Background: Industrial centers (UKM) in Malang are scattered throughout the city. According to data from the Malang Cooperative and UMKM Office, only 30% have gone online from the 70,000 UMKM currently available. This is an opportunity for young people to be able to help UMKM to go online. The main obstacles experienced by UMKM are financing problems, technology and product innovation, market research and inefficiencies. Purpose: To solve the problems of MSMEs in Malang City, especially in the field of technology and product innovation for women groups, UKM Craftsmen Sanitair Klaseman Malang. Method: Training on making e-commerce based marketing channels and social media which includes training on making e-commerce channels through social media and the internet. Results: The UKM of sanitation products in Malang were mostly dominated by 50% flower pots and 25% carvings. The use of social media for UKM partners had an impact on increasing orders from consumers through social media. The types of social media used was Whatsapp (100%), Instagram (55%), and Facebook (87.5%). Communication of sellers and buyers was effective and efficient through media chat messenger. Means of direct contact between sellers and buyers reached 87.5% through social media. Conclusion: Partners got increased orders from consumers after using social media. They could also grow their business bigger because they could have transaction directly with bank transfer payment method.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product innovation, market orientation on marketing performance. The study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques are based on Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires are sent to 320 SMEs in Banten Province, where 300 responses are used. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance and market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.

<p>Indonesia is experiencing serious problems in the era of globalization. Since the era of free<br />trade, many imported products have flooded the national marketplace. Lack of domestic products‟<br />competition on its own country make business actors in Indonesia must understand about purchasing<br />decision of millennial generations that will become the next generations of the nation. Their purchasing<br />decision depends on the product quality perception and they want products that suit with their style.<br />Millennial generations outreach through social media marketing is believed to be necessary to influence<br />their purchasing decisions. The research objectives are to know the effect of the perception of modern<br />Batik product quality and product innovation on purchasing decisions with social media marketing as a<br />moderator variable. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with sample of 100<br />respondents. The research results show that the millennial generations‟ purchasing decisions are affected<br />by their perception of product quality and innovation. The perception of product quality and purchasing<br />decisions are weakened by social media marketing. <p>This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, social media marketing and brand image on the interest of tourist visits and its impact on impulsive buying in the clay craft UMKM sector in the village of Kerabah Kasongan, Yogyakarta. This research has a type of quantitative research with 100 respondents who are consumers. clay crafts. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative research methods by conducting surveys, the results of validity and reliability tests using SPSS v 20.0, and hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that product innovation had no effect on visiting interest, social media marketing had an effect on visiting interest, brand image had an effect on visiting interest and visiting interest had an effect on impulsive buying.</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong> product innovation, social media marketing, brand image, impulsive buying, interest in visiting.</p>

Investing or saving with gold is in great demand today, in an easy way and everyone can do it. Investment in the sale and purchase of old make the company very competitive. This study aims as a test of social media marketing, product innovation, celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions for jewelry at the Semar Nusantara gold shop Sukoharjo branch. The sample of this research is 100 consumers using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of research and discussion, social media marketing, product innovation, celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Semar Nusantara gold shop. Social Media Marketing can influence purchasing decisions at the Semar Nusantara gold shop, Sukoharjo branch, which is one of the jewelry stores that keep up with the times, it can be said that because the jewelry shop offers online on social media, Instagram, and shopee in particular. So that millennials can buy online at the shopee @semarnusantara account and What's Up. With the social media Instagram @semarnusantara, customers can more easily find the latest information on the Semar Nusantara gold shop.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the form of community support capacity, explain the constraints faced, and the efforts undertaken by the community in maintaining theicon as a village rendang. This research uses etnometodology method by using interview technique, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form of carrying capacity undertaken by the entrepreneurs are: maintaining the material and quality, maintaining quality improvement of workers and institutional support (cooperative and marketing). Constraints faced are: low technology, lack of human resources (quality of workers), marketing. The efforts undertaken in the community in maintaining the icon as a village rendang namely: utilization of social media and product innovation.

With the development of the Internet, social networking sites have empowered the public to directly express their views about social issues and hence contribute to social change. As a new type of voice behavior, public voice on social media has aroused wide concern among scholars. However, why public voice is expressed and how it influences social development and betterment in times of public health emergencies remains unstudied. A key point is whether governments can take effective countermeasures when faced with public health emergencies. In such situation, public voice is of great significance in the formulation and implementation of coping policies. This qualitive study uses China’s Health Code policy under COVID-19 to explore why the public performs voice behavior on social media and how this influences policy evolution and product innovation through cooperative governance. A stimulus-cognition-emotion-behavior model is established to explain public voice, indicating that it is influenced by cognitive processes and public emotions under policy stimulus. What is more, as a form of public participation in cooperative governance, public voice plays a significant role in promoting policy evolution and product innovation, and represents a useful form of cooperation with governments and enterprises to jointly maintain social stability under public health emergencies
