With the initiative of “the belt and road”, China pays more and more attention to the business English education due to the abundant need of the business elites. The traditional business English education no longer meets the need of the international competition. To reform the business English education, we start from the teachers and through their reflective teaching to explore the points that needed to be changed. By employing the theory of reflective teaching, adopting methodology of qualitative and quantitative research, the author studies whether reflective teaching will bring about changes to the teacher's teaching concepts and behavior, what changes will be brought about to them and what the effective and practical forms of reflective teaching activities are.

After thirty years of rapid development, China has become the second largest economy in the world. In order to strengthen economic cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road and assume more responsibilities as a major power, China has put forward the Belt and Road Initiative, which puts great pressure on the demand for Business English talents in society. However, at present, there is a shortage of high-level Business English talents in China. The traditional Business English talent training model cannot meet the needs of the business industry, which results in the serious disconnection between the cultivation of business talents and the market demand. Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, how to cultivate Business English talents has become a strategic issue. This research firstly combs the research of Business English talent training objectives and training model from the perspective of ESP Needs Analysis Theory, and then discusses the drawbacks of the current Business English training model from such aspects as curriculum setting, teaching system, and evaluation system, and gives suggestions in order to explore an appropriate Business English training model that meets the needs of the Belt and Road Initiative.

This research concerned with the English Education Study Program students’ recognition in pronouncing –ed ending words and the English Education Study Program students’ recognition of different enrollments. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. In this research, form of –ed ending pronunciation test of written sentences was used. The words used in the test items which consist of 40 questions. The data of this research was analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative method. The results of this research shows that the recognition of the English Education Study Program students in pronouncing –ed ending words was low with 46.6 of the average mean score. It confirmed the previous study on the ability in pronouncing morphophonemic or –ed ending words by Ningrum (2019) which conducted in the same place. Furthermore, comparison of the test result among three enrollments of samples shows that different mean score of first and third semester is 1.6 points. It is similar to the different mean score of the first and fifth semester students is 1.4 points. While, the different mean score of the fifth and third semester students is 3 points. It can be concluded that there are not any significant differences between them.

Relevance. The China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor is the fastest growing of the six economic corridors within the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative. At the core of the Economic Corridor project is the concept of unimpeded trade, which is seen as a way to promote economic prosperity of the countries involved in the project and the cooperation between them. Research objective. Our goal is to conduct a provide an overview of all the key aspects of the unimpeded trade concept in the concept of the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative. Data and methods. The paper uses the method of abstract deduction, qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the performance indicators related to unimpeded trade between China, Mongolia and Russia. It analyzes the conditions necessary for unimpeded trade under the framework of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. Results. It is shown that the three countries need to accelerate the construction of the necessary transportation infrastructure, create the China-Mongolia-Russia free trade zone, facilitate trade by lowering non-tariff trade barriers, and attract additional investment. Conclusions. The article provides an overview of the key aspects of the unimpeded trade concept within the 'Belt and Road' Initiative. The main barriers to efficient trade cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia are identified and measures for overcoming them are proposed.

In recent years, the "Belt and Road" as a newly proposed economic strategy has not only created a new type of economic development model, but also brought some reforms to the current English education in Universities and Colleges. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the "Belt and Road" and the English teaching in universities and colleges, the author makes suggestions for the innovation of teaching ideas, aiming to cultivate more outstanding talents for the strategic development of the "Belt and Road".

Environmental education with a focus on biodiversity values can be an instrument for sensitization, reflection, construction of a critical vision and behavior change, being the knowledge of local Biodiversity, fundamental for the valorization and conservation of the native elements, including the Caatinga that has always been underestimated by its dry appearance and poor appearance. This work aimed to present a diagnosis on the environment, Caatinga biodiversity and ecosystem services, with students from a municipal school in Juazeiro / BA. In order to do so, we used qualitative and quantitative research, through bibliographic research, in which the conceptual and normative aspects were addressed through books, articles, journals and others, as well as through questionnaires for students. It is necessary that society acquires practices of environmental education as an educational process, providing knowledge and exercises of citizenship for a critical and conscious action.
