This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.

Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The</div><div>determination of the research location is determined intentionally (purposive method) in the city of Pontianak. The study used survey method with 150 respondents by using purposive sampling. Types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the analysis is done by using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the variable of price, quality and packaging affect customer satisfaction. At the same time, quality has a significant effect to consumer loyalty. The most considerable influence on the quality variables and the overall contribution was the performance. Manufacturers need to improve the quality attributes, meaning the composition or content, the balanced flavor between sweet, sour and bitter, and the aftertaste that can last a long time so that consumers can have a good impression of Indocafe.</div>

The objectives of this research were to find the influence of murabahah, rahn financing product superiority and the application of Islamic values ​​with quality of service to customer satisfaction in Islamic banks (PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik). The approach of this research was quantitative using primary data. The sample in this research were customers of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. With the sampling technique using non-probability sampling, so the authors get a total sample of 75 respondents. Analysis of the data in this research using Smart PLS 2.0 analysis tools. The results showed that Murabahah Financing a significant positive effect on Service Quality. Rahn had a significant positive effect on service quality. Islamic values ​​had a positive and not significant effect on service quality. Service Quality had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Murabahah Financing had no significant negative effect on Customer Satisfaction. Rahn had a significant positive significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Islamic values ​​had an insignificant negative effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the path test, intervening variables it was service quality proven to be able to mediate the relationship between, Murabahah Financing, Rahn and Islamic Values ​​on customer satisfaction of PT BPR Syariah Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Gresik. This research was done to analyze the effect of variable (X1) quality of service to the variable (Y) that is customer retention, the influence of variables (X2) is the quality of products to variable (Y) that is customer retention, , the influence of variables (X3) is the customer satisfaction to variable (Y) that is customer retention and the effect of variable (X1) which is variable quality Comfort , variable (X2) is the quality of the product and variabel (X3) is the customer satisfaction simultaneously to variable (Y) customer retention. This research was conducted using a survey method. The population in this study is that consumers Roti Bakar 88  Pasar Lama Tangerang. Sampling with 100 respondents conducted by random sampling technique. While the analysis is done with the data, the classic assumption test hypothesis testing, validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²). Based on data analysis performed in this study, it can be concluded that the variable (X1) quality of service and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 38% of customer retention. Variable (X2) is the product quality and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 11% of customer retention, Variable (X3) is the customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on the variable (Y) is 18% of customer retention. F-count value is greater than the value of 798,01 F-table is 0,39. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The rest was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The problem occurred in Rumah Makan Bebek Pak Ndut based on observations conducted by researchers after conducting interviews to customers showed that customers still feel less satisfied with the price, quality of products and services. The price applied is still at a value less precise by some customers, the quality of the product is less in accordance with the expected and the service that looks less to customers who ask for orders that do not come. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of price (X1), product quality (X2) and quality of service (X3) partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y) as well as to know and analyze the most influential customer satisfaction in the Pak Ndut restaurant in Samarinda ". Primary Data is obtained by spreading the questionnaire to the customers. Secondary Data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data was analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS statistical version 22. The results of this study were price variables and service quality variables partially influential insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables while the product quality variables partially impact significantly on the customer satisfaction variables, price variables, product quality and service quality simultaneously influence insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables and the most significant product quality variables against customer satisfaction variables. Rumah Makan Bebek Dan Ayam Goreng Pak Ndut The price that is set by the restaurant should be adjusted again with the quality of the customer received, in terms of quality products can be done by providing training to employees in the field of condiments so that the taste is maintained and does not eliminate the characteristic and improve the quality of service.

The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

The purpose of this study was to determine service quality, customer satisfaction, and to determine its influence on service quality on customer satisfaction, and to determine the importance of service quality to customer satisfaction at Taam Aisyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and associative analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data, by making observations and giving questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique in this study was a census technique questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 33 respondents. This study proves that the service quality received at Taam Aisyah is in very good condition with an achievement level of 141.84 expected service quality is in very good condition with an achievement rate of 145.78 with an increase in the Spearman Rating ranking which can amount to ρ = (+) 0.728 positive results if the quality of service is good then satisfaction will increase, based on Champion criteria is strong enough, service quality is only able to increase by 52.99% on customer satisfaction.

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.
