ABSTRAK Pantai Cahaya terletak di Desa Sendang Sikucing, Kecamatan Rowosari, Kabupaten Kendal dikelola oleh PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia yang merupakan lembaga konservasi mamalia yang sejak tahun 1999. Pengembangan wisata Pantai Cahaya kini sudah baik dengan adanya atraksi wisata, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas yang disediakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantasi Cahaya. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada 60 responden pengunjung menggunakan teknik accidental sampling 30 responden masyarakat setempat, dan 6 responden pengelola menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Evaluasi pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantai Cahaya masuk dalam tahap stagnasi dimana atraksi wisata didominasi oleh wisata buatan, sarana prasarana telah banyak disediakan, aksesibilitas sudah dikembangkan, jumlah kunjungan tertinggi telah tercapai dan stagnan pada 2 tahun terakhir, pengunjung yang datang merupakan repeater guest.ABSTRACT Cahaya Beach is located at the Sendang Sikucing Village, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, managed by PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia, a mammal conservation organization that was established in 1999. Development of Cahaya Beach is supported by the presence of tourist attractions, accessibility, and provided facilities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of marine tourism in the Cahaya Beach. The study was conducted in November-December 2018. This study used a qualitative and quantitative, collect data method with observation and interviews by distributing questionnaires to 60 visitors using accidental sampling techniques, 30 local communities, and 6 managers using purposive sampling technique. Evaluation of the development of marine tourism at Cahaya Beach was included in the stage of stagnation where tourist attractions were dominated by mainmade tourism, infrastructure had been widely provided, accessibility had been developed, the highest number of visits had been reached and stagnant in the last 2 years, visitors were guest repeaters.

Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

Pantai Sadranan merupakan pantai yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pantai Sadranan adalah salah satu obyek wisata alam yang banyak digemari karena pantai ini memiliki berbagai macam wisata yang tersedia, mulai dari pasir nya yang putih, pemandangan alam yang indah dan berbagai permainan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat tentang wisata bahari, persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantai Sadranan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman tentang wisata bahari memiliki nilai tertinggi 96% tentang pemanfaatan wisata dan terendah 8% tentang lingkungan wisata. Persepsi pengunjung tentang pengembangan wisata bahari memiliki nilai sedang pada kondisi daya tarik wisata, sarana dan prasarana dan tingkat keberhasilan pengembangan. Sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat memiliki nilai tertinggi 98% pada pelayanan dan jasa, terendah memiliki nilai 52% pada culture dan atraksi wisata. Sebagian besar Pantai Sadranan dikelola masyarakat, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantai Sadranan cukup baik.  Sadranan Beach is a beach located at the Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The Sadranan Beach is one of nature's most popular attractions because this beach has a variety of tours available, ranging from white sand, beautiful natural scenery and various water games. This study aims to determine the understanding of the community about marine tourism, perceptions and community participation, knowing the factors that influence community participation on the development of marine tourism on the Sadranan Beach. The study was conducted from April to May 2017. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected using purposive sampling technique and accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of understanding about marine tourism has the highest value of 96% about tourism utilization and the lowest 8% about the tourist environment. Visitor perception about marine tourism development has medium value at condition of tourist attraction, facility and infrastructure and success rate of development. While community participation has the highest value of 98% on services, the lowest has a value of 52% on culture and tourist attractions. Most of Sadranan Beach is managed by the community, it can be said that community participation towards the development of marine tourism on the beach Sadranan quite good.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.

 Pesisir selatan Jawa, khususnya pantai Pagak, Kabupaten Purworejo merupakan daerah potensial dengan beragam jenis biota yang seringkali dimanfaatkan masyarakat setempat sebagai bahan makanan. Biota tersebut diantaranya adalah yutuk (undur-undur laut) yang bermanfaat secara ekologis maupun ekonomis, namun pemanfaatan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan pola sebaran undur-undur laut sebagai dasar pemilihan daerah penangkapan undur-undur laut dan hubungan salinitas substrat dengan kelimpahan undur-undur laut yang ada di pantai Pagak, Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2018. Pengambilan sampel biota dan substrat dilakukan pada tiga stasiun dimana setiap stasiun dilakukan tiga kali pengulangan pada hari yang berbeda. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelimpahan undur-undur laut (hippidae) di pantai Pagak berkisar 2-4 individu/m2 dengan pola sebaran yang mengelompok. Kelimpahan tersebut cenderung lebih tinggi pada salinitas substrat kisaran 33-35 ppt. Salinitas substrat berpengaruh terhadap kelimpahan undur-undur laut (hippidae) di pantai Pagak dan keduanya mempunyai hubungan yang lemah (r = 0,371). Southern coast of Java, especially Pagak beach, Purworejo Regency is a potential area with various types of biota that are often used by local people as food. One of the biota is mole crab that is useful ecologically and economically, while the existing utilization is not yet optimal and sustainable. The purpose of this research is to know the abundance and distribution pattern of mole crab as the basis for the selection of good and sustainable fishing areas of mole crab, and the relationship between substrate salinity and the abundance of mole crab at Pagak beach, Purworejo Regency. The study was conducted in January 2018. Samples collection of biota and substrate were conducted at three stations where each station was carried out with three replication on different days. Purposive sampling technique was used to take the sample. The results showed the abundance of mole crab (hippidae) at Pagak beach ranged from 2 to 4 individuals / m2 with a group pattern of distribution. The abundance tends to be higher in the substrate salinity of 33-35 ppt range. Substrate salinity and abundance of mole crab have weak relationships

Banten is one province in Indonesia which has a variety of objects and the potential tourism. One of the tourist area is Ujung Kulon National Park. Ujung Kulon National Park is a kind of ecological tourism (ecotourism) that located in Pandeglang. This national park is very well known to foreign tourists and domestic tourists, primarily as a place of preservation of the Javan rhino (one-horned rhino and buffalo). However, tourist arrivals Ujung Kulon National Park in 2010 has decreased, therefore necessary to conduct research on aspects related to increasing the number of visits. including through programs conducted by the marketing communication manager Ujung Kulon National Park. Based on this, the researcher interested to conduct research The Influence of Marketing Communication Programs towards Visiting Decision in Ujung Kulon National Park. The problem of this study are 1). How the idea of marketing communication programs, 2). How the idea of the decision to visit, 3). How does influence marketing communication programs to the visiting decision. This study aims to obtain marketing communication description, visiting decision description and the influence of marketing communications programs to the visiting decision. The technical analysis of the data in this study is used the analysis of the path (path analysis) with a sampling technique is systematic random sampling of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that marketing communication programs have a significant influence on the decision to visit. Greatest effect is obtained through advertising and the smallest effect is obtained through the event and experience. This is because advertising is a means of promotion through various media such as print and electronic media that can provide more information to tourists. Suggestion for managers Ujung Kulon National Park, should further develop marketing programs through organized events and improve the quality of tourist attractions as well as provide information best time to visit the National Park Ujung Kulon.

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of entrepreneurial marketing and trust carried out by SMEs and to contribute to literature and conceptual models on the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and trust on marketing performance. The sample in this study were SMEs in the handicraft sector in Rembang, Central Java. The number of samples studied was 200 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample criteria are SMEs that have been running a business for at least 3 (three) years. This is because in measuring the dimensions of marketing performance there are several indicators of the level of achievement of marketing performance each year, at least for a minimum of 3 years it can be seen the marketing performance of these SMEs. Data analysis using multiple regression modeling. The results show that entrepreneurial marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, trust has a significant effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial marketing and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance.

 ABSTRAK Pantai Teluk Awur merupakan destinasi wisata di Desa Teluk Awur, Kecamatan Tahunan, Jepara. Pantai ini memiliki fasilitas yang cukup lengkap dan memadai, sehingga memiliki peluang untuk dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden, persepsi responden tentang potensi wisata, dan nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Teluk Awur. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November – Desember  2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden yang terdiri dari 40 masyarakat menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan 50 pengunjung menggunakan teknik accidental sampling serta metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur kesesuaian wisata pantai Teluk Awur yang dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun. Karakteristik responden masyarakat, sebagian besar laki - laki berusia dewasa dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir rendah (SD) yang memiliki pekerjaan pedagang dan wiraswasta. Mayoritas responden pengunjung berasal dari Jepara, berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia muda (12-25 tahun) dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir sedang (SMP-SMA). Persepsi responden tentang potensi dan daya tarik wisata Pantai Teluk Awur yaitu cukup baik, dan fasilitas, aksesibilitas serta kepedulian lingkungan baik. Nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) Pantai Teluk Awur termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai untuk dijadikan sebagai obyek wisata pantai. ABSTRACT Teluk Awur Beach is a tourism destination in the Teluk Awur Village of Tahunan subdistrict, Jepara. The beach has  are quite complete and adequatefacilities, so has opportunity for tourism development. The purpose of this research were to know characteristics of respondent, respondent perceptions about tourism potential, and Tourist Suitability Index (TSI) value of the Teluk Awur Beach. The study was conducted from November to December 2018. The method used were qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to 40 local communities respondentusing purposive sampling technique, and 50 visitors using accidental sampling techniques and quantitative methods to measure tourism suitability of the Teluk Awur Beach which consists of 3 stations. Characteristics of the local community respondents, mostly men adults with a low level of education (elementary school) who had jobs for traders and entrepreneurs. The majority of visitors respondents come from Jepara, young women (12-25 years) with the latest education (Junior High Shcool-Senior High School). Perceptions of respondent about potential and tourist attraction of the Teluk Awur Beach are quite good, while facilities, accessibility and environmental care are good. TSI value of the Teluk Awur Beach is in the category  of very suitable to be used as a beach tourism object.

This study was intended to see how the effect of easiness, trustworthiness and perception on the risk of using e-commerce toward online purchasing decision (survey on consumer lazada.co.id). The populations in this study were all people who have visited the site Lazada.co.id with sample of 100 people, the sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique where the method of determination of the samples based on certain criteria. The results of this study, easiness variable (X1), trustworthiness (X2), the perception of risk (X3) gave positive and significant impact on online purchase decision (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The amount influence of convenience (X1), trust (X2), the perception of risk (X3) toward online purchase decision (Y) is 0.314 (R2 = 31.4%). The purpose of this study is known the picture of user satisfaction (user institution) for the quality of Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu graduates. This is the kind exploratory and descritive research  that are qualitative and quantitative. Unit analysis of research data is user institution where Poltekkes kemenkes Bengkulu graduates working. While the subject of study is the leadher-ship of the institution / head room in which graduate work and their partner work at the institute. Subjects in this study set by purposive sampling technique followed by a snow ball sampling tech-nique. Data was collected through structured interviews and filling out the questionnaire guidelines. Interviews were conducted to the leadership of institutions and co-workers. Data from Pol-tekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu graduates conducted using a questionnaire. The analysis showed that more than half (63.6%), users opinion said that the  quality of graduates were good, the majority (72.7%) chairman and co-workers are satisfied with the performance of Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu graduates, and 23.4% of graduates find a job < 3 months after graduation and 23.4% of graduates find job after waiting 3-6 months. Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu  should prepare the studends to have a competitive advantage began the process of selection and education to produce qualifiedgraduates.

Background: Indonesia is well-known for its plurality of people, either in terms of ethnic cultures or religions and beliefs. The diversity of the Indonesian nation can be viewed as one of the means to strengthen the unity of the nation by always developing tolerant and respectful attitude toward each other. Currently, the diversity existing in Indonesia tends to cause many conflicts due to people are less able to view the existing equation and to appreciate the differences in society. In Semarang City, (Indonesia) there is a plurality of cultures and religions, precisely at the Kongkong Village, Ngadirgo District, Mijensub district. That most of the population is Hindu. By the occurred conflict, the urgent need to be noticed by the Indonesian people is to redefine the appropriate attitude of diversity within a plural society. One way that should be developed to foster harmony among plural religious adherents as in Indonesia is to develop tolerance among religious adherents. Religious tolerance is an attitude of accepting the presence of others which differ on faiths and respecting others’ beliefs even if he/she does not agree with them. Methodology: The population in this study is the citizens of Kongkong Village, Mijen Subdistrict, Semarang City, and Central Java, Indonesia who are Moslem and Hindu from 15-50 years of age. The samples of 157 people in this study were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The religious tolerance scale used in this study is partly an adaptation of the religious tolerance scale compiled by Walt et al in 2014 and partly compiled by researchers with a benchmark of religious tolerance dimensions by Walt (2014). Result: There is no significant difference in religious tolerance between Islamic and Hindu subjects in Kongkong Village.
