The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leader’s visionary leadership and work motivation together towards lecturer job satisfaction in the Private Universities Hospitality Study Program in Bandung. The method used in this research is survey method with the level of explanation is associative. The Respondents in this research is using census with total of respondents are 57 respondents. The Data collection techniques are using literature study, study of documentation, and field studies using interviews and questionnaires. The Data analysis technique are using qualitative analysis and statistical analysis. Qualitative analysis includes scores of respondents, while the statistical analysis includes the path analysis. The result of this research shows that the influence of the leader’s visionary leadership and work motivation together towards is at 59,23%.

The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

The purpose of this study was to describe the attitude of the language towards the politeness of the language of the students of Putera Batam University. This study used a survey method. The sample in this study were 43 students of English Literature. Data obtained from observation sheets and questionnaires. Assessment is done using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics using technical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that language attitudes had a positive effect on student politeness. This finding recommends that the development of language attitudes will improve student language politeness. This study aims to analyze the language attitude of students of the English Literature study program at Putera University, then analyze the politeness of the students of the English Literature Study Program at the Putera Batam University. And the influence of language attitudes on the politeness of the language of students of English Literature Study Program, Putera Batam University.

Background problem in this research is not yet effectively curbing IPAL factory in Eastern Kabupaten Bandung. Based on the phenomenon, researchers suspect that the issue is affected by thevariable coordination. Based on these problems, formulation of the problem posed is: „the influenceof coordination against the effectiveness of curbing Waste water management Plant Installations inEastern Kabupaten Bandung“.Analysis of problem of research done using theory approach to coordination of Erliana and Eviany(2014: 44) defines coordination is an attempt to synchronize, balancing and directs the parties concernedto be able to integrate perception together in an activity to achieve common interests.The methods used in this research is a survey method eksplanatif (explanatory survey method)while the source data collection using the study of librarianship and field studies that include: the now,observation, and interviews. Sample withdrawal technique used is a simple random sample (SimpleRandom Sampling). As for the data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression.Based on the results of the data processing is done the results obtained indicate the existenceof a positive and significant relationship between coordination against the effectiveness of curbingIPAL factory in Eastern Kabupaten Bandung. Thus the hypothesis presented in this research tested theempirical basis.

The study aims to test hypotheses and analyze organizational culture and work motivation influences on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, with a survey method with path analysis techniques, namely R Square analysis, testing the partial hypothesis with the t test and simultaneously with the F test, with an alpha of 5% (0.05). The total population are 30 lecturers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation variables on lecturer performance, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstrak Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang belum optimal. Beberapa faktor penyebab yang ditemukan, diduga disiplin dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Oleh karenanya masalah yang dirumuskan meliputi bagaimana disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten karawang. Apakah terdapat korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang hubungan korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel menggunakan rentang skala. Sedangkan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin di Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang berada pada skala cukup tinggi, motivasi Kerja berada pada skala tinggi, kinerja pegawai berada pada skala tinggi, terdapat hubungan secara korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. The Influence of Discipline and Work Motivation to Officer Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Of Regency Karawang Abstract Based on preliminary studies was found that Officer Performance is not yet optimal. Of the many factors that cause is found, discipline, and work motivation is the most dominant factor of influence. Therefore the formulated problem include how discipline, work motivation, and officer Satpol PP Performance of Regency Karawang. Whether there is a correlation between discipline and work motivation and influences discipline and work motivation to officer Satpol PP performance of Regency Karawang by partial and simultan . The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the corelational between discipline and work motivation, the influence of discipline and work motivation to officer Satpol PP performance of Regency Karawang. This research uses descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The sampling technique was used sensus method. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of discipline and work motivation. The results of data analysis showed that discipline at Satpol PP of Regency Karawang is high enough, work motivation is high, Officer Performance is high, discipline and work motivation influences directly by partial and simultan to officer performance at Satpol PP Regency Karawang. <p><em>The purposes of this research were to find out (1) The influence of physical work environment on employees’ work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng, (2) The influence of non-physical work environment on employees’ work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng, and (3) work environment on employees work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng.  This study was a survey method with questionnaires, and literature study.  The sample in this study were 35 employees’ of the PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng.   The data analysis technique used was multiple regression.  From the analysis of multiple regression in this research, it could be found that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had positive impact on the employees’ work motivation.  The most dominant variable that positively influenced the employees’ work motivation was the non physical work environment.  While from the result of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) showed that 0,46 or 46% of the independent variable were physical work environment and non-physical work environment.  It meant that 46% of the employees’ work motivation was explained by work environment.  While  54% was explained by other factors not examined in this research. </em></p>

This article aims to examine and describe the influence of guidance and counseling management on learning discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using survey techniques. Data collection techniques that used are documentation studies and field studies. Moreover, the data analysis technique that has been used to answer the research hypothesis is statistical analysis with a path analysis model. The location of the study was at the Ciledug Vocational High School Al-Musaddadiyah Garut, with 85 respondents taking part in the survey. The results of the discussion show that guidance and counseling management has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of learning

The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.
