Based on experimental studies of the complex mechanical properties and microstructure, as well as simulation of rails rolling modes made from different steel manufacturers are shown the main technological approaches to obtain rails with high operational reliability . Found that, under the current production technology of domestic steel rails the adjustment of the chemical composition, temperature-deformation modes of rolling and cooling speed rate of the rails is suitable for reducing the negative free ferrite influence on rails durability.

The article describes the metalwork of the Uzuur Gyalan rock burial, popularly known online in 2016 as the «Adidas Mummy». The definitions and chemical composition of the metalware were compared with those of the time in the region. According to the results of the comparative study, the composition of the bronze mirror is very different from other bronze objects. However, bridles, saddle plaques, and ligaments are similar to the main non-ferrous metals in the region, but appear to have local characteristics. Further detailed comparative studies of the chemical composition of non-ferrous metal products in the tenth century are important steps in establishing regional cultural relations.

The article presents the research results obtained during the development of the technology for production of combined sausages using a vegetable-derived additive – LUPISAN lupine flour from “OOO Protein PLUS” (St. Petersburg). Under the conditions of a deteriorating environmental situation and the increase in incidence of the population of the Russian Federation, it became necessary to create biologically complete functional food products with additional functions, useful nutritional and physiological characteristics, based on the integrated use of raw materials of animal and vegetable origin. The use of plant materials in the production of meat products allows not only enriching them with functional ingredients and increasing digestibility, but also obtaining products that meet physiological nutritional standards. Having a complex chemical composition, plants have a beneficial therapeutic effect on the human body. Research was carried out at the Department of Food Technology of the Don State Agrarian University, in the testing laboratory of the Shakhty branch of the Rostov “SBBZh” and at the meat processing plant “TaVr-Zimovniki”. Basing on the conducted comprehensive studies, the effectiveness of using vegetable protein supplement based on lupine flour “LUPISAN” in the production technology of semi-smoked sausages is substantiated. It is established that in terms of quality and safety, LUPISAN meets the requirements for additives of plant origin, it is a genetically unmodified, kosher product (has the appropriate certificates). It is dispersible both in oil and in water and can be used as a natural emulsifier without labeling with the index "E". The analysis of the chemical composition and nutritional value of flour from lupine indicates that the flour contains a significant amount of complete protein is 36–40%; in addition, a rather high content of dietary fiber is noted: dietary fiber is 30–35%. It is a strong antioxidant, it does not contain gluten and cholesterol; there are no inhibitors – substances that delay the digestion process and inhibit the absorption of beneficial substances by the body, and there are glycoproteins – substances that can replace insulin. An optimal dose of introducing a protein supplement based on lupine flour into sausage stuffing is proposed, which is 10% by weight of unsalted raw materials, which makes it possible to obtain a finished product with high organoleptic quality indicators and functional properties.

The paper presents the production technology of sorbents for flue gas desulphurization with the wet limestone method, produced on the basis of limestone waste. The waste was subjected to comprehensive physicochemical tests and the following were studied: size distribution, chemical composition, morphology and reactivity. The analysed waste was subjected to electromagnetic activation to improve the sorption properties lost in the original process. The effect of the activation process was determined by comparing physicochemical properties of the waste before and after its activation. Based on the experience gained, an industrial installation was designed and manufactured industrial.

The global competition, unstable situation in the world market of rolled metal products, as well as increasing with each day the requirements of consumers of products pose complex tasks for the manufacturer, which must be solved in the shortest possible time. One of these tasks is to expand the range of rebar rolled products in the conditions of the variety rolling shop no. 1 on the continuous small-grade rolling mill 320. Until recently, rolling of reinforcing profiles with a diameter from 10 mm to 40 mm was carried out at the 320 rolling mill. In order to expand the range of rebar products, work was carried out to develop a production technology for profile no. 8 rod fittings with thermal hardening in the mill line for class 500.

Abstract Aluminum alloys en AW-8006 with three different Fe:Mn ratios were studied. In the experiments, the temperature of the intermediate soft-annealing between the cold rolling processes and the final soft-annealing at the end of the production technology were varied. The processed samples were subjected to tensile testing and hardness measurements. The effect of chemical composition, based on the test results, showed that for samples without intermediate softening, only the increase of iron content has a significant effect on the yield stress, and the change of iron content refined the final grain structure compared to the reference material.

Согласно литературным данным, подсолнечное масло богато полезными веществами, однако, в зависимости от степени очистки масла, количество этих компонентов варьируется. В данном исследовании был изучен дистиллят жирных кислот подсолнечного масла. Согласно полученным данным, более 40% состава кислот приходится на линолевую кислоту с F-витаминной активностью. В большом количестве содержатся стерины, составляющие 44% неомыляемого остатка. Токоферолы составляют 9% неомыляемого остатка, 93% из них приходится на a-токоферол. Helianthus annuus L необходим для приготовления натурального мыла, сочетает в себе способ приготовления медицинского мыла с технологией производства. Экстракт из стебля растения. Это свежее натуральное мыло содержит много полезных микро-и макроэлементов, биологически активные соединения и макро - и микроэлементы растения Helianthus annuus L были определены атомно-эмиссионным методом. Основными из них были K (44,9 мг/г), (377,745 мг/г), Na (3,91 мг/г), (7,56 мг/г) и Mg (3,06 мг/г), (1,495 мг/г). Эти элементы полезны для нашего организма и обладают целебными свойствами. Кроме того, в составе растения H. Annuus L. были определены биологически активные вещества, такие как флавоноиды, алкалоиды, органические кислоты, кумарины и витамины. Эти выявленные данные позволяют получать мыло с высоким качеством, а также целебными свойствами. Studying the chemical composition of pig scalp andextracting the fibrous protein supplements,and completed astudy onthe use of it in the enrichment technology for sausage production. In addition, there is being used anadvanced method to accelerate biochemical reactions to be transmitted into gluten form which is contained in a pig scalp for collagen proteinthrough collagenase enzymeserving. It’s confirmed as the optimal sublimation procedure to use collagenase ferment as a catalyst and cook the pork scalp at 95-970C for 2-2.5 hours to extract protein concentrator, which will be then frozen at -860C for 13 hours before being dried in an environment with temperature at -540C and pressure P=28.9Pa for 8 hours. It’s the most optimal solution if the fibrous protein concentrator is used at 5% of meat mass to be used in the boiled sausage. Research results have shown that dried fibrous protein and its collagen preparationis having with a protein-rich /32.6%/ and low moisture /23.59%/,are proves that is a worthy product to offset the deficiencies of protein collagen forthe human bodyand to be having with alength of storage time.
