This research work compares the learning organizational framework with that of UAE government proposed initiatives towards its academic institutions from three different perspectives viz., 1. Four pillars of modern organizations 2. Different layers of fostering a learning culture 3. The life cycle of a high-performance learning organizations. A comparative study is made between learning organizations initiates and UAE proposed initiatives. Finally concluded with few influencing factors of UAE economy from academy perspective.

The paper discusses the practical issues of creation cluster-type computing equipment and switching equipment, which are based on Russian technologies and components developed for the segment of high-performance teraflop-class servers. A number of technical solutions are proposed, aimed at forming in the shortest possible time with minimal costs using a limited set of components (clusters), a model range of cluster-type computing equipment. The latter should ensure the creation of technical means of automation systems that have a performance parity with technical means of foreign production, as well as surpass it in a number of important operational and technical parameters, including the duration of the products and technical means life cycle, failure stability and external influencing factors durability.

In developing countries, the role of women in the business sector is continuously improving. As a result, female enterprises have also been encouraged in Pakistan. This study is based on life cycle development phases from which women-owned enterprises have to go through in order to become successful. As a primary data source, face-to-face interviews with owners of successful women-owned enterprises were preferred. The data collection process was divided into two phases i.e. Phase-I and Phase-II. After data collection, qualitative analysis has been performed using NVIVO. Findings provide both generic and specific factors involved in life cycle development of women-owned enterprises. This study provides a detailed view of life cycle development model followed by successful women enterprises. The outcome of this research work is a theoretical finding which can be utilized by entrepreneurs owning small scale enterprises to improve their level of performance. Findings can also be helpful for potentially talented women interested in setting up their own business.

Due to the absence of commercially available fractional-order capacitors and inductors, their implementation can be performed using fractional-order differentiators and integrators, respectively, combined with a voltage-to-current conversion stage. The transfer function of fractional-order differentiators and integrators can be approximated through the utilization of appropriate integer-order transfer functions. In order to achieve that, the Continued Fraction Expansion as well as the Oustaloup’s approximations can be utilized. The accuracy, in terms of magnitude and phase response, of transfer functions of differentiators/integrators derived through the employment of the aforementioned approximations, is very important factor for achieving high performance approximation of the fractional-order elements. A comparative study of the accuracy offered by the Continued Fraction Expansion and the Oustaloup’s approximation is performed in this paper. As a next step, the corresponding implementations of the emulators of the fractional-order elements, derived using fundamental active cells such as operational amplifiers, operational transconductance amplifiers, current conveyors, and current feedback operational amplifiers realized in commercially available discrete-component IC form, are compared in terms of the most important performance characteristics. The most suitable of them are further compared using the OrCAD PSpice software.

During the last decades under the enthusiastic and competent guidance of Mr Chiarmetta SSM processes attained in Italy at Stampal Spa (Torino) an unquestionable high level of industrial development with the production of large numbers of high performance automotive parts, like variety of suspension support, engine suspension mounts, steering knuckle, front suspension wheel, arm and rear axle. Among the most highlighted findings SSM processes demonstrated their capability to reduce the existing gap between casting and forging, moreover during such a processes there are the opportunity to better control the defect level.Purpose of this paper is to highlight the research work and the SSM industrial production attained and developed by Mr G.L. Chiarmetta, as well as to give an overview concerning some alternative methods for the production of enhanced performance light alloys components for critical industrial applications and to present an analysis of a new rheocasting process suitable for the manufacturing of high performance industrial components.

This research work was designed to establish and validate a novel stability indicating RP-HPLC method for the combined determination of Benidipine hydrochloride (BHE) and Nebivolol hydrochloride (NHE) in bulk and tablets, dependent on ICH guidelines.The assay method to analyse BHE and NHE was optimized with isocratic elution using acetonitrile: 0.1M acetate buffer (45:55, pH 5.1), Lichrospher ODS RP-18 column and flow pace of 1 ml/min. Total time for single run was 14 min. The injection quantity was 20μl, and was detected at 249nm. The method was verified on a concentration series of 1.25-10μg/ml (NHE) and 1.0-10μg/ml (BHE) for precision, accuracy and linearity. The LOD values were 0.059µg/ml and 0.028µg/ml for NHE and BHE, respectively. The LOQ values were 0.196µg/ml for NHE and 0.094µg/ml for BHE. The recovery percentages were 98.60-100.11% (BHE) and 98.94-101.50% (NHE) with relative standard deviation 0.250-0.694% (BHE) and 0.183-0.400% (NHE). The method was also observed to be efficient, and was sufficiently specific to measure BHE and NHE in the presence of stress-produced degradation products.
