The purpose of this research is to reveal the form of community support capacity, explain the constraints faced, and the efforts undertaken by the community in maintaining theicon as a village rendang. This research uses etnometodology method by using interview technique, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form of carrying capacity undertaken by the entrepreneurs are: maintaining the material and quality, maintaining quality improvement of workers and institutional support (cooperative and marketing). Constraints faced are: low technology, lack of human resources (quality of workers), marketing. The efforts undertaken in the community in maintaining the icon as a village rendang namely: utilization of social media and product innovation.

Background: Industrial centers (UKM) in Malang are scattered throughout the city. According to data from the Malang Cooperative and UMKM Office, only 30% have gone online from the 70,000 UMKM currently available. This is an opportunity for young people to be able to help UMKM to go online. The main obstacles experienced by UMKM are financing problems, technology and product innovation, market research and inefficiencies. Purpose: To solve the problems of MSMEs in Malang City, especially in the field of technology and product innovation for women groups, UKM Craftsmen Sanitair Klaseman Malang. Method: Training on making e-commerce based marketing channels and social media which includes training on making e-commerce channels through social media and the internet. Results: The UKM of sanitation products in Malang were mostly dominated by 50% flower pots and 25% carvings. The use of social media for UKM partners had an impact on increasing orders from consumers through social media. The types of social media used was Whatsapp (100%), Instagram (55%), and Facebook (87.5%). Communication of sellers and buyers was effective and efficient through media chat messenger. Means of direct contact between sellers and buyers reached 87.5% through social media. Conclusion: Partners got increased orders from consumers after using social media. They could also grow their business bigger because they could have transaction directly with bank transfer payment method.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). The study was to uncover the concept of quality improvement, the supporting and the inhibiting factors within the quality improve and the quality improvement in the early childhood mentoring institutions/kindergarten. The study was a qualitative research. The subjects in the study were kindergarten principals, kindergarten teachers and parents. The data were gathered by means of observation, interview and documentation. For the data analysis, the researcher selected the qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The results of the study were as follows. First, the concept of educational quality improvement in the early childhood mentoring institutions/ kindergarten has been improveed from the vision, the mission and the objectives and the concept includes the aspects of planning, process and output which has synergy from one to another. The planning has been formulated in the curriculum, the syllabus and the daily activity plan. Second, the approach, the strategy and the technique of quality improvement has maximized the well-qualified schools’ resources, have been supported by the sufficient facilities and have been funded by the sufficient budget. Third, the supporting factors within the quality improvement of early childhood mentoring institutions/kindergarten have been the increasing awareness within the society toward the significance of early childhood mentoring institutions, the massive socialization conducted by the Office of Education through the provision of training programs in relation to the early childhood mentoring institution/kindergarten management and the human resources empowerment toward developing the quality of early childhood mentoring institutions. Fourth, the inhibiting factors within the quality improvement of early childhood mentoring institutions have been the lack of society care and participation, the less quality human resources that early childhood mentoring institutions have, the fund limitation, the facility limitation and the lack of program management effectiveness.Keywords: development, educational quality, kindergarten

Pilanggede Village is one of the villages that has a village economic institution called BUMDesa Pilanggede Gemilang. Which BUMDesa has succeeded in building a tourist village destination. The development of this tourist village is named the Taman Pinggir Gawan Tourism Village (TPG) which presents a characteristic of the panoramic beauty of the Bengawan Solo River. However, behind the panoramic beauty, the Bengawa Solo River is a river that is prone to flood disasters when the rainy season arrives. So that BUMDesa Pilanggede makes efforts to minimize the impact of disasters and also to maintain the existence of tourist villages. This research aims to examine how the BUMDesa strategy is in the development of the TPG tourism village, Pilanggede Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the facts that occur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results showed that in the process of developing a tourist village, several programs had been designed. The program includes establishing the image of tourism with the addition of new vehicles and also improving facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources through training, carrying out activities to maintain environmental hygiene, and also promoting through social media.

Parenting patterns depend on how a family environment forms rules (behavior, norms and values) that must be obeyed by family members. This parenting pattern is formed by parents consisting of fathers and mothers to provide education to their children so that it can imprint on the child and make characteristics and personal for the child. So the mayor of Surabaya held the Kampung'e Arek Suroboyo education village competition which was one of the Surabaya City Government's programs in promoting the development of the quality of human resources (HR). Thus mandating "the community is obliged and responsible for the protection of children through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection. The conclusion of this community service activity is the creation of this Education Village aims to create an educational, safe, comfortable, friendly, healthy, creative, creative environment and literacy for the child's growth and development process in community support that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and seeks optimal child protection.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah TK Melalui akreditasi se-kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui akreditasi di kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan bagi anak usia dini perlu dilaksanakan dan dibenahi secara sungguh-sungguh. Sebab secara umum berdasarkan dari seluruh standar penilaian TK di Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau  belum begitu baik. Hal Ini terlihat dari berbagai hambatan seperti Kegiatan akreditasi yang dilakukan belum dipahami secara penuh oleh seluruh TK yang ada di kecamatan. Sosialisasi yang masih kurang sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kepada anak didik. Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta keterbatasan pengetahuan administrasi di sekolah menjadikan hasil akreditasi tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Masih terbatasnya biaya operasional sekolah sehingga gerak percepatan perubahan akreditasi juga lambat. Oleh sebab itu seluruh aspek harus diberdayakan  baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya lainnya yang merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan.      Kata kunci : Mutu Sekolah, Akreditasi Abstract This study aims to determine the quality improvement of kindergarten schools through accreditation in the Pucuk Rantau district of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research conducted through descriptive methods with a qualitative approach to improving the quality of schools through accreditation in Pucuk Rantau subdistrict Management of educational institutions, especially education for early childhood needs to be implemented and addressed in earnest. Because in general, based on all the standards for the assessment of kindergarten in Pucuk Rantau District, it has not been so good. This can be seen from various obstacles such as the accreditation activities carried out not yet fully understood by all kindergartens in the sub-district. Inadequate socialization that has an impact on the quality of service to students. The limitations of existing facilities and infrastructure and limited administrative knowledge in schools make the accreditation results not in line with expectations. The limited operational costs of the school so that the acceleration of changes in accreditation is also slow. Therefore all aspects must be empowered both human resources and other resources which are the main keys in improving and developing the quality of education. Keyword: School Quality, Accreditation

The research objective is to examine curriculum management in an effort to improve the quality of education. The method used is literature study. With the aim of seeing curriculum management in improving the quality of education through improving the quality of human resources. Efforts to improve the quality of education must be supported by all parties, including managers of educational institutions at the central, regional and school levels including in the classroom. In the implementation of decentralized education in the era of regional autonomy, each region should have its own quality improvement curriculum design which is an elaboration or implementation of the education curriculum set by the center. This is in accordance with the demands of the curriculum, where both local governments and even lower levels (schools) are given the freedom to describe quality improvement programs so that in the future each region competes with each other for the advancement of education in their respective regions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya, baik sumber daya manusia seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan wali murid, maupun non manusia yang meliputi pemerintahan dan kurikulum dalam pengaruh peningkatan mutu pembelajaran kelas IX di SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar, guru kelas IX, siswa kelas IX, dan orang tua atau wali siswa kelas IX. Dalam penelitian ini prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi serta wawancara.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan smartphone sebagai alat perekam dan dokumentasi. Dari data hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa aspek-aspek yang berpengaruh dalam peningkatan mutu kelas IX pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dibagi menjadi lima aspek, yaitu dukungan pemerintah, kepala sekolah yang efektif, kinerja guru, kurikulum, serta dukungan dari wali siswa yang dari keseluruhan aspek saling bekerja sama. AbstractThis research aims to find out the management and utilization of resources, both human resources such as principals, teachers, students, and students’ parents, as well as non-human who include government, and curriculum in the influence of improving the quality of learning grade IX in SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach type. The subjects in this research are the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar, grade IX teachers, grade IX students, and parents or guardians of grade IX students. In this research, the data collection procedure used is by observation and interview. Research instruments in this research are researchers (human instruments), observation sheets, interview sheets, and smartphones as recorders and documentation. From the data of the research, it was concluded that the aspects that influenced the quality improvement of grade 9 during the COVID-19 pandemic were divided into five aspects, namely government support, effective principal, teacher performance, curriculum, and support of parents with all aspect cooperate with each other.

Growth and development of young children should be guided from the beginning . Education is carried out continuously should be directed to a positive destination . Garden Education Al - Quran ( TPA ) is one means of education that provides the fundamentals of the science of understanding the religion ( Islam ) . Jannah is a landfill Miftahul education institutions , from time to time with the level of activity that the higher activity , requires a medium for the board to be able to provide opportunities for the students to improve the ability and quality of human resources, especially in the management of information systems towards a more independent and TPA prosperous , using IT as a tool to help increase performance . The process of quality improvement and the ability to lead an independent and prosperous landfill , by submitting any reports and conditions in the landfill Miftahul Jannah quickly and easily accessible by anyone . Report and the information addressed to the board and donors involved directly or indirectly . Conducted an online web system development to lay any existing reports . In addition , an increase in capacity through training to use online web administrators or managers of the system at the landfill Miftahul Jannah . This is done so that the ability of life skills can be used as a tool for the managers in the landfill Miftahul Jannah for entrepreneurship can be independently and enhance confidence .

Pediatric sedation programs benefit from tracking quality metrics and implementing processes to improve the sedation experience. Quality, safe pediatric sedation care involves well-organized, educated teams that track outcomes and constantly review events and situations that need improvement. This requires a multidisciplinary approach, an effort to decrease waste in terms of time and human resources, a focus on equitable care for all patients, and efforts to tailor care to the specific needs of the individual. Tracking appropriate metrics and making changes to pediatric sedation practice and process in order to maintain benchmarks and improve current practice can help institutions improve the quality of the sedation experience for patients, families, and providers. Pediatric sedation programs, regardless of resources, provider type, or institutional constraints, will benefit from using data to create processes that correctly identify and address obstacles to high-quality sedation care.
