Elementary school students’ achievement in natural science in the academic year of 2015/2016 at Cluster V, Buleleng regency, Bali province was considerably low. An early observation also revealed low motivation, negative attitudes towards teachers, low self-esteem and low confidence in self-capability. Therefore, a breakthrough approach was urgently required to improve the students' performance in natural science learning. The current article aimed at investigating the effects of the (Nature of Science) NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the elementary school students’ achievement in natural science. The study was a quasi-experimental research adopting the post-test only control group design. The research conducted in elementary schools in Cluster V Buleleng sub-district, Buleleng regency, Bali, Indonesia. The research subject was 137 students in Grade 5 consisting of six classes from  5 elementary schools. The hypothesis was examined using an inferential statistics, the t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the learning results of natural science between the students taught with the NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the NHT type and those with the conventional learning model (t count = 7,048 >t table = 2,000). The students taught with the NOS-oriented constructive learning model with the NHT type achieved better than those with the conventional learning model. Therefore, it concluded that the NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the NHT type gave positive effects on the fifth year students’ achievement in natural science learning.

This research is motivated by the results of learning science in fourth grade elementary school students who are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of science by applying the Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type learning model. The results showed, seen from the basic score, students who completed as many as 11 people with a percentage of 47.82% while students who did not complete amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 52.17%. cycle I, students who completed at 17 people with a percentage of 73.91% while students who did not complete as many as 6 people with a percentage of 26.08%. cycle II, students who completed as many as 20 people with a percentage of 86.95% while the incomplete amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 13.04%. from the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the cooperative learning model the Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV elementary school 004 Seberang Teluk Hilir Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency.

The results of science learning on the concept of natural resources achieved by the fourth-grade students of Tarungin 2 Elementary School Students have not been optimal with the average score of students is below 65, the average score obtained by students is only 59.5. That is because the lecture method still dominates the learning process. Classroom action research aims to increase teacher activity, student activity, and science learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students with the STAD type cooperative learning model. This research was conduct in two cycles, for three months (January-March 2020). The research subjects were 16 students, eight males, and eight females. Retrievals of data using observation techniques, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique has been carrying descriptively. The results showed that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model had increased teacher activity in managing learning, student activities during the learning process, and student learning outcomes.AbstrakHasil pembelajaran IPA pada konsep sumber daya alam yang dicapai siswa kelas IV SDN Tarungin 2 selama ini belum maksimal, rata-rata nilai siswa di bawah 65, nilai yang diperoleh siswa rata-rata hanya mencapai 59,5. Hal ini disebabkan metode ceramah masih mendominasi proses pembelajaran. Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus, selama tiga bulan (Januari-Maret 2020). Subjek penelitian sebanyak 16 orang siswa, delapan orang laki-laki dan delapan orang perempuan. Pengambilan data dengan teknik observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD telah meningkatkan aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar siswa.

The research aimed to study the effects of learning model and achievement motivation on natural science learning outcomes. It was a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design. The research was conducted at two state Islamic elementary schools in Medan, Indonesia, namely: Medan Tembung State Islamic Elementary School and Medan Sunggal State Islamic Elementary School. Samples in the research were 60 students at the two schools. Data in the research was collected by using an achievement motivation scale and a learning outcome test. Then, the collected data was analyzed by using a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research found that (1) natural science learning outcomes of students who were taught by using a cooperative learning model were higher than those of students who were taught by using a direct instruction model; (2) natural science learning outcomes of students with high achievement motivation who were taught by using a cooperative learning model were higher than those of students with high achievement motivation who were taught by using a direct instruction model; (3) natural science learning outcomes of students with low achievement motivation who were taught by using a direct instruction model were higher than those of students with low achievement motivation who were taught by using a cooperative learning model and; (4) there was an interaction between learning model and achievement motivation and its effects on natural science learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the significance of the difference in science learning results between the group of fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary Schools, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018, that take lessons with the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the group of students that take lessons with the conventional learning. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental research with the nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research are all the fifth-grade students of Gugus I Elementary Schools in North Kuta District that still implement the KTSP, which consists of 10 classes with a total of 339 students. The sampling is conducted using the random sampling technique. The sample in this research are the students of class VB in SD (Elementary School) No.7 Dalung, with 36 students as the experiment group and the students of class VB in SD No.4 Dalung with 28 students as the control group. The data collection is conducted using the test method in the form of the multiple choice objective test. The science learning results are analyzed using the t-test. Based on the average the experiment groups =80,89 > the control group =72,85, which means that the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result. Based on the hypothesis test, tvalues =4,517> ttable =2,000, with dk=62 and a significance level of 5%. Based on the test criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be interpreted there is a significant difference the science learning result between the group of students that were taught using the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model and the students that were taught using the conventional learning. It can be concluded that the the multimedia-assisted probing-prompting learning model has an influence on the science learning result of the fifth-grade students in Gugus I Elementary School, North Kuta District, in the school year of 2017/2018. The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Cooperative learning model in order to increase the learning interest of the fifth grade students of Tangkisan State Elementary School.. The results of this study indicate that: (1) In general, the application of the appropriate TAI learning model is effective in improving mathematics learning achievement, (2) Increased mathematics learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students at Tangkisan at 61.07 in the first cycle of 75, 31 in the second cycle of 84.69

<p align="justify"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p align="justify">Sikap peduli lingkungan merupakan suatu sikap dan tindakan yang selalu berupaya mencegah kerusakan pada lingkungan di sekitar dan mengembangkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi. Melalui sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar tidak sekedar mengetahui pentingnya menjaga lingkungan tetapi juga menguatkan rasa keingintahuan bagaimana cara menjaga lingkungan. Karenanya perlu sebuah model pembelajaran guna mewujudkan terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em>. Adapun tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em> guna membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Melalui model pembelajaran <em>discovery learning</em> membuat siswa mampu menggunakan kemampuan intelektualnya guna memecahkan cara menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong><em>Discovery Learning</em>; Model Pembelajaran; Sikap Peduli Lingkungan.</p><p align="justify"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p align="justify"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p align="justify"><strong><em></em></strong><em>Environmental care is an attitude and action that always seeks to prevent damage to the surrounding environment and develop efforts to repair the damage. Through a caring attitude for the environment, elementary school students do not only know the importance of protecting the environment but also strengthen their curiosity about how to protect the environment. Therefore we need a learning model in order to realize the formation of environmental care attitudes in elementary school students, namely using discovery learning learning model. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept of discovery learning learning model in order to form a caring attitude towards students in elementary schools. This paper uses a literature study method. The level of motor skills of elementary school students can be influenced by many things such as movement experience, the environment, and facilities for learning so that it also impacts on learning outcomes. This study intends to find out the differences in physical education and sports learning outcomes of floor gymnastic material from elementary school students who have high motor skills. Floor gymnastic learning material is used in two cooperative learning model strategies (Student Teams Achievement Divisions and Jigsaw). The research approach method used was an experiment with a Pre-Experimental design. The students' motor skills were measured using the Johnson Fundamental Skills Test, while the series of floor motion exercises for Grade V Elementary School students were used as research instruments. The results of his study showed that there were differences in physical education learning outcomes and sports materials on floor gymnastics, groups of students with the STAD strategy got better learning outcomes compared to the Jigsaw strategy group. So, it can be concluded that the use of the STAD strategy cooperative learning model for students with high motor skills gives a better influence than Jigsaw's strategy on learning outcomes of physical education and sports learning exercises for floor gymnastics.AbstrakTingkat keterampilan motorik siswa Sekolah Dasar bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal seperti pengalaman gerak, lingkungan, serta fasilitas untuk pembelajaran sehingga berdampak pula terhadap hasil belajarnya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi senam lantai dari siswa Sekolah Dasar yang memiliki keterampilan motorik tinggi. Materi pembelajaran senam lantai digunakan pada dua strategi model pembelajaran kooperatif (student Teams Achievement Divisions dan Jigsaw). Metode Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental. Keterampilan motorik siswa diukur menggunakan Johnson Fundamental Skills Test, sedangkan rangkaian gerak senam lantai untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas V digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi senam lantai, kelompok siswa dengan strategi STAD mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok strategi Jigsaw. Sehingga, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif strategi STAD kepada siswa dengan keterampilan motorik tinggi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada strategi Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga materi pembelajaran senam lantai.
