<p>This study aims to examine the role of productive assets quality in mediating the effect of risk management implementation to the firm value. The population in this study was banking that went public in Indonesia in the year 2011-2013 as many as 31 companies. This study used quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique and obtained 53 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used path analysis with software tools SPSS 21. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of Risk Management and quality of productive assets did not affect the firm value. Risk Management also did not affect the quality of productive assets, and the quality of productive assets was not able to mediate the implementation of risk management to the firm value.</p>

This present study aims to determine the effect of enterprise risk management disclosure, intellectual capital disclosure, and intellectual capital towards firm value. The population in this study is sharia commercial banks in Indonesia from 2010 through 2018. This research employs the purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 106 companies that met the criteria. Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program was employed as the data analysis technique. The results of this study revealed that enterprise risk management disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. Moreover, the intellectual capital disclosure variable has negatively related to firm value. The intellectual capital variable, however, does not affect the firm value. The results of this study imply that sharia commercial banks are encouraged to optimize their risk management through the application of enterprise risk management. Moreover, the results further suggest that the sharia banks should also improve their intellectual capital performances to create a competitive advantage for the banks, and therefore it brings higher values for the banks.

Abstrak This research aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of the use of financial accounting information systems, human resource competence, and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports of the Local Government Majalengka. The research method uses a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were employees of the Local Government of Majalengka. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 135 employees in the finance department (head of department and financial staff). The research is explanotary research which relates to the position of the studied variables and the influence between one variable and the research variable. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the use of SIAKD has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD, HR competence has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD, the role of Internal Audit has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD. Simultaneously the use of SIAKD, HR competence and the role of Internal Audit have a significant effect on the quality of LKPD.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

<p align="justify">This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are all customers who use tobacco products Gudang Garam International, while method of sample using accidental sampling technique is the technique of sample withdrawal by chance, so the number of samples obtained as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of regression and correlation. The results revealed a significant difference between the quality of the product, brand and promotion jointly on customer loyalty cigarettes Gudang Garam International. The result proved that the customer loyalty is assumed to be positively affected by the price and the service that pertain in Alakasa Extrusindo Company. The result proved that the customer loyalty was simultaneous affected by the price and service.</p><p> </p>

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

This study introduces satisfaction as a mediating factor between perceived service quality and customer loyalty. To confirm its role as a mediator, this study compared results between the no use and the use of satisfaction in a model. This study takes 155 customers of a bakery branch located in Jakarta respondents and this study uses path analysis technique to measure the mediating effect. The result shows that satisfaction mediates nicely to the model and while it plays as a mediating factor, perceived service quality significantly affect to customer loyalty with indirect relationship. The comparison result with the no-use of mediating factor shows that the role of satisfaction as mediating factor increases the power or explanation.

In Denpasar the application of online-based transport service providers experienced a very tight competition in order to get big profits. In the area of ??Denpasar itself has been operating three online service provider-based services such as Uber, Gojek and Grab. This research type of online transportation services to be selected is UberX. The research location was conducted in Denpasar city. The number of samples used were 133 respondents, sample determination using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used is questionnaire with path analysis technique (path analysis). The result of the research found that price perception have positive and significant influence to satisfaction, promotion have positive and significant effect to satisfaction, service quality have positive and significant effect to satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty. This shows that the better the consumer perception of price, promotion and quality of service provided will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty UberX. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, it also aims to determine the role of business motivation as a mediator in this study. The population of this study is the Students of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University, Malang, East Java, with a sample of 66 respondents. The sampling technique used was a proportional simple random technique. This study used a Path Analysis technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on entrepreneurial character and entrepreneurial intentions. Then entrepreneurship education also has direct and indirect effects through business motivation as an intervening variable. Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan karakter wirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha,  Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi usaha sebagai mediator dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, Jawa Timur, dengan sampel berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sederhana yang proporsional.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Path.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter wirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha. Kemudian pendidikan kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi usaha sebagai variabel intervening

This study aims to determine the effect of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of understanding of accounting and the role of online learning in mediating the influence of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of accounting comprehension. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, the number of samples obtained was 90 samples. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that learning behavior had no significant effect on the level of accounting understanding of students. Interest in learning and online learning has a significant effect on the level of accounting understanding. Online learning is significantly able to mediate the effect of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of accounting understanding of students. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor in Bali. Research respondents were company customers with a minimum age of 17 years and had purchased a Honda car unit at a PT dealer. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor. The number of research respondents was set at 110 respondents using the sampling technique that was purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis technique and the sobel test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Honda Denpasar Agung Indah Motor.   Key words : service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
