The development of technology and information demands elementary school teachers to be able to make and teach technology-based musical instruments so that the development of technology and information can be used in the learning process. Elementary school teachers also have problems teaching musical composition using ensemble musical instruments. Teachers also lack strategies and media to teach musical instruments, so they need to have ideas for developing technology-based musical instruments. This study aims to develop the elementary school teachers’ ability to innovate and make music learning media using a computerized system. The research design used was action research. The participants were 38 teachers from nine regencies and cities in West Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the teachers were able to complete the task of making technology-based learning media which means that they were able to develop their technological abilities to make music learning media. Teachers can easily use and master the Scratch application to make music learning media. It can be concluded that with structured and controlled training, elementary school teachers can develop themselves and innovate well.

AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

<em>One of the problems faced by elementary school teachers is the problem of making and using learning media in schools.This is due to the lack of readiness of human resources about understanding media in learning. For this purpose the community service activities are: (1) increasing the competence of elementary school teachers about learning, (2) developing learning media in elementary schools, (3) structuring learning media in elementary schools. This Community Service activity uses the design of the transfer of science and technology from the university to the stakeholders which includes: (a) workshops, (b) training and mentoring. This dedication activity was carried out in the activities of the  Teachers Working Group Cluster "Banyumudal" in Kebumen District year  2019. The results of these community service activities are: (1) improvement of teacher competency about learning media in elementary schools, (2) products of various types of learning media in elementary schools, (3) the formation of "Mini Laboratory" for learning in elementary schools</em>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ulasan deskriptif tentang kompetensi guru SD dalam merancang perangkat penilaian. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan produktivitas guru, kurikulum dan tujuan penelitian. Subjek adalah guru SD di kota Banjarmasin dan sekitarnya. Terpilih 53 orang guru SD yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian perangkat pembelajaran didapatkan hasil bahwa Mayoritas skor kompetensi guru SD Banjarmasin berkisar antara 87 hingga 95 poin dari skor maksimal 100. Analisis dalam kategori menghasilkan sebanyak 92,45% telah mencapai kategori baik karena telah mampu membuat empat indikator perangkat penilaian. Indikator meliputi analisis kurikulum (kesesuaian soal dengan tujuan pembelajaran), petunjuk penskoran runut dan jelas, kesesuaian penyajian redaksi soal dan jawaban bagi kognitif, keterpaduan antar ranah (pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan). Kendala utama adalah dalam membuat rubrik penilaian sikap dan keterampilan. Guru belum mampu mendeskripsikan dengan jelas indikator periaku siswa secara spesefik. TEACHER COMPETENCE IN BANJARMASIN IN DESIGNING THEMATIC ASSESSMENT  Abstract: This study aims to provide descriptive reviews of elementary teacher competencies in designing assessment. This type of research is descriptive. The sample selection technique is done by purposive sampling by considering teacher productivity, curriculum, and research objectives. The subject is elementary school teachers in the city of Banjarmasin and surrounding areas. 53 elementary school teachers. The results found that the majority of Banjarmasin elementary school teacher competency scores ranged from 87 to 95 points from a maximum score of 100. Analysis in the category resulted in 92.45% had reached the good category because it was able to make four indicators of assessment tools. Indicators include curriculum analysis (compatibility of questions with learning objectives), clear and continuous scoring instructions, appropriateness of presentation of the problem, and answer editors for cognitive, inter-domain integration (knowledge, attitudes, and skills). The main obstacle is in making the rubric for attitude and skills assessment.

The purpose of this study is 1) to know effect of academic supervision on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher, 2) to know the effect of classroom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teachers, 3) to know effect of academic supervision and classrooom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher. The subject of this study werw all elementary school teachers in all subdistrict of Undaan Kudus regency. This study uses a quantitative contribution method with regression analysis techniques. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research using questionaire. The validity of data uses construct validity bay way of experiential juggment. Data analysis was perfomed using regression analysis techniques in the form of simple and multiple regression. The results of study showed that academic supervision had an effect on techer professional competence of 32,0 %. Whereas classroom action research training has an effect on  teacher professional competence of 39,1%. Academic supervision and classroom action research training together have an effect on teacher professional competence of 46,6%.

Effort to Improve the Competence of Teachers Applying Cultural Values in Learning Through Clinical Supervision in Jetis SD Lesson year 2018/2019.The objectives of this study are (1) Carry out clinical supervision to improve teacher competency in implementing the noble values ​​of culture in learning at SD Jetis. (2) Knowing the increase in teacher competence in applying the noble values ​​of culture in learning at SD Jetis.This study uses school action research. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The target of the study was the 6th grade teacher of SD Jetis which numbered three people in the 2018/2019 academic year. Data obtained through observations about the implementation of clinical supervision, RPP documents, and implementation of learning.The results of this study are (1) The teacher can arrange an implementation plan to insert the noble cultural values. This can be seen from the RPP products prepared by the teacher getting scores in good categories and increasing from cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 8% (2) Teachers can carry out learning by applying the noble values ​​of culture with good category results and there is an increase of 9% from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Thus, it shows that through clinical supervision the competence of Jetis elementary school teachers in applying the noble values ​​of culture in learning can increase.

<p>This study has a goal to improve the competence of elementary school teachers at SD N 1 Wadunggates Klaten through virtual citation training using Mendeley. The methods used in this community service included lecturing, implementation of Mendeley Desktop, practice, assignments, and questions and answers. Then, the partner school was involved to play an active role through various activities and training to be implemented. The training activities carried out in this community service showed that, after the implementation of the Mendeley training, the knowledge of the teachers significantly increased. It appears that most of them have acquired sufficient additional knowledge. Mendeley training can be a supporting means of making good and appropriate scientific references.</p>

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

The purpose of this study was to obtain objective information and clarity regarding Elementary School Teacher Competitions through Low grade Portfolio Assessment. The results of this study indicated that the development of thematic learning models through the assessment of low-grade portfolio by Bengkayang District Elementary school teachers is in a "sufficient" position. The planning of learning model by elementary school teachers in urban areas had an actual score of 495 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 58.92% with the category "sufficient." In the suburbs, it had an actual score of 334 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 39.76% with the "enough" category. While in areas outside the urban area have an actual score of 335 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 39.88% with the category also "sufficient." In each assessment effect, model planning effect in the Urban area obtained an actual total score of 96 ideal maximum score of 144, = 66.67%; At the Suburbs the actual score was 48 ideal scores 144 = 33.44%; while for the Outer Urban area obtained an actual score of 47 ideal scores 144 = 32.64%. The aspect of the preparatory stage for the implementation of the thematic learning model of low-grade portfolio assessment by elementary school teachers in the urban area obtained an actual score of 80 from an ideal maximum score of 120, reaching 66.67%; Suburbs obtained an actual score of 53 ideal scores 120 = 44.16%; Whereas in the out-of-urban effect urban area, the actual score was 52 ideal scores 120 = 43.33%. Implementation Stage Thematic learning model in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the urban area obtained an actual score of 201 ideal maximum score of 360, = 55.83%; In the suburbs the actual score: 161 ideal scores 360 = 44.72%; while Out of urban the actual score is 162, the ideal score is 360 = 45.00%. The aspect of How to assess thematic learning models in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the Urban area obtained the total score of 62 ideal maximum scores of 96, = 64.58%; Suburbs actual score 29 ideal score 96 = 30.21%; While out of urban the actual score of 31 was an ideal score of 96 = 32.29%. The aspect of the implication of thematic learning in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the urban area obtained the number of actual scores of 57 ideal maximum scores of 120, = 47.50%; Suburbs actual score 43 ideal scores 120 = 35.83%; Out of urban the actual score of 43 was an ideal score of 120 = 35.83% of what it should be. For this reason, it was suggested thematic learning model planning for portfolio assessment should continued to be maintained by increasing the ability to compile annual programs, compile semester programs, compile syllabi, compile lesson plans, compile mapping and learning theme networks. The thematic learning model of portfolio assessment was not rigid but flexible, adapts existing situations, and conditions were active, creative, effective, and pleases learners referring to the concept of independent learning implementation of thematic learning of portfolio assessment by conducting initial activities, core activities, and closing / ending activities. Assessment of the thematic learning model portfolio assessment referred to indicators that have been determined by the education authority. Implications of implementing thematic learning model portfolio assessment was done by giving individual and group assignments by not burdening students, and utilizing and optimizing available learning media.
