Analisis Manajemen Fundrising Umar bin Khattab dan Relevansinya dengan Pengelolaan Zakat di Indonesia

The period of Umar Bin Khattab's leadership was a golden age in the history of Islamic economics. The policies made are able to prove the greatness of the Islamic economic system. The success of Umar also made several zakat management organizations (OPZ) interested in implementing it in their operational activities, especially in gathering or fundraising activities. Using a qualitative literature study method, the writer intends to analyze (1) the functions of fundraising management, then combine them with (2) Umar bin khattab's zakat policy, so that (3) the suitability of Umar's policies in fundraising activities carried out by the management organization zakat (OPZ) to help improve the quality of OPZ performance in collecting zakat. The author obtains primary data sources through several main sources, because he cannot make direct observations and interviews. For secondary data sourced from journals, theses, scientific papers and articles obtained via the internet. The results show that the form of zakat policy made by Umar bin Khattab is not directly suitable for implementation in the current OPZ fundraising strategy. It is necessary to study, analyze and adjust in advance to the conditions and conditions of muzakki and mustahik so that fundraising activities can run effectively and efficiently and in accordance with Islamic sharia rules.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.

Kegiatan wisata bahari di Pulau Maratua memiliki beberapa permasalahan, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai kewajiban izin lokasi perairan, kurangnya infrastruktur pendukungwisata bahari, dan rendahnya nilai penerimaan negara yang diperoleh oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi izin lokasi perairan kegiatan wisata bahari di Kawasan Strategis Nasional Tertentu (KSNT) Pulau Maratua terhadap PNBP yang diterima oleh KKP. Penelitian dilakukan di seluruh perairan KSNT Pulau Maratua pada bulan April 2019 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2020 dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari 15 (lima belas) pelaku usaha wisata bahari. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara untuk menggali informasi mengenai kewajiban izin lokasi perairan, kegiatan wisata bahari dan pembayaran PNBP, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari kepustakaan dengan mempelajariliteratur, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan laporan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kegiatanyang dilakukan KKP untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha dengan melakukan sosialisasi perizinan pemanfaatan ruang laut, pengambilan keterangan, dan pembukaan loket pelayanan perizinanbelum mampu menggerakkan seluruh pelaku usaha wisata bahari untuk mengajukan izin lokasi perairan. Selama kurun waktu 1 (satu) tahun hanya 40 % atau sebanyak 6 (enam) pelaku usaha dari total 15(lima belas) yang telah mengajukan permohonan dan mendapatkan izin lokasi perairan dari Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan dengan nilai PNBP sebesar Rp238.200.000,00. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kontribusi PNBP, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pembinaan yang lebih intensif, perbaikan inovasi dan kualitas pelayanan perizinan, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan PNBP, menetapkan target dan optimalisasi realisasi PNBP, dan pemberian sanksi.Title: The Water Location Permit as the Non-Tax State Revenue (NTSR): Case Study on Marine Tourism in Maratua Island Marine tourism on Maratua Island has been suffered from several problems, including less understanding of water location permit, lack of adequate infrastructure of marine tourism, and small amount of non-tax state revenue (NTSR) earned by Ministry for Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) This study aimed to determine the contribution of National Strategic Spesific Area (NSSA) permit to NTSR earned by MMAF. The study was conducted on all waters of NSSA in Maratua Island fromApril 2019 to March 2020 with a qualitative approach. Primary data were collected through interviews from 15 (fifteen) marine tourism entrepreneurs to explore more information on the compulsory oflocation permit, marine tourism activities and NTSR. Secondary data were collected from literature study, regulations, and relevant reports. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive method. The results found that MMAF efforts to provide more understanding on water location permit, information gathering, and permit offices have not been able to encourage all marine tourism entrepreneurs to apply water location permit. There were only 40% in 1 (one) year or 6 (six) from a total of 15 (fifteen) entrepreneurs who submitted application and obtained water location permit from the MMAF.Total amount of NTSR collected from those application was IDR238,200,000.00. Therefore, in order to raisethis revenue, it is necessary to provide more intensive assistance, innovation, better quality of permit services, human resource empowerment, management of NTSR, optimum target and expenditure ofNTSR, and punishment for breaches of permit regulation.

<p>Mataram kingdom became part of the history of Kraton Yogyakarta, starting from the Giyanti agreement in 1755. Then Mataram kingdom was divided into two regions Solo and Yogyakarta. Each region was headed by one king. The title for the king's Solo palace is Pakubuwono, while the term for the king's palace in Yogyakarta is Hamengkubowono. One of the relics from the palace, which is still preserved until now is <em>blangkon</em>. <em>Blangkon</em> is used as a headgear by the people in the palace. Yogyakarta Blangkon style is different from Solo blangkon style, although this palace used to be one area. Blangkon have a specific pattern that is related to the lifestyle of Javanese community, especially people of the palace. Blangkon is considered as one of artifacts as it has a philosophy of characteristics and identity of Javanese community. This research used qualitative research in the form of literature study. The method used by the authors is by collecting data source: primary data and secondary data. Blangkon will be examined through the used patterns which is connected in the aesthetic paradox. Basically there are kinds of pattern which are called pattern two, three, four, and five. Carrying Capacity is an important consideration in sustainable tourism development. One of the developing tourist destination in Bali island is Geger Beach which is located in Badung regency, Bali.  Geger beach has different conditions with other beaches, therefore it is necessary to determine the estimation area and duration for tourist activities without degrading the quality of the environment. This study aimed to determine the unit of the area, the required time, and the total time per day for  particular tourist category according to the condition at Geger beach. Moreover, this study investigated the condition of carrying capacity in the Geger beach. The data were collected primary data obtained by interviewed 100 respondents in Geger Beach and based on literature study on the secondary data. Results showed that the average area for tourism activities (Lt) is 41.5 m2 and the duration for tourism activities (Wp) is 2.29 hours/day. The total time that area provided for tourism activities is 10 hours/day and the total area is 5.023 m2. Carrying capacity value at Geger beach uses Lt and Wp value is 529 people/day, 16.385 people/month or 196.620 people/year. The carrying capacity of Geger Beach conditions is suggested remain under carrying capacity for the entire month and the total visits during 2016.

The purposes of this study was to analyze and describe the transparency of the capacity building of state apparatus and harmonization of development policy on the state apparatus in the area. This type of research used qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through literature  study that is derived from primary data and secondary data. Based on the analysis related to manage and develop the capacity of civil state apparatus in the area indicate that Computer Assisted Test (CAT) method for recruitment of civil servant in Sidoarjo is one form of a positive transparency that is expected to create a cadre of civilian apparatus qualified and competent. The use of this method aimed to develop the quality of personnel resources. In addition, it is supported by policy on the capacity building of civil state apparatus which is comes from center. But, in reality its policy is not harmonized. It is indicated by policy on learning permits and learning task as a form of capacity building of civil state apparatur is irrelevant between the center and the local. So that implementer actors have difficulty in its implementation.

Hospital services are basically a form of service provided to patients by paying attention to predetermined service quality standards, in order to create satisfaction for patients in accordance with patient expectations. Central General Hospital Dr. Kariadi Semarang, Regional General Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, and Central General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung is a government-owned public hospital located in the Java region. The three hospitals are government-owned hospitals as national referral hospitals which are class A hospitals. The purpose of this research is to find out how the form of excellent service and the advantages and disadvantages of the Central General Hospital Dr. Kariadi Semarang, Regional General Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya and Central General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. The research method used the desk-review method, namely the collection of secondary data or data that has been previously collected without conducting a field survey and library research methods. Besides that, this research also uses literature study, namely collecting scientific papers or collecting data related to the object of research or collecting library data. The form of excellent service carried out by the Central General Hospital Dr. Kariadi Semarang, Regional General Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya and Central General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung is about speed of service, accuracy of service, accurate service and quality of service. Each hospital has problems regarding the speed of service, so that the speed of service is a priority for improvement for hospitals to realize excellent service in accordance with patient expectations.

Supervision of the performance and behavior of prosecutors and prosecutors' offices both inside and outside the office is the authority of 2 (two) supervisory body, namely the internal supervisorybody and the external supervisorybody. The supervisory model implemented by the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision is repressive that have weaknesses. The formulations of the problem in this research are How is the prosecutor and prosecutor’s employee supervision model by the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision ? How is the new construction of the supervision model for prosecutors and prosecutors' employee by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. This type of research is a sociological legal research, with a qualitative research approach. Qualitative data in the form of primary data obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through literature study, especially Law No. 16 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian Attorney General's Office and Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Attorney Commission of Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that there was a dualism of supervision of prosecutors and prosecutors' employees, therefore internal supervisors and prosecutors' external supervisors need to work together to improve the quality of the performance and behavior of Prosecutors and Prosecutors' Employee.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze Public Services at the Blitar Immigration office as well as factors that support and inhibit public services at the Blitar Immigration Office. To answer the research objectives in measuring through the Quality of Service Outcomes, Accuracy in Service, Timeliness in Service, Courtesy and Employee Friendliness in Service and Justice in Service This research is a qualitative descriptive type, with the location of the study at the Blitar Immigration Office. Primary data came from interviews with five selected informants and also from direct observations at the study site. While secondary data comes from information or data owned by agencies. Withdrawal of conclusions based on data processed using interactive model analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that public services at the Blitar Immigration Office are good but not optimal. The quality of the effects of public services has been carried out in accordance with procedures and full of accuracy so that there are minimal errors; Timeliness of the completion of public services in accordance with the regulation, which is a maximum of 4 working days; Service by officers is carried out politely and full of hospitality Justice in service is carried out through queuing methods so that it does not cause conflict between the applicant and gives more certainty; Justice in Service has been carried out using the queue method so that it does not create conflict between applicants. The factors that support public services at the Blitar Immigration office are the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of staff and network problems.

The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the quality of repetition of the semester subjects History class X SMA Negeri 2 Banda viewed from the aspects of materials, construction and language, (2) the distribution of the level of cognitive sphere of Bloom taxonomy measured in repetition of the end of the semester of the eye lesson of class X history of SMA Negeri 2 Banda, (3) quality of repetition of semester subjects of class X history of SMA Negeri 2 Banda viewed from Validity, Reliability, Distinguishing Power, Level of Difficultness, Key Effectiveness and Effectiveness. This research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that these problems have a relatively high (un-reliable) reliability aspect, which is coefficient - 0.1762. From the logical (logical validity) aspect there is one problem that has not been validated yet. From the problem level aspect, 66.67% of the problems are included in the easy criteria, 30% of the questions including medium criteria and 3.33% of the questions including difficult criteria. From the aspect of the differentiating agent, the grains show 7 or 23.33% have bad distinguishing power, 8 grains or 26,67% have weak distinguishing power, 7 grain or about 23,33% have medium distinguishing power, 6 grain or about 20% classified as having both distinguishing power and 2 grains or 6.67% classified as having excellent distinguishing power.
