ABSTRACT Objective: To map how the communication of the HIV infection diagnosis occurs in pediatrics. Methods: Scoping review of the 64 original articles. We selected research papers in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, with the participants: child, adolescent, relative/family, and/or health professional from 2011-2020. We accessed the following sources: PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, WoS, ASSIA, PsycINFO, ERIC, Sociological Abstracts, Edubase, LILACS, BDENF, and IndexPsi. Results: Regarding the population, it was evident to us that the relative must be the sender of the diagnosis with the professionals’ support; regarding the reasons for the communication, the child maturity, expressed by questions, the necessity of therapy adherence, abilities to communicate and the right of knowing the diagnosis must be considered. The communication channel is centered on materials that promote comprehension, quantity, and quality of information. That indicated an interactive process. Regarding the effects, they are beneficial when the communication occurs at a proper time. Conclusion: Communication must occur through a process that includes professional support to the relatives/family, development of abilities to evaluate the appropriate moment, and the monitoring effect.

Background The increasing awareness and diagnosis of dementia in Africa necessitate documentation of caregiving practices to understand local patterns and improve the quality of care. Caregiving in African communities is rooted in informal-communal social organization. This scoping review analyses caregiver characteristics and experiences, and practices of caregiving for persons living with dementia in Africa. Methods A total of 152 references were retrieved, with 64 references obtained from PubMed, 85 from AJOL, and three from Scopus. Based on the relevance of titles, 83 references were further retained from PubMed (64), AJOL (16), and Scopus (3). A rapid review of abstracts was done in Distiller SR, and finally, six relevant articles were content-analyzed using Atlas ti 8.4 qualitative analysis software. Results All six included studies were published between 2003 and 2018. Four themes were identified: article characteristics, caregiver characteristics, caregiver in context, and caregiver potentialities (challenges and opportunities). Studies reported findings from research conducted in four African countries: three from Nigeria, and one each from South Africa, Egypt, and Tanzania. Caregivers of persons living with dementia typically had eight years or less of formal education, were unpaid, and spent a daily average of 13 hours in caregiving. Cultural thresholds and individual caregiver differences underlie the interpretation of stressors across cultures. Caregivers lack the right training and information as well as support systems to improve their role performance and reduce accumulated stress. Conclusion In African countries, informational and educational platforms are essential for improved individual dementia caregiving, vis-à-vis strengthened roles of governments, and religious/traditional leaders and organizations.

Recommendation system (RS) help user for purchasing the right product of their interest within the affordable right price. Presently many RS make use of only filtering methods to recommend products to the user which is not taking care of the quality of products. Quality of products can be found from textual reviews available on various e-commerce websites and hence this RS performs Sentiment Analysis (SA)of extracted relevant textual reviews along with Collaborative Filtering (CF) to give accurate and good quality recommendations to the user. Reviews are analyzed using optimized Artificial Neural Network (ANN) which shows notified improvement than traditional ANN on real-time extracted data of reviews.CF performance is proved by using the standard dataset of movilense used in many research papers. Results show high recall and accuracy of CF for the recommendation of products to the target user.

The situation related to the primary documents and the structure of their forms for accounting for intangible assets needs to be resolved. The existence of a number of options for the use of forms of primary documents for accounting for intangible assets, which complicates the documentation process, as the primary forms are partially collected and regulated by several laws and regulations. The need to streamline and summarize the primary documents for accounting for intangible assets and goodwill is emphasized, the order of which should be regulated by a single document. It is recommended to implement the Guidelines for the use of forms of primary accounting of intangible assets and goodwill, with a set of relevant details, which should include documents that will reflect all groups of intangible assets, not just those related to intellectual property. Emphasis was placed on the need to develop primary documentation that will reflect the operations with the formation of intangible assets that will create internal goodwill. It is noted that the use of uniform, agreed forms of primary accounting of intangible assets is also necessary to improve the quality of inspections by regulatory authorities. Primary accounting forms for inventory of intangible assets № IA-4 «Inventory description of intellectual property rights (PR)» and № IA-5 «Inventory description of objects of the right to use natural resources, property and other intangible assets» are developed and recommended to use. It is substantiated to make clarifications and introduce additional details to the inventory descriptions, which is necessary to improve the quality of information formation during the inventory. Emphasis is placed on the need to disclose in the process of inventory objective information about intellectual property objects by checking them for functional compliance, to record the working condition of such objects.

This study examines the impact of organizational commitment on upgrading ERP for maintaining the quality of information and the performance. Many manufacturing companies in East Java have been implementing ERP in managing their business. Although the ERP post- implementation has been continuously maintained by these companies, the inevitable changes and development in the current business practices have forced them to upgrade their ERP infrastructure. All ERP system upgrades require a commitment from both management and employees, which is also known as the organizational commitment. This research used the employees of 110 manufacturing companies in the region of East Java, which have been implementing ERP for more than two years. The response rate is quite good, as many as 90 questionnaires out of 110 distributed questionnaires are completed by the respondents. Data analysis has been performed using partial least square (PLS) technique. The result demonstrated that the organizational commitment brings a significant impact to the ERP infrastructure upgrade. The organization commitment shows a significant impact on the information quality, but does not show a direct impact towards the ERP performance. Similarly, the ERP infrastructure upgrade also shows a significant impact on the information quality, but does not show a direct impact on the ERP performance. The information quality has a positive impact on the ERP performance. In total, the organizational commitment directly and indirectly affects the ERP performance. The management commitment empowers the key user to be aware of the ERP system upgrading all the time. Keeping ERP to the most up-to-date condition will contribute to the high quality of the information. Furtherly, the best information quality provides the appropriate information in term of the right time and the right information in the decision making process. The appropriate information enables the top management to make decisions in the pursuit of improving the company’s performance.

For years, achievements and discoveries made by researcher are made aware through research papers published in appropriate journals or conferences. Many a time, established s researcher and mainly new user are caught up in the predicament of choosing an appropriate conference to get their work all the time. Every scienti?c conference and journal is inclined towards a particular ?eld of research and there is a extensive group of them for any particular ?eld. Choosing an appropriate venue is needed as it helps in reaching out to the right listener and also to further one’s chance of getting their paper published. In this work, we address the problem of recommending appropriate conferences to the authors to increase their chances of receipt. We present three di?erent approaches for the same involving the use of social network of the authors and the content of the paper in the settings of dimensionality reduction and topic modelling. In all these approaches, we apply Correspondence Analysis (CA) to obtain appropriate relationships between the entities in question, such as conferences and papers. Our models show hopeful results when compared with existing methods such as content-based ?ltering, collaborative ?ltering and hybrid ?ltering.

Greening of roads contributes to the protection of roads and their elements from influence of adverse weather and climatic factors; it includes the measures for improvement and landscaping of roads, ensures the protection of roadside areas from transport pollution, provides visual orientation of drivers. The solution of these issues will ensure creation and maintenance of safe and comfortable conditions for travelers. Green plantings in the right-of-way road area include woody, bushy, flower and grass vegetation of natural and artificial origin. For proper operation of public roads and satisfaction of other needs of the industry, there may be the need in removing the greenery. The reason for the removal of greenery in the right-of-way road area may be due to the following factors: construction of the architectural object, widening of the motor road, repair works in the security zone of overhead power lines, water supply, drainage, heating, telecommunications facilities, cutting of hazardous, dry and fautal trees, as well as self-grown and brushwood trees with a root neck diameter not exceeding 5 cm, elimination of the consequences of natural disasters and emergencies. The removal of plantations in the right-of-way area is executed in order to ensure traffic safety conditions and to improve the quality of plantations composition and their protective properties. Nowadays, in Ukraine there is no clear procedure for issuing permits for removing of such plantations. In order to resolve this issue, there is a need in determining the list of regulations in the area of forest resources of Ukraine and, if needed, the list of regulatory acts that have to be improved; to prepare a draft of the regulatory legal act that would establish the procedure of plantations cutting, the methodology of their condition determination, recovery costs determination, the features of cutting. Keywords: plantations, cutting, right-of-way, woodcutting permit, order.
