<p>Abstract</p><p>This study was grounded on the students’ hobby in reading comics. The result of the literature study showed that comic used as media in learning Physics was very effective as learning media and attractive to be read. One of the supporting factors of this success in improving the students’ multiple intelligences was the integration of art and craft activities in the science learning process. Moreover, the theory of multiple intelligences accomodated students with various way of learning thinking. The developed training model in this study consisted of five stages that were orientation, presentation, structured excersice, guided excersice and individual excersice. In each Science class, the learning process was always started with the elicitation of students’ prior knowledge. Then each student got one comic to be read. After the reading session, the teacher asked them about the contents of the comics either classically or individually. In the next step the students were invited to observe the demonstration done by the teacher only if the instruments or materials were not safe for them, (e.g hot water). Nevertheless, if they were safe enough for the students, they were allowed to do the experiment by themselves. Students’ worksheets (LKS) were done by the students in group to develop their interpersonal and verbal-linguistic intelligences. Based on observation during experiments and drawing activities, the students’ visual-spatial intelligences were developed. Every learning process was always ended with knowledge test individually which would be discussed later. The study concluded that: 1) the training model improved PGSD students’ skills in developing comic as teaching media, 2) comics are proven to improve the elementary school students’ motivation in learning science, 3) comic enhanced elementary school students’ understanding in science knowledge which was indicated by the achievement of the students’ test score (85 point grade). Comic also developed elementary school students’ multiple intelligences in the aspects of verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematic, visual-spatial, naturalist, and interpersonal. It is recommended that comic should be developed as teaching media especially in elementary school. Comis can be used as one alternative of learning medias that can motivate students to learn something as well as improving their reading hobby. This research is motivated by the results of learning science in fourth grade elementary school students who are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of science by applying the Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type learning model. The results showed, seen from the basic score, students who completed as many as 11 people with a percentage of 47.82% while students who did not complete amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 52.17%. cycle I, students who completed at 17 people with a percentage of 73.91% while students who did not complete as many as 6 people with a percentage of 26.08%. cycle II, students who completed as many as 20 people with a percentage of 86.95% while the incomplete amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 13.04%. from the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the cooperative learning model the Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV elementary school 004 Seberang Teluk Hilir Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Suicide primary school girls, 2 reporting discourses, and zoning system require that each elementary school has books that attract students and teachers to read them. Negative content and typing errors written in the book will cause different understandings experienced by elementary school students. Elementary school student who have good linguistic intelligence will be easy to memorize and have extensive vocabulary. Elementary school student with high visual-spatial intelligence will be active in the imagination. Books used by primary schools must meet the values and norms applicable in the community. Primary schools are required to evaluate all the books used in primary schools. Sanctions are granted to authors and publishers if any incorrect information is written in the book. Primary school students will think positively or negatively by looking at textbooks. Eligibility of elementary school textbooks is the responsibility of many parties in the field of education even though teachers are an important component that should assess the appropriateness of textbooks.

ABSTRACT The art of rampak kendang in Patimuan Cilacap Regency is an art that has existed for a long time and is hereditary in the people of Cilacap. In learning the art of rampak kendang, two types of plural intelligence exist and have their character in the form of visual-spatial and intrapersonal intelligence. This study aims to describe how visual-spatial and intrapersonal intelligence can form through the learning art of rampak kendang in elementary school students in Patimuan Cilacap. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and document studies to analyze content, this study uses data validity techniques in the form of source triangulation, with data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This study's results in the form of the formation of visual-spatial and intrapersonal intelligence are influenced by internal, external, textual, and contextual factors. Visuals spatial are formed based on understanding art through the senses, primarily through the eyes in the form of colour and space, then transforming the learning the art of rampak kendang captured by the eye into another type of recording and becoming a musical work that appears. In contrast, intrapersonal intelligence is formed with the ability to understand oneself and act based on understanding, which includes strengths and limitations of self, moods, intentions, motivations, temperament and desires, self-discipline, and self-understanding and respect. This study concludes that visual-spatial intelligence is created in the form of creating space by making floor patterns, observing and recording the trainer and then can mimic the movements of kendang, and the use of dancers 'and musicians' face makeup, and costume selection for performances. Intrapersonal intelligence appears based on listening to and playing music among musicians to create strength in oneself, calm the mood, control oneself, and be motivated so that it becomes more disciplined and more self-respecting and the environment. Kecerdasan Visual Spasial dan Intrapersonal dalam Pembelajaran Seni Rampak Kendang bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar ABSTRAK Seni rampak kendang di Patimuan Kabupaten Cilacap merupakan kesenian yang sudah lama ada dan turun temurun pada masyarakat Cilacap. Dalam pembelajaran seni rampak kendang ditemukan ada dua jenis kecerdasan jamak yang ada dan memiliki karakternya sendiri berupa kecerdasan visual spasial dan intrapersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses kecerdasan visual spasial dan intrapersonal dapat terbentuk melalui pembelajaran seni rampak kendang pada siswa sekolah dasar di Patimuan Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen untuk menganalisis konten, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber, dengan teknik analisis datanya reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa proses terbentuknya kecerdasan visual spasial dan intrapersonal dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, eksternal, tekstual dan kontekstual. Visual spasial terbentuk berdasarkan memahami seni melalui pancaindera khususnya melalui mata berupa warna dan ruang, selanjutnya mentransformasikan bentuk dari pembelajaran seni rampak kendang yang ditangkap mata ke dalam bentuk wujud lain berupa rekaman dan menjadi karya musik yang rampak. Sedangkan kecerdasan intrapersonal terbentuk dengan kemampuan memahami diri sendiri dan bertindak berdasarkan pemahaman yang meliputi kekuatan dan keterbatasan diri, suasana hati, maksud, motivasi, temperamen dan keinginan, disiplin diri serta memahami dan menghargai diri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan visual spasial tercipta berupa menciptakan ruang dengan membuat pola lantai, mengamati dan merekam pelatih kemudian bisa menirukan gerakan kendang, dan penggunaan make-up wajah penari dan pemusik, serta pemilihan kostum untuk pertunjukan. Sedangkan kecerdasan intrapersonal muncul ada berdasarkan mendengarkan dan memainkan musik antar anggota pemusik sehingga membuat kekuatan pada diri, menenangkan suasana hati, dapat mengendalikan diri, termotivasi sehingga menjadi lebih disiplin dan lebih menghargai diri serta lingkungan.

COMMUNITY SERVICE INNOVATION OF THE SCHOOL MATHEMATICS HEALTH CENTER (PUSKESMAS) IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS BASED ON THE TOWN SQUARE. The purpose of this study was to develop an innovation in the school’s mathematics health center in mathematics learning through city square-based mathematics learning. Descriptive method is used with subjects in early childhood and elementary school students who are in the location of the school mathematics health center. The instrument used by the researcher itself, data collection techniques using structured interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used triangulation, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the media presented at the Puskesmas were all new and they had not yet gotten them in their respective schools. The attitude of students who become happy, like, cheerful in learning mathematics and easy to understand mathematical concepts, and bring out the creativity of early age and elementary school students in learning mathematics. Student concentration also increases because the learning model used uses an individual approach, so that they can focus more on seeing the student learning process. Parents who accompany their children generally feel happy because their children enjoy learning mathematics. Puskesmas activities have an impact on early age and elementary school students to be happy learning mathematics, like learning with mathematics media, cheerful in following math tutoring and enjoy learning mathematics. This program is also highly supported by parents because it is very helpful in the learning process of their children and eases the family’s economic burden in education.

AbstrakPenelitian terhadap kenyamanan termal dengan studi kasus bangunan sekolah dasar negeri dan penggunanya sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena dengan adanya penelitian ini, akan diketahui bagaimana kenyamanan termal siswa sekolah dasar negeri yang berada dalam ruang kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ulujami Pagi, Jakarta. Sehingga untuk kedepannya dapat diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan mengenai gedung sekolah yang dirasa nyaman bagi para siswa/i sehingga dapat mendukung proses belajar yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kuantitatif dengan meneliti  pada populasi dan sampel tertentu menggunakan instrument Thermometer, Thermo-Hygrometer, Anemometer, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan suhu nyaman bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ulujami Pagi, Jakarta adalah 30,20ºC suhu udara (Ta). sedangkan rentang suhu nyaman antara -0,5 dan +0,5, dicapai antara 28,80ºC sampai 31,60 ºC suhu udara (Ta).Kata Kunci: kenyamanan termal, suhu bangunan, sekolah dasar AbstractResearch on thermal comfort with a case study of public elementary school buildings and its users is very important to do, because with this study, it will be known how the thermal comfort of public elementary school students who are in the classroom at Ulujami Pagi 02 Elementary School, Jakarta. So that in the future it can be given recommendations for improvements to school buildings that are felt comfortable for students so that they can support a better learning process. The method used in this writing is quantitative by examining the population and certain samples using a Thermometer, Thermo-Hygrometer, Anemometer, and questionnaire. The results of the study obtained a comfortable temperature for students of the State Elementary School 02 Ulujami Pagi, Jakarta is 30.20ºC air temperature (Ta). while the comfortable temperature range is between -0.5 and +0.5, reached between 28.80ºC to 31.60ºC air temperature (Ta).Keywords: thermal comfort, building temperature, elementary school

AbstrakKeterlibatan siswa Sekolah Dasar di dalam proses pembelajaran masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan. Salah satunya adalah karena guru masih cenderung menjadi pusat atau aktor utama. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan sikap percarya diri peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik materi energi melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 17 siswa Sekolah Dasar yang terdiri dari 6 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes, dimana data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi energi, sikap percaya diri dan aktif di dalam proses pembelajaran.AbstractThe involvement of elementary school students in the learning process still faces various problems. One of them is because the teacher still tends to be the center or the main actor. This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes and students' self-confidence in the thematic learning of energy materials through the application of problem-based learning strategies. The participants of this study were 17 elementary school students consisting of 6 boys and 11 girls. This classroom action research was carried out in two learning cycles. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests, where the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in terms of energy, self-confidence and activeness in the learning process.

Amid of the Covid-19 pandemic, our education should be continued. Therefore, the online learning was being implemented at home so the parents would have a role to make the learning continues. This article aims to analyze parents role in elementary students learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained from a questionnaire consisting of 17 statements. The population in this study were parents of elementary school students who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study are the percentage of parents role in elementary school student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this article is that parents play a good role in elementary school student learning in the Covid-19 pandemic is as teachers, facilitators, motivators, and influencer. This article can be used as literature and other researchers development material.
