sub-district in Banjarnegara, Central Java. The Batur sub-district has potential for potato cultivation and business. However, most farmers in this area still follow the wholesaler's price. According to farmers, they must obey the policies of wholesalers after they get credit from wholesalers through collectors. Moreover, farmers can also not know the potato market with certainty due to the limited mastery of market information, especially prices and added value to various actors in the potato supply chain. This study aims to: (i) describe how the potatoes supply chain in Batur, Banjarnegara; furthermore, the comparison of potato prices and value-added by distribution channel, (ii) discuss and analyze the causes of differences in potato market prices and value-added in distribution channels, (iii) recommend the appropriate potato distribution strategy. The data required include secondary and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Department of Agriculture. Meanwhile, primary data was obtained through a questionnaire from 20 potato farmers and traders from Wonoyoso, Sumberejo, Batur, and Grogol villages. Interviews were conducted with six potato farmer groups. The results showed that potato farmers were weak compared to other potato supply chain actors such as wholesalers, collectors, wholesale market traders in other provinces, retailers, MSMEs, factories, and exporters. The dependence of farmers on local wholesalers is quite substantial because wholesalers control potatoes' marketing network from upstream to downstream. The study recommendations are restructuring and improving cooperation performance and providing business loans with lower interest rates and fast processing. The Agro Cooperative will shorten the potato distribution channels and provides potato farmers with important information such as market information and business conditions.

In the context of the rapid development of global value chain theory, “Internet” as the main feature of digital trade has bred greater opportunities for international cooperation and has become a driving force for the reconstruction of global value chains. This paper studies the relationship between the development of the Internet and the reconstruction of the value chain, verifies the evolution path of the industry’s added value through theoretical derivation, and answers the impact of the development of the Internet on the evolution path of the smile curve. The results show that the “smile curve” is not a necessary feature of the upgrade of the manufacturing value chain. Some industrial value chain upgrades the form of a “Muslim curve”, and the Internet can affect the value added of the manufacturing industry’s export value through three ways.

Prospects for the development of the national economy in the context of integration of blockchain technologies into the system of economic processes indicate the need to develop methods and algorithms for a formalized assessment of their impact on the key parameters of socio-economic dynamics. Meanwhile, if in the scientific and expert space, although it is extremely rare, but still one can find works devoted to certain aspects of this scientific and methodological problem, then, unfortunately, it should be stated that the study of the impact of the technologies under study on certain sectors of the economy does not occur in information-analytical and scientific spaces at all. Unfortunately, the methods of empirical study of the influence of blockchain technologies on the parameters of economic development at the current time not only have not found their consolidated solution, but are completely characterized by fragmentation and patchiness. This study is an attempt to strengthen the positions of formalized approaches to the study of the scientific and practical problem. The paper proposes an algorithm for studying the dynamics of the gross value added of the sectors of the Russian economy through the prism of a possible transformation of the key parameters of the functioning of the financial and real sectors of the economy as a result of the diffusion of blockchain technologies. Relying on the hypotheses put forward, cointegration models were built for the studied types of economic activity, which make it possible to identify the contribution of exogenous factors, corrected under the pressure of penetration of distributed data storage technologies into the economic environment, on the degree of added value growth. This, in turn, made it possible to carry out a cluster analysis of the studied sectors of the economy in terms of their level of sensitivity to institutional transformations caused by the integration of blockchain technologies into the economic environment.
