Pesan Dakwah Hasan Al-Banna dalam Buku Majmu’at al-Rasail

This article analyzes the message of Hasan al-Banna's preaching in the book Majmu'at al-Rasail relating to the aqeedah, sharia and morals. The study used critical discouse analysis method of Norman Fairclough with an emphasis on the background of the social situation until the message of da'wah was formulated. The results of the research show that the message of da'wah in the book Majmu'at al-Rasail can be explained, among others: the message of the faith in theological discourse, the message of sharia in the discourse of power and the moral message in the discourse of social relations. The monotheistic belief system must be able to provide the divine spirit in all dimensions of life. This spirit grows out of true, pure, clean faith from the element of shirk to God; the sharia system requires applicable law according to the teachings of Islam, focusing on a number of social and political problems that hit the country of Egypt after the destruction of the Ottoman Caliph which fell into British hands. The message of Hasan al-Banna's preaching was oriented towards reforming the living system which was damaged by colonialism and desirous of returning it to the Islamic system.Artikel ini menganalisis pesan dakwah Hasan al-Banna dalam buku Majmu’at al-Rasail yang berkaitan dengan akidah, syariah dan akhlak. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough dengan penekanan pada latar situasi sosial sampai pesan dakwah terumuskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pesan dakwah dalam  buku Majmu’at al-Rasail dapat  dijelaskan antara lain: pesan akidah dalam wacana teologi, pesan syariah dalam wacana kekuasaan dan pesan akhlak dalam wacana relasi sosial. Sistem keyakinan tauhid harus mampu memberikan semangat ketuhanan dalam segenap dimensi kehidupan. Semangat tersebut tumbuh dari akidah yang benar, murni, bersih dari unsur syirik kepada Allah; sistem syariah menghendaki hukum yang berlaku sesuai ajaran Islam, fokus pada sejumlah permasalahan sosial dan politik yang melanda negeri Mesir pasca kehancuran Khalifah Utsmaniyah yang jatuh ke tangan Inggris. Pesan dakwah Hasan al-Banna berorientasi pada pembenahan sistem kehidupan yang rusak karena penjajahan dan berhasrat mengembalikannya pada sistem Islam.

Following a comparative approach it is argued that the modernizing trajectories of three European countries, i.e., the UK, Sweden and Greece were different, as the cultural heritages of the three countries under study, formed by specific historical, political and religious events have acted as a filter of their modernization processes and left an imprint on the prevailing values. England followed a type of modernization associated with “bourgeois revolutions”, Sweden was highly influenced by the popular belief system of solidarity of the political culture of Scandinavian nations and Greece, although increasingly modern, can be associated with a more traditional, top to bottom, version of modernization, highly influenced by the Greek Orthodox Church. Secondary data and empirical research show that the different modernizing paths in the three countries have formed their main cultural characteristics; the UK is portrayed as an individualistic culture,Sweden as an amalgamation of both individualism and collectivism, and Greece as a traditional and more collectivist one. As culture, in the Parsonian approach, acts as the binder of the social world it has functioned as a mediating mechanism, shaping the personality traits and social relationships among British, Swedish and Greek citizens in the direction of an individualistic and/or a collectivist ethos. Whilst the thesis of the article does not support the bipolarity of the “divergence” and “convergence” hypotheses it provides some evidence to the former suggesting that modernization does not always take a simple linear path providing no room for variations.

AbstractThe article begins by reviewing the early research interests of John Gumperz and their further development across the course of his career. His doctoral research documented spoken language in an immigrant community. He then focused on bilingual speech communities and “code switching.” Later he became concerned with various aspects of style shifting within a language. Whether he was considering language switching, or dialect switching, or shifts in register, Gumperz showed that speakers were creative in their language use — active agents rather than passive rule followers — alternating among disparate styles to communicate metaphoric and usually implicit social meaning. Through changes in speech style, interlocutors could be seen to be reframing their social relations, modifying the social situation they were in. ( NB This lability in situational framing is a major point of emphasis in Gumperz's notions of “contextualization” and “conversational inference.”) The article continues by presenting and discussing two of Gumperz's “telling cases” of contextualizing frame shifts by speakers. In concluding, a few examples from the author's own research are presented, with emphasis on the use of contextualization in establishing local alignments of solidarity-in-the-moment among interlocutors — indexical shifts to a footing for interaction that the author has termed “situational co-membership.”

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the values of dakwah contained in the novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika (BTDLA) by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra in terms of the social situation of the community. This research uses content analysis method with the genetic structural approach. Data collection techniques use documentation and interview.The results show that from social situation community view it is found about the negative perspective of the community toward Islam that gives a change to Moslems to give a correct understanding of Islam. Just by looking at clothing that has an Islamic symbol, like a robe or face mask, the western society instantly puts the suspicion without fundamental. Everything is the same. Therefore, Muslims should provide a correct understanding of Islam. A Muslim must be a good Islamic agent in a suspicious society. A reflection of good Muslim conduct and behavior is one attempt to answer the doubts of American society to Islam after the September 11 tragedy. Hanya dengan melihat pakaian yang memiliki simbol keislaman, seperti gamis atau cadar penutup muka, masyarakat barat langsung menaruh kecurigaan yang tanpa mendasar. Semuanya dipandang sama. Karena itu, umat muslim haruslah memberikan pemahaman yang benar tentang Islam. Seorang muslim haruslah menjadi agen Islam yang baik di tengah masyarakat yang penuh curiga. Cerminan tindakan dan perilaku muslim yang baik merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menjawab keraguan masyarakat Amerika terhadap Islam setelah tragedi 11 September. Hal ini sangat berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai dakwah yang diceritakan dalam novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra ini.Kata kunci: nilai dakwah, situasi sosial masyarakat, dan struktural genetik

Scientific provisions on the social development of mankind in the third millennium in Ukraine and in the world are revealed. It is established that this direction is the result of the emergence in this period of a global continuous ecological, natural and socio-economic crisis of all mankind. In particular, the socio-economic crisis is manifested in the deterioration of socio-economic conditions of the vast majority of people and arise through the private-individual economic system of capitalism based on private ownership of means of production and class division of economic spheres. It is in this environment that the social contradictions between the two classes of owners for the means of production and the labor force, which can be reconciled in an evolutionary way under the influence of objective economic laws and the universe, mature. Such laws include such as the universal law of equilibrium, the law of human evolution, the social development of production relations in accordance with the level and quality of achievement of productive forces. Therefore, the progress of social relations is seen as a derivative of the development of productive forces, as a historical inevitability. The quantitative expression of the combination as the level of productive forces and production relations in the article considers the category of labor potential of society, in relation to which social development and change are determined, so the formula of its quantitative definition is revealed.

Mullā Ṣadrā’s discourse in the discourse of Islamic philosophy is only limited to ontological and epistemological aspects. There has not been much further investigation into Ṣadrā’s philosophy. This causes Ṣadrā’s philosophy to dwell only in the theoreticalmetaphysical realm. If we look further, Ṣadrā’s philosophy also has a relationship with the natural sciences and the humanities. Through the concept of al-harakaḧ al-jawhariyaḧ Ṣadrā explains this. Al-Harakaḧ al-jawhariyaḧ as the embodiment of the principle of existence (aṣālaḧ al-wujūd) is not only Ṣadrā’s ontology but as Islamic original thought in solving ontological problems since ancient times. Al-Harakaḧ al-jawhariyaḧ or substance motion is an immaterial gradual motion in every existenceentity, both material and non-material existence. Each mawjūd entity is an existence that experiences motion to point to one point, namely perfection. This perfection is in an immaterial state in every hierarchical reality of existence. Every existence, both human and natural, will move towards this essential perfection. This article will reveal that alharakaḧ al-jawhariyaḧ is a motion in the context of improvement in terms of substance and accident. It is also through this concept that Ṣadrā shows his relation to the natural sciences and humanities. This relationship is in the form of proving the existence of God, the creation of nature, and the social relations of society. This research is based on library research with a descriptive analysis method and holistic approach. In the end, al-harakaḧ al-jawhariyaḧ has a broad relationship in existence and all existing entities

The research method was carried out using in-depth qualitative descriptive observation method. The results of the research show that Penglipuran Traditional Village is a village that had a very high social system ranging from development, environment, culture to the formation of awig-awig which is formulated together with the community and for the benefit of the community it self. The Penglipuran Indigenous Village community has very strong socio-cultural values, so that the socio-cultural values ??in the community are able to form a very unique spatial pattern of village spaces. The social values ??that make up the spatial pattern of the Penglipuran Traditional Village spaces are inseparable from the influence of elements of the belief system, respect for the older, history, ecotomy, cultural activities, and awig-awig as a binding non-formal legal basis. The pattern of the Penglipuran Traditional Village space was formed due to the strong influence of Hindu values ??which was implemented with the development of space with the concept of sanga mandala. Changing the function of space and increasing new spaces are formed due to the increase in family members and the needs of families or members of the Penglipuran Traditional Village community. The kinship between neighbors with close family values ??in the Penglipuran Traditional Village is manifested in the existence of access within the yard which connects between them. The economic level of the Penglipuran Traditional Village community is influenced by non-agrarian income and the entry of tourism, resulting in a shift in the function of space and building ornaments.

A definition of social management has been given, a narrow and broad understanding of social management have been highlighted. The structural elements of social protection defined by the system approach have been clearly delineated and defined. The system of social protection within the framework of social management has been considered. <p>Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa realizada no Brasil e em Cuba que tem como objetivo compreender os elementos mediadores da atividade pedagógica para uma educação de melhor qualidade que promova o desenvolvimento das máximas potencialidades da criança. Inicialmente apresentamos nossa compreensão de desenvolvimento humano, resultado das relações sociais, e abordamos os elementos dessas relações, particularmente os vinculados à atividade pedagógica, entendida como a unidade entre a atividade de ensino e a atividade de estudo. Initially, we present our view of human development, which stems from social relations, and approach the elements of these relations, particularly those associated with pedagogical activities, understood here as the combination of teaching and research. Abstract. In family systems, it is possible for one to put oneself at risk by eliciting aversive, high-risk behaviors from others ( Cook, Kenny, & Goldstein, 1991 ). Consequently, it is desirable that family assessments should clarify the direction of effects when evaluating family dynamics. In this paper a new method of family assessment will be presented that identifies bidirectional influence processes in family relationships. Based on the Social Relations Model (SRM: Kenny & La Voie, 1984 ), the SRM Family Assessment provides information about the give and take of family dynamics at three levels of analysis: group, individual, and dyad. The method will be briefly illustrated by the assessment of a family from the PIER Program, a randomized clinical trial of an intervention to prevent the onset of psychosis in high-risk young people.
