Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, it also aims to determine the role of business motivation as a mediator in this study. The population of this study is the Students of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University, Malang, East Java, with a sample of 66 respondents. The sampling technique used was a proportional simple random technique. This study used a Path Analysis technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on entrepreneurial character and entrepreneurial intentions. Then entrepreneurship education also has direct and indirect effects through business motivation as an intervening variable. Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan karakter wirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha,  Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi usaha sebagai mediator dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, Jawa Timur, dengan sampel berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sederhana yang proporsional.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Path.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter wirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha. Kemudian pendidikan kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi usaha sebagai variabel intervening

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on EBI, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of EBI on entrepreneurial intentions, and the role of EBI as a mediator of influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted on undergraduate students of the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University class of 2017 and 2018. The main requirements for respondents are students who have taken entrepreneurship courses in the previous semester with a total sample of 222 people. The analysis technique uses AMOS-based SEM analysis. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on EBI, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, EBI has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and EBI plays a significant role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of the research, it means that the Business Administration Study Program is able to grow and encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship which can be done through the development of entrepreneurship education curricula. And student character values ​​(EBI) can be developed through experience and field practice so that they do not have to be imposed on the education.

This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of lifestyle on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were 500 respondents from Dumai City who bought and used a Kawasaki D-Tracker 150 motorcycle, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method uses the Probability Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for elements of the population to be selected as sample members. In this study the authors set a sample of the criteria of respondents, namely age 17 years and above. Samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula. The results in this study that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction through Decisions

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>The purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Company Size on Firm Value with the intervening variable Capital Structure. The sample in this study were automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The study used purposive sampling technique, in which there were 12 automotive companies that met predetermined criteria. Furthermore, this study applies path analysis using the Eviews program version 8.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. To determine the direct and indirect effects on linear regression coefficients and to ensure a direct and indirect relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through mediation, path analysis is carried out. The results of this study indicate the variable Current Ratio and Company Size have a significant effect on Firm Value, while Return On Assets and Capital Structure Ratio have no effect on Firm Value. Firm size has a significant effect on capital structure, while Current Ratio and Return on Assets have no effect on capital structure. Based on the results of the single test analysis, capital structure cannot mediate between Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Company Size to Firm Value. </span></p></div></div></div>

This research study identified the main areas related to entrepreneurship teacher education. The main objectives of the study were: (a) to identify the importance of entrepreneurship education for teacher education in Pakistan; (b) to identify the areas to prepare pre-service teachers for entrepreneurship education. The nature of study was descriptive while mixed method approach was used to gather information. Twelve teacher educators and eighty five prospective teachers were selected by using convenience sampling technique. ENVIVO-11 and SPSS were used to analyze qualitative and quantitative data. It was revealed that mostly interviewees agreed on entrepreneurial education should be made a part of national professional standards of teachers. Majority of the trainee teachers appreciated entrepreneurship education. Most of the respondents intervene about imparting and improving entrepreneurial education for prospective teachers’ course. Interviewees are appreciating this step of entrepreneurial intentions in prospective teachers’ course.

<p>This study aims to examine the role of productive assets quality in mediating the effect of risk management implementation to the firm value. The population in this study was banking that went public in Indonesia in the year 2011-2013 as many as 31 companies. This study used quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique and obtained 53 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used path analysis with software tools SPSS 21. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of Risk Management and quality of productive assets did not affect the firm value. Risk Management also did not affect the quality of productive assets, and the quality of productive assets was not able to mediate the implementation of risk management to the firm value.</p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 52 permanent lecturers at the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Furthermore, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Then the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using path analysis. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects of compensation, job satisfaction and performance variables. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect shows that the compensation variable has no effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

One of the factors that contribute to the level of employability is entrepreneurial intention. This study discusses the role of entrepreneurial intentions on students' employability. The population in this study was all students of grade XII of Vocational High School Koperasi Yogyakarta, Indonesia, consisting of 141 students. The sample in this study was 86 students. The sample selection was done by randomizing using a cluster random sampling technique. Methods of data collection used in this study are scales, employability scale, and entrepreneurial intentions scale. Analysis of the data used in this study is the product-moment analysis technique. The results of data analysis showed the correlation between entrepreneurial intentions and employability where r = 0.339 with p = 0.001 (p &lt; 0.01), which showed a very significant positive correlation between the two variables at the research site. It means that the level of employability can be predicted based on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial intention contributed 11.5% to employability, and the remaining 88.5% can be influenced by other variables.

Analysis of the data used in the study using Path Analysis (path analysis) which is the application of multiple regression using the path diagram as a guide t test the hypothesis testing as a basis for decision making in determining the direct and indirect effects of research dependent and independent variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of understanding of accounting and the role of online learning in mediating the influence of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of accounting comprehension. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, the number of samples obtained was 90 samples. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that learning behavior had no significant effect on the level of accounting understanding of students. Interest in learning and online learning has a significant effect on the level of accounting understanding. Online learning is significantly able to mediate the effect of learning behavior and interest in learning on the level of accounting understanding of students.
