This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of work environment and work motivation for workload and its implementation on employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Work Environment and Motivation both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (2) Work environment, motivation and workload both partially and simultaneously affect employee performance; (3) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Non-Physical Work Environment and also for employee performance also to improve the Physical Environment dimension. To increase motivation, which has a positive correlation with workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve hygiene. And for employee performance that is increasing the dimensions of intrinsic appreciation. To increase the workload that has a positive correlation with employee performance it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of frustration

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. Keywords: physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work motivation.

This research was conducted in DELTA Super Store Kraksaan at the beginning and the end ofAugust 2010. The subject of this research is part of the sale employee (salesman and salesgirl) of DELTASuper Store Kraksaan that consists of 100 people. Meanwhile the sample was taken as many as 80 people withthe sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data analysis that is used is a path analysis, an appliedform of multiple regression analysis, and the purpose is to know the direct or indirect effect of independentvariable on the dependent variable through intervening variable in a research. The result of this researchindicates that physical work environment (X1) has no significant effect on the employee work stress (Z) inDELTA Super Store Kraksaan with a significance, as well as non physical work environment (X2) also has nosignificant effect on the work stress (Z) with a significance, while physical work environment (X1) has significanteffect on the work motivation (Y), non physical work environment (X2) has significant effect on the workmotivation (Y), and work stress (Z) has significant negative effect on work motivation (Y), suggested thatDELTA Super Store Kraksaan must be more pay attention to what any factors can effect employee workmotivation, such as work environment condition both physical or non physical that can make the employeemore enthusiastic in working.
