Registros de Enfermería como Evidencia del Cuidado

Los cuidados de Enfermería constituyen un elemento fundamental y articulador en la atención integral que se brinda en el medio hospitalario. Esto se evidencia en los documentos que registran la atención al paciente; en este sentido, las notas de Enfermería son una importante fuente de información que permiten dar continuidad al cuidado. En este trabajo, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de aspectos que deben tenerse en cuenta para la realización de las notas de Enfermería. Más en concreto, se trata de conceptos deontológicos de la profesión y de aspectos legales que deben tenerse en cuenta para la construcción de la historia clínica. El insumo final para el análisis fue integrado por 50 artículos científicos de revisión, reflexión e investigación incluidos en las bases de datos SCIELO, OVID, DIALNET y PUBMED, así como documentos emanados de la legislación colombiana. En la estrategia de búsqueda, se utilizaron las palabras clave: enfermería, registros de enfermería, atención de enfermería y servicios de enfermería. En conclusión, quedó claro que las notas de Enfermería forman parte esencial de los expedientes de cualquier institución hospitalaria; en ellas se registran las intervenciones que realiza Enfermería en su labor asistencial. Por tanto, es necesario contar con documentos legales que avalen el rol autónomo de la profesión para así facilitar la investigación clínica, docente y cumplir con los requerimientos fundamentales para defender eficazmente litigios y retos legales.ABSTRACTA fundamental key element and articulator in the comprehensive care that is provided by the hospital environment is the nursing care. In this work paper, a bibliographical review about aspects that must be taken into account for doing nursing notes is done. It’s about concepts of ethic of the profession and legal aspects which must be taken into account in order to report the clinical history, more specifically, final input for the analysis of 50 scientific articles in order to review was composed, reflection and research included in the SCIELO, OVID, DIALNET and PUBMED databases, and documents issued by Colombian legislation. The search strategy the key words: nurse, nursing, nursing care and nursing services records were used. In conclusion, it is clear that nurses notes are an essential part of any hospital; there nursing care interventions made by nursing care work are recorded. So, to have legal documents demonstrating the role of the autonomous profession to facilitate clinical research, is necessary, teaching and comply with the fundamental requirements for effectively defending litigation and legal challenges

The last decade has seen significant changes in management and care of patients in the United Kingdom who are acutely ill. Increasing pressures on hospital beds has meant the patients are discharged earlier and sometimes admitted later to the hospital environment, resulting in an overall increased acuity in hospital wards. This chapter discusses the factors that have impacted upon the delivery of acute care in hospital environments. It looks at the concept of failure to rescue and the role of human factors in delivery of patient care. It explores the need for an increased focus on patient safety in acute care and considers tools that can facilitate the delivery of effective patient care.

Child life services (CLS) was created through a synthesis of developmental psychology, a recognition of the inherent difficulties of a hospital environment, and a desire to improve the patient experience of children. Many of the principles of CLS can be applied to other patients as well. In this article, the history of CLS is briefly surveyed, followed by a review of the successes of CLS in the hospital. An argument for an increased role for CLS in medical education and the development of a Program for Adult Life Services is then proposed.

<p><em>Patient satisfaction is one of indicator to assess the quality of health services. Measurement of patient satisfaction with nursing services is needed as an evaluation material for nursing management to ensure and improve the quality of nursing services. Several instruments of patient satisfaction with nursing services have been developed. The purpose of this Literature Review is to identify instruments of patient satisfaction with nursing services. This literature review examines the results of development and psychometric testing research of patient satisfaction instruments through article search in PubMed and Google scholar databases with keywords : patient satisfaction, nursing care, instrument, development, tools, psychometric, validity and reliability. We reviewed 20 articles. There are 7 instruments for assessing patient satisfaction with nursing services, namely the questionnaire SERVQUAL, HCAHPS, RPSS, GNCS, NSNS, PSNCQQ and PPHEN. Patient satisfaction instruments consist of several dimensions including individual assessment, communication, staff response, technical competence, interpersonal competence, health education, facilities, hospital environment, comfort, information on return, collaboration and coordination when patients are discharged from the hospital. Based on this literature review it can be concluded that there are several instruments and dimensions that can be used to assess patient satisfaction. But, it is necessary the development of patient satisfaction instruments by involving the perspective of the service provider and incorporating the dimensions of caring as the essence of nursing services.</em></p><p> </p><p>Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pengukuran  kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan diperlukan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi manajemen keperawatan untuk menjamin dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Beberapa instrumen kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan telah dikembangkan. Tujuan Literature Review ini untuk mengidentifikasi instrumen kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan. Literature review ini menelaah hasil penelitian pengembangan dan uji psikometrik instrumen kepuasan pasien melalui pencarian artikel di database PubMed dan Google scholar dengan kata kunci : patient satisfaction, nursing care, instrument, development, tool, psychometric, validity dan reliability. Kami melakukan review terhadap 20 artikel. Ada 7 instrumen penilaian kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan yaitu kuesioner SERVQUAL, HCAHPS, RPSS, GNCS, NSNS, PSNCQQ dan PPHEN. Instrumen kepuasan pasien terdiri dari beberapa dimensi termasuk penilaian individu, komunikasi, tanggapan staf, kompetensi teknis, kompetensi interpersonal, pendidikan kesehatan, fasilitas, lingkungan rumah sakit, kenyamanan, informasi kepulangan, kolaborasi dan koordinasi ketika pasien keluar dari rumah sakit. Berdasarkan literature review ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menilai kepuasan pasien terhadap terdapat beberapa instrumen dan dimensi yang dapat digunakan. Namun perlu pengembangan instrumen kepuasan pasien dengan melibatkan perspektif dari pemberi pelayanan dan memasukkan dimensi caring sebagai esensi dari pelayanan keperawatan.</p>

La estancia en el hospital de niños y niñas es desafortunadamente común y está asociada a regresión en los comportamientos, agresión, falta de cooperación, retraimiento, dificultad para recuperarse, llanto excesivo, y disminución de la comunicación y/o actividad, por lo que el proceso atención enfermero necesita no solo una perspectiva biológica, sino también incluir a las esferas psicológicas y sociales. El rol del personal de enfermería, al ser los principales referentes de cuidado dentro del contexto sanitario, resulta esencial pues son percibidos como la mayor fuente de apoyo e información de los padres, madres y pacientes. En el documento se proporcionan algunas pautas, dirigidas al personal de salud, para aumentar el bienestar integral a través de acciones concretas y de fácil ejecución. Palabras clave: hospitalización, personal de enfermería, humanización de la atención. ABSTRACT The hospital stay of children is unfortunately common and is associated with regression in behaviors, aggression, lack of cooperation, withdrawal, difficulty in recovering, excessive crying, and decreased communication and / or activity, so The nursing care process needs not only a biological perspective, but also includes the psychological and social spheres. The role of the nursing staff, being the main care references within the healthcare context, is essential since they are perceived as the greatest source of support and information from parents and patients. The document provides some guidelines, aimed at health personnel, to increase comprehensive well-being through concrete and easy-to-implement actions. Tiered supervision that supports improving the quality of nursing services in the field of nursing at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital has not been carried out in a structured and documented manner. Baitul Izzah 1 room as a disease treatment room in class III, the head of the room has not yet supervised the Person in Charge of Care (PPJA) and so on PPJA to the Associate Nurse (PP). The supervision that has been carried out so far is only to ask directly about existing problems to the head of the room and directly observe the activities of implementing nursing care by PPJA and PP. Tiered supervision does not go well, because there are no references and standards for its implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine Implementation of The Tiered Supervision as a Supervision Function. It was found that the implementation of tiered supervision instruments improved the performance of the head of the room, PPJA and PP, then the patient's medical record document increases in completeness chargingespecially the patient's Islamic education document. In conclusion, tiered supervision instruments are very helpful in the implementation of the supervisory function as well as monitoring and evaluation in nursing management in the implementation of nursing care in the inpatient room. The recommendation for the role of the nursing field that is most important in controlling the quality of nursing care is to actively involve staff to jointly ensure the continuity of the implementation of tiered nursing supervision.

Nurse's disobedience in documenting the nursing care is still a problem in various hospitals in Indonesia including Palembang, which impacting on quality of nursing services provided. This research aims to know relationship the role of supervising and mentoring head room with nurses in carrying out compliance documentation of nursing care in Islamic Hospital Palembang. This research used the approach of cross sectional with 63 samples of nurses with their nursing care documentation. Proportionate sample retrieval technique of random sampling. Analysis of univariate data using independent variable mean further categorized. The dependent variable was analyzed using standard 80%. Analysis bivariate test using chi square. The results showed no relationship with compliance supervised the head nurse in the documentation of the completeness of the records document of nursing care. Expected role of mentoring the head room can be optimized with the head of the room gives the opportunity to add the knowledge related nursing care through training.

The article discusses main issues of organizing activities for the treatment of stray and street animals in the city of Novosibirsk. The important role of successful solving the problem of stray animals in ensuring environmental comfort and safety of the urban population is noted. Definitions of the concepts “stray animals” and “street animals” are given, the differences between them are emphasized. The main regulatory and legal documents governing the handling of stray and street animals are listed. The ways in which domestic animals get into a stray state are described briefly. The results of the collection and analysis of information on the activities of shelters for stray animals in Novosibirsk are described. The information on the quantitative indicators of the shelters are given. Conclusions on how to solve the problem of stray animals, relying on the latest regulations are drawn.

Nowadays, according to decentralization and current legislation (Land Code of Ukraine, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine «On Self-Governance»), the public lands have been transferred to the CTCs since 1 February 2018. In 2018/2019, 788 CTCs received communal ownership of 1.68 ha of public lands. According to the Draft Law «On Amendments to Several Legal Documents of Ukraine on Agricultural Lands Turnover», the consolidated territorial communities become the legal entities and can acquire property rights to agricultural land plots. Therefore, transferring the lands to be used by the newly created CTCs is currently an urgent issue that requires extended scientific and practical research. The paper aims to research the role of land reform in Ukraine and its impact on increase of CTCs’ budget revenues. The stages of land reform and the development of the land reform in Ukraine as well as its implementation strategy are outlined. The disparities of the integrated satellite map and the data of the Land Cadaster of Ukraine in terms of unregistered lands are defined. The amount of a CTC budget’s increased revenues due to the reform is estimated. Statistical data on small, medium, and large farmers and their interest in the land reform are analyzed. The terms of selling the land to foreign investors and conditions of participation in land auctions are examined. The mechanisms of land purchase, selling, and lease in line with the land reform are suggested. Generalizing the presented aspects of the land reform in Ukraine and their impact on economic activity of the newly created CTCs, it can be argued that the process is quite positive and necessary for both communities and businesses in order to get additional budget revenues for CTCs. The land reform improves the living standards of Ukrainian people through the disclosure of the country’s agricultural capacity.
