Abstract The complex initial permeability (CIP) as a function of frequency is one of the main properties of ferrites. This characteristic (CIP) is measured experimentally, therefore there can be found noisy, doubtful or incomplete parts of the spectrum. Thus there is a need for a method of evaluation of quality of CIP. In this article for evaluation of the quality of experimental CIP spectra of polycrystalline ferrite materials the KKR (Kramers-Kronig relations) are used. In order to apply KKR to experimentally measured data (i.e. data with finite limits) the method of transforming these integral relations into summation relations with finite limits is developed and described. This method can be used only for CIP given over the wide frequency rage, so that the imaginary part of CIP is fully presented. Using KKR with the help of CIP spectra model (based on the effects coming from polycrystal grain sizes and defects distribution) partly removes aforementioned limit. Thus with the help of the model we can also make CIP spectra reconstruction (in cases when CIP is noisy or incomplete) and CIP spectra decomposition.

The existing recommender system provides personalized recommendation service for users in online shopping, entertainment, and other activities. In order to improve the probability of users accepting the system’s recommendation service, compared with the traditional recommender system, the interpretable recommender system will give the recommendation reasons and results at the same time. In this paper, an interpretable recommendation model based on XGBoost tree is proposed to obtain comprehensible and effective cross features from side information. The results are input into the embedded model based on attention mechanism to capture the invisible interaction among user IDs, item IDs and cross features. The captured interactions are used to predict the match score between the user and the recommended item. Cross-feature attention score is used to generate different recommendation reasons for different user-items.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can guarantee the quality of recommendation. The transparency and readability of the recommendation process has been improved by providing reference reasons. This method can help users better understand the recommendation behavior of the system and has certain enlightenment to help the recommender system become more personalized and intelligent.

The Web is changing the information access processes and it is one of the most important information media. Thus, the developments on the Web are having a great influence over the developments on others information access instruments as digital libraries. As the development of digital libraries is to satisfy user need, user satisfaction is essential for the success of a digital library. The aim of this paper is to present a model based on fuzzy linguistic information to evaluate the quality of digital libraries. The quality evaluation of digital libraries is defined using users' perceptions on the quality of digital services provided through their Websites. We assume a fuzzy linguistic modeling to represent the users' perception and apply automatic tools of fuzzy computing with words based on the LOWA and LWA operators to compute global quality evaluations of digital libraries. Additionally, we show an example of application of this model where three Spanish academic digital libraries are evaluated by fifty users.

The article notes the low quality of economic and production management in Russia. The reasons for this and ways to eliminate them are established. It is shown that the global trends of socio-economic development are not fully reflected in the theory of economic and production management. The ways of developing a management model based on improving the quality of interaction between people and economic entities are proposed. The concept of interaction in relation to socio-economic processes is revealed. The ways of minimizing management costs are considered.

Problem definition: Platforms critically rely on rating systems to learn the quality of market participants. In practice, however, ratings are often highly inflated and therefore, not very informative. In this paper, we first investigate whether the platform can obtain less inflated, more informative ratings by altering the meaning and relative importance of the levels in the rating system. Second, we seek a principled approach for the platform to make these choices in the design of the rating system. Academic/practical relevance: Platforms critically rely on rating systems to learn the quality of market participants, and so, ensuring these ratings are informative is of first-order importance. Methodology: We analyze the results of a randomized, controlled trial on an online labor market in which an additional question was added to the feedback form. Between treatment conditions, we vary the question phrasing and answer choices; in particular, the treatment conditions include several positive-skewed verbal rating scales with descriptive phrases or adjectives providing specific interpretation for each rating level. We then develop a model-based framework to compare and select among rating system designs and apply this framework to the data obtained from the online labor market test. Results: Our test reveals that current inflationary norms can be countered by reanchoring the meaning of the levels of the rating system. In particular, positive-skewed verbal rating scales yield substantially deflated rating distributions that are much more informative about seller quality. Further, we demonstrate that our model-based framework for scale design and optimization can identify the most informative rating system and substantially improve the quality of information obtained over baseline designs. Managerial implications: Our study illustrates that practical, informative rating systems can be designed and demonstrates how to compare and design them in a principled manner.

In order to improve the accuracy of rice transplanter model parameters, an online parameter identification algorithm for the rice transplanter model based on improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm and extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm was proposed. The dynamic model of the rice transplanter was established to determine the model parameters of the rice transplanter. Aiming at the problem that the noise matrices in EKF algorithm were difficult to select and affected the best filtering effect, the proposed algorithm used the IPSO algorithm to optimize the noise matrices of the EKF algorithm in offline state. According to the actual vehicle tests, the IPSO-EKF was used to identify the cornering stiffness of the front and rear tires online, and the identified cornering stiffness value was substituted into the model to calculate the output data and was compared with the measured data. The simulation results showed that the accuracy of parameter identification for the rice transplanter model based on the IPSO-EKF algorithm was improved, and established an accurate rice transplanter model.

The components of ensuring the warranty of automated systems, which are subject to increased requirements in connection with their use in many sensitive areas of public activity, including national security and defense, critical industrial technologies, energy and communications, banking, environmental protection , technologies of legitimate distance learning, etc. Certain components can significantly affect the quality and reliability of information services in regulatory conditions. In particular, the special role of the functional security of the cryptographic subsystem in terms of supporting the performance of the automated system for its tasks and functions in general, as well as in terms of ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information. The components of the cryptographic subsystem have been identified, the poor or incorrect operation of which negatively affects the security of these subsystems. The types of the most dangerous attacks on these subsystems are analyzed, their classification from the point of view of possibility of realization in modern scientific and technical conditions and depending on capacity of available computing means and technologies on the basis of which the most real and dangerous variant of realization of remote attacks on software implementation of cryptographic subsystem is defined. . Based on the analysis, a method for evaluating the quality of cryptographic transformations based on a modified algorithm for solving the problem of finding solutions of systems of linear equations with distorted right-hand parts using the so-called decoding based on "lists" of first-order "shortened" Reed-Muller codes is proved. the correctness of the proposed algorithm.

This research was conducted to obtain information about the learning process of Islamic education at the high school in Maluku Tengah. In this study applied a method of evaluation studies Program, collection of data obtained through the study of documents, interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data is then classified into the category of excellent, good, sufficient, less, and very less, based on standards that have been set. The findings in the evaluation of the learning program at Islamic Education for high school in Maluku Tengah district, shows that the quality of the learning process, including both categories. The learning process is determined by the element or the following aspects; (1) the Teacher's performance is judged by category, with the acquisition of average score 4.14 or 82.79% of the maximum score, (2) Learning Facilities are assessed either by obtaining the average score of 3.71 or 74.17% of the maximum score, (3) Climate class is rated good with the acquisition of the mean score of 3.61 or 72.04% of the maximum score. (4) the attitude of the learners are assessed either by obtaining the average score 4.01 or 80.09% of the maximum score. (5) the learning motivation of learners assessed either by obtaining the average score or 77.71 3.88% of the maximum score. So based on the results of the assesment and the categorisation then determined that the quality of the learning process the Islamic education judged included on the category either, with the acquisition of the average score or 3.88 77.50% of the maximum score.
