The analysis of the state of science and practice of making managerial decisions in agricultural production projects is performed. The expediency of substantiation of the influence of the agrometeorological component of the project environment on the duration of works in the projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops is substantiated. The approach to the definition of fund of works time performance in projects of chemical protection of crops taking into account changing events of an agrometeorological component of the project environment is offered. It is based on the use of statistical data of agrometeorological stations in the regions where these projects are implemented. The peculiarity of this approach is that it provides for the formation of databases and knowledge for planning work in projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops based on the characteristics of a given project environment. To do this, computer simulation is used, which provides a systematic consideration of many variable agrometeorological components of the design environment and their impact on the limitation of the time allocated for work. This improves the quality of the database for forecasting the events of the components of the project environment, as well as gaining knowledge that underlies the acceleration of management decisions in projects of chemical protection of crops. It is established that the duration of agrometeorological determined daily fund of time for work in projects of chemical protection of agricultural crops is variable both during the life cycle of the project and in certain periods of its implementation, which is reflected by the relevant distribution laws. Further research on the planning of chemical protection projects for agricultural crops should be conducted to justify new methods and models of management decisions that will take into account the impact of changing events of the agrometeorological component of the project environment on the time and content of work in these projects.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the research of topical issues of statistical study of the impact of information and communication technologies on changes in the labor market and the quality of employment. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze the trends in changing working conditions and employment quality associated with the widespread use of ICT. The need to understand the consequences of such changes for regional labor markets in Ukraine encourages the development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of statistical provision of managerial decisions on improving the quality of employment and working conditions. Method (methodology). To achieve this goal, the article discusses the world approaches to defining concepts such as telework or ICT-mobile work, T / ICTM. The peculiarities of practical application of T / ICTM and its structure according to the selected categories in the 28 EU member states are analyzed. Operationalization of T / ICTM categories in accordance with the "use of ICTs" and "workplaces". Results. According to the results of the study, the main problems identified are the proliferation of such a phenomenon as "telework" or "remote work". One of them is that, despite the growing consensus, there is still no generally accepted definition of these concepts. Another is the limited availability of T / ICTM frequency and intensity data in many countries around the world.

The relevance of the article is related to the search for new ways and methods to improve the effectiveness of the fight against crime, the prompt detection of crimes, as well as the trend of «forensic thinking», which is gaining popularity among criminalists, mastering the skills of which will contribute to the most complete and objective investigation of criminal cases. Problems at present are insufficient quality of investigation and the need to improve the cognitive abilities of investigators (inquirers). The task of the study was to identify factors that influence the development and formation of forensic thinking of investigators. The purpose of the work is- to analyze the components of the process of formation of an investigator and features of his practical activities affecting the cognitive abilities in terms of forensics by studying and comparing existing materials on this topic. The analysis is subjected to the personal qualities of an investigator, the peculiarities of the educational process and the impact of experience on the results of work, as well as factors associated with the investigative activity (organization of work, stress and stress levels, etc.). The result of the study is expressed in the definition of problematic factors affecting the formation of forensic thinking of an investigator (inquirer) and possible ways to overcome them, the importance of such thinking, which remains knowledge, constantly oriented towards practice

The aim of this chapter is to better understand the enabling and inhibiting impacts IT has on lean manufacturing. This chapter provides a rich picture of a paper mill producing liner reels and the impact of a reel administration system on the manufacturing process. It is important that an IT tool supporting lean manufacturing reflects its organization. When it does the IT tool can act as an enabler of organizational change that in turn increase productivity and the production quality, when it fails to do so it inhibits organizational change and hampers the quality of production. The conclusion is that framing the definition of high production quality regarding product and process is important and that teambuilding would be a contribution to this end by enhancing perspective taking among the employees.

Production of metalware is characterized with a great variety of shapes and sizes, originality of each product and a multiple-stage process. Various techniques used to process steel sections (such as cold and hot forming, machining, heat treatment, etc.) make it significantly more difficult to tackle product quality problems. Modern product quality management methodologies are based on a wide use of economical, organizational, technical and other methods. This paper describes a production-related quality control method involving certain elements of robust design. This method is based on the definition of noise factors and control parameters, as well as the conduction of noise and principal experiments. The noise experiment will help estimate the impact of disturbing factors (environmental or industrial) on product quality indicators, whereas the principal experiment will help identify the optimum production mode that can deliver the best quality and, at the same time, minimize the production losses. Robust design techniques can be effectively utilized to control the quality of metalware when developing new and optimizing the existing processes. The paper gives an example of how the quality of S10S steel bars can be controlled through the application of efficient production modes enabling to minimize quality-related costs.

Separation of economic information of conflict situations, created by the DOJ forensic examination of the general array of economic information and study of the mechanism and the consequences of its impact on management decisions, improving the mechanisms for its creation will allow obtaining an economic effect from a positive impact on management decisions in the long run. Destruction of criminal schemes of interactions is a logical stage in the development of the economy on the path towards the formation of a quality economy of the region. Therefore, it is logical to have the tools that provide this process. Forensic economic expertise, the author is considered as a modern form of one of the tools that participates in a complex of actions to destroy the forms of undesirable economic systems, creating a "chaos" as a prerequisite for the creation of new ones. At the same time, the formation of these prerequisites does not guarantee the fundamental quality of the new systems of economic interactions. Thus, the process of forming a high-quality economy should be aimed not only at the elimination of the consequences of administrative decisions that are undesirable for the economy of the region, not only for the formation of a "fear" to be punished for it, but also for the formation of prerequisites for the acceptance by managers at the micro level of decisions that will provide a positive direction of economic development of the region as a whole. The activity of a separate research institute of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has a regional status, regional closure and regional effectiveness, that is, we deal with the object, above all, the regional level of integrity and manageability. At the same time, all research institutes of forensic examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine work on the same principles and use the same methods of conducting forensic examinations included in the register of certified expert methods.

Endometriosis is a common condition which affects women in a number of ways and impairs their ability to live a full and meaningful life. Evaluative research has traditionally taken its cue from a medical approach which has forced women to choose one area of functioning as their primary concern, and tended to use a narrow definition of treatment success which ignores general well-being. While recent trials have included quality of life (QOL) measures as outcomes, these have not been able to capture the totality of the impact of the disease and its treatment on a woman's capability to do what she might want to do and be who she might want to be. A capability approach might overcome this barrier, but the available tools will need to be refined and validated in women with endometriosis before this can be integrated within everyday clinical and research practice.

Background The definition of chronic migraine has long been debated. Recently, it was suggested to define subjects with at least 8/migraine days as chronic migraine; that is, incorporating so-called high frequency episodic migraine (eight or more migraine days but less than 15 headache days per month). Methods We addressed the possible problems that might arise based on this proposal accounting for clinical, pathophysiological, impact and public health aspects. Results and conclusions Defining chronic migraine on the basis of headache frequency alone does not account for clinical and pathophysiological aspects, as well as for the impact of chronic migraine in terms of disability and quality of life. Moreover, it is potentially harmful for patients in terms of allocation of resources. These issues are discussed in the present manuscript, and we support the idea of defining high frequency episodic migraine as an independent entity as a viable path to follow.
