Összefoglalás. A mesterséges intelligencia (továbbiakban: MI) fogalma az egyik napról a másikra robbant be a tudományos világból a nemzetközi és a hazai köztudatba. Az MI számos formában jelen van életünkben és az elkövetkező pár évtizeden belül pedig olyan megkerülhetetlen és hétköznapi technológiai megoldássá válik, mint ma az internet. Ezért érdemes megvizsgálni, hogy mit mondanak a kutatások az automatizáció hatásairól, mit gondolnak erről a munkáltatók, valamint a jövő munkavállalói. Létfontosságú, hogy megmutassuk az MI-ben rejlő társadalmi és piaci lehetőségeket, biztonsági veszélyeket, ezáltal növelve a magyar vállalkozók versenyképességét és a munkavállalók karrierlehetőségeit. Ennek egyik kezdőlépése a társadalom tudatosítása, valamint az MI oktatásban történő bevezetése, mely kiterjed a technológia iskolákban történő alkalmazásától, egészen használatának, fejlesztésének, biztonsági kockázatainak az oktatásáig. Summary. The concept of artificial intelligence (hereinafter: AI) has exploded overnight from the scientific world into international and domestic public consciousness. AI is present in many forms in our lives, and over the next few decades it is set to become as an essential and everyday tech solution as the Internet today. Therefore, it is worth examining what research says about the effects of automation and what employers and future employees think about it. It is therefore of critical importance to demonstrate the social and market potentials and dangers for safety of AI, thereby increasing the competitiveness of Hungarian entrepreneurs and the career opportunities of the employees. One of the first steps in this is to raise public awareness and introduce AI into education, ranging from the use of technology in schools to the education of its use, safety risk and development. Is it worth thinking about what the distant future can bring to humanity? There are various professional predictions as to when we will invent the “real” AI, the master algorithm that controls each process, when we will achieve the singularity, from which AI will be able to program itself beyond human intelligence. Never, according to pessimists, between 2040–2100, according to optimists. Moreover, in the meantime, genetic engineering or a brain amplified with nanorobots may precede machine intelligence. What is certain is that cooperation and coexistence will be the cornerstone, so technical, philosophical, social, ethical and legal responses must be developed as long as the decision is in the hands of the US and not the AI. However, all this is a complex task, as logical contradictions in national regulations and political opinions, for example, are very difficult to handle for a rational algorithm. (Lovászy 2019) Regulation is needed that does not hinder economic development, but strengthens transparency and security. The opportunities inherent in AI will be decisive for both Hungary’s competitiveness and the success of the individual in the coming decades. In my study, I pointed out that the conscious use and development of AI by education, the knowledge of security risks can be a breaking point for broad strata of our nation. So, I first examined the impact of the use of AI on the labor market, what new generations of workers think and want, and how it all affects the educator, the content and tools of education, the methodology, and what are the benefits and risks. Then I flashed a couple of possible visions in which, whether we achieve singularity in the near or distant future or not, AI will be a crucial part of our everyday lives. The pillars, technological and sectoral focuses, and transformative projects of the newly adopted Artificial Intelligence Strategy Foundation will crucially determine how much we will be able to exploit the opportunities of the decades ahead at the individual and state levels. In order to increase Hungary’s competitiveness, it calls for further research and wide-ranging professional consultations on the conditions (infrastructure, competencies, etc.) and modern methods for the successful integration of AI, the awareness of society and the education of different age groups.

Objectives: The introduction of laws that make indoor public areas and workplaces smoke-free has resulted in a significant<br />reduction in the incidence of acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Malta was the second European country to introduce the<br />smoking ban legislation in April 2004. The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of the smoking ban in Malta on<br />ACS morbidity and mortality.<br />Methods: The number of ACS hospital admissions and the number of cardiovascular deaths were retrospectively analysed.<br />The annual data for 5 years prior to and following the introduction of the Tobacco Act were obtained according to age-groups<br />for both genders. Poisson regression analyses were performed to assess for decline in ACS admission and cardiovascular<br />death.<br />Results: The ACS admission rate increased throughout the 5 years following the introduction of the smoking ban. There was<br />no change in mortality rate in the 5 years following the legislation, except in 2007 when a small but significant decline was<br />noted.<br />Conclusions: The Malta smoking ban did not have a significant impact on cardiovascular mortality and ACS admissions<br />rates, indicating the need for proper enforcement of the public smoking ban and increase in public awareness regarding the<br />adverse effects of smoking.<br />Key words: Coronary heart disease; Mortality; Prevention; Smoking.

The digital transformation of our world and the inevitable interaction between people, digital technologies and physical assets create a rapidly changing and complex environment that requires organizations to be more flexible, better fit and ready to accept new ways of working. Businesses are coming to realize the need for change to operate successfully in the digital age. In the period of global digitalization, information and communication technologies are one of the most important aspects of existence for a business, which makes it more efficient, efficient and allows you to respond quickly to a rapidly changing external environment, as well as customer needs. At the moment, there is a high interest in the possibilities of artificial intelligence for use in business tasks in the world, as there are already examples of successful implementation, when Artificial Intelligence and machine learning radically change the way they work and increase the profit of organizations in different countries.The purpose of this study is to consider how artificial intelligence affects the value proposition and how the elements of the business model change when using this technology. The paper gives the existing examples of the use of technology, the consequences of its application and the emerging prospects for the use of Artificial Intelligence as one of the advanced technologies of digital transformation.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the human rights issue. This study has also examined issues with AI for business and its civil and criminal liability. This study has provided inputs to the policymakers and government authorities to overcome different challenges. Design/methodology/approach This study has analysed different international and Indian laws on human rights issues and the impacts of these laws to protect the human rights of the individual, which could be under threat due to the advancement of AI technology. This study has used descriptive doctrinal legal research methods to examine and understand the insights of existing laws and regulations in India to protect human rights and how these laws could be further developed to protect human rights under the Indian jurisprudence, which is under threat due to rapid advancement of AI-related technology. Findings The study provides a comprehensive insight on the influence of AI on human rights issues and the existing laws in India. The study also shows different policy initiatives by the Government of India to regulate AI. Research limitations/implications The study highlights some of the key policy recommendations helpful to regulate AI. Moreover, this study provides inputs to the regulatory authorities and legal fraternity to draft a much-needed comprehensive policy to regulate AI in the context of the protection of human rights of the citizens. Originality/value AI is constantly posing entangled challenges to human rights. There is no comprehensive study, which investigated the emergence of AI and its influence on human rights issues, especially from the Indian legal perspective. So there is a research gap. This study provides a unique insight of the emergence of AI applications and its influence on human rights issues and provides inputs to the policymaker to help them to draft an effective regulation on AI to protect the human rights of Indian citizens. Thus, this study is considered a unique study that adds value towards the overall literature.

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to science-generating devices with functions like reasoning, thinking, learning, and planning. A robot is an intelligent artificial machine capable of sensing and interacting with its environment utilizing integrated sensors or computer vision. In the present day, AI has become a more familiar presence in robotic resolutions, introducing flexibility and learning capabilities. A robot with AI provides new opportunities for industries to produce work safer, save valuable time, and increase productivity. Economic impact assessment and awareness of the social, legal, and ethical problems of robotics and AI are essential to optimize the advantages of these innovations while minimizing adverse effects. The impact of AI and robots affects healthcare, manufacturing, transport, and jobs in logistics, security, retail, agri-food, and construction. The chapter outlines the vision of AI, robot's timeline, highlighting robot's limitations, hence embedding AI to robotic real-world applications to get an optimized solution.

Most adolescent mortality and morbidity is preventable or treatable, but adolescents face specific barriers in accessing health information and services. The problems in the community in the youth group are free sex behaviour, the use of alcohol and drugs. This research to develop a caring theory model that can be applied by community nurses in the community in enhancing the awareness of adolescent age groups in the community. Research method used conceptual paper are based on previous research that the author has done (4 articles) and combines the literature review (7 results) that the author has done from April-November 2020. Result in this research indicate that the theory will become the bases or foundation for nurses to become mindful of their role as community health nurses. They need to optimize their Role in Caring for community adolescents in addressing societal problems like drug abuse, teenage pregnancy. Public awareness involves collaboration between governments by making people aware of existing laws and policies. National strategies and action plans for adolescent-specific health policies; Health management: health human resources, health facilities, networks: community health cadres, school communities; Family and peers are needed to increase awareness of adolescent behaviour so that through caring a sense of empathy and youth will be realized. Conclution in this research is nurses can apply the theory of mindfulness caring. Problems related to adolescent behavior can be overcome with cooperation in various sectors, so awareness by these sectors is the key in preventing the impact of deviant adolescent behavior.

The use of technology to optimize the production and management of each individual animal is becoming key to good farming. There is a need for the real-time systematic detection and control of disease in animals in order to limit the impact on animal welfare and food supply. Diseases such as footrot and mastitis cause significant pain in sheep, and so early detection is vital to ensuring effective treatment and preventing the spread across the flock. Facial expression scoring to assess pain in humans and non-humans is now well utilized, and the Sheep Pain Facial Expression Scale (SPFES) is a tool that can reliably detect pain in this species. The SPFES currently requires manual scoring, leaving it open to observer bias, and it is also time-consuming. The ability of a computer to automatically detect and direct a producer as to where assessment and treatment are needed would increase the chances of controlling the spread of disease. It would also aid in the prevention of resistance across the individual, farm, and landscape at both national and international levels. In this paper, we present our framework for an integrated novel system based on techniques originally applied for human facial expression recognition that could be implemented at the farm level. To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first time that this technology has been applied to sheep to assess pain.

The Malaysian government has initiated a cloud government project as an integration of cloud computing and unified communication-based applications toward the digital and cloud work environment. However, the impact studies have found that the implementation of this project has several weaknesses such as lack of infrastructure support, weak IT knowledge, and lack of awareness among public sector employees causing applications not to be fully utilized. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct a study to measure the acceptance of government cloud project because there has been much investment in the project. This study applied Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and several factors to develop the research model which is divided into two main factors: technological and human. The technological factor might determine the likelihood of its acceptance by the public sector and might stimulate them to accept it. The human factor as the characteristics of the people in the public sector that may contribute to creating the need for and ability to accept cloud computing. This proposed model will be used to evaluate the individual acceptance of cloud computing in the Malaysian public sector. For future work, this model needs to be enriched with interview sessions and quantitative surveys to validate the findings.

AbstractSocial distancing, self-isolation, quarantining, and lockdowns arising from the COVID-19 pandemic have been common restrictions as governments have attempted to limit the rapid virus transmission. In this study, we identified drivers of adverse mental and behavioral health during the COVID-19 pandemic and whether factors such as social isolation and various restrictions serve as additional stressors for different age groups. Univariate and multivariate regression analyses were conducted on a unique dataset based on a national probability-based survey dedicated to understanding the impact of COVID-19 in the U.S., which includes 19 questions on the individual impact of restrictions, bans, and closures. The analysis used a moderate distress scale built on five questions related to mental health for 3,646 respondents. The mental health of young adults (18−34 years old) was the most affected by restrictions, while that of older adults (>55 years old) was less affected. In addition, demographic and health characteristics associated with differences in mental health varied by age group. The findings in this analysis highlight the differential mental health needs of different age groups and point to the marked necessity for differentiated and targeted responses to the mental health effects of COVID-19 by age group.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the biggest emerging movement and promise in today’s technology world. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in contrast to Natural (human or animal) Intelligence, is intelligence demonstrated by machines. AI is also called Machine Intelligence, aims to mimic human intelligence by being able to obtain and apply knowledge and skills.  It promises substantial involvements, vast changes, modernizations, and integration with and within people’s ongoing life. It makes the world more demanding and helps to take the prompt and appropriate decisions with real time. This paper provides a main analysis of health industry and health care system in Australian Healthcare that are relevant to the consequences formed by Artificial Intelligence (AI). This paper primarily has used secondary research analysis method to provide a wide-ranging investigation of the positive and negative consequences of health issues relevant to Artificial Intelligence (AI), the architects of those consequences and those overstated by the consequences. The secondary resources are subject to journal articles, reports, academic conference proceedings, media articles, corporation-based documents, blogs and other appropriate information. The study found that Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides useful insights in Australian Healthcare system. It is steadily reducing the cost of Australian Healthcare system and improving patients’ overall outcome in Australian Healthcare. Autism can be defined as a common developmental disorder that manifests itself as a disconnection in social communication. In individuals with autism, sometimes speech does not develop at all, and even if it develops, the individual does not prefer to communicate by talking. Thus, other ways are needed to communicate with individuals with autism. Today, the most important of these ways is technology, especially educational technology. The use of technology for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is on the rise today. The purpose of this study was to present up-to-date information on research using technology-based intervention methods in teaching skills in different developmental areas to individuals from different age groups with ASD and to reveal whether this intervention method is effective. This study was carried out using qualitative research methodology, document analysis and related content analysis. Scopus is based on the analysis of published documents searched with the keywords ‘autism and technology-based’ in the database. All articles published in Scopus were examined. The distribution of affiliated universities by years, subject areas, document types, country/regions and author themes were examined. Various findings emerged in terms of determining the importance of the analysis of technology-supported applications in terms of content of individuals published in the Scopus database on individuals with ASD. A total of 95 studies were examined. It was concluded that most of the studies were conducted in 2016 and 2019. It revealed that the first study was conducted in 2008. It was mostly published as a conference announcement. The United States and United Kingdom are among the countries with the most research. The research topics were written mostly in English, and two were published in French.
