Abstrak Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang belum optimal. Beberapa faktor penyebab yang ditemukan, diduga disiplin dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Oleh karenanya masalah yang dirumuskan meliputi bagaimana disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten karawang. Apakah terdapat korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang hubungan korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel menggunakan rentang skala. Sedangkan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin di Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang berada pada skala cukup tinggi, motivasi Kerja berada pada skala tinggi, kinerja pegawai berada pada skala tinggi, terdapat hubungan secara korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. The results of data analysis showed that discipline at Satpol PP of Regency Karawang is high enough, work motivation is high, Officer Performance is high, discipline and work motivation influences directly by partial and simultan to officer performance at Satpol PP Regency Karawang. Of the many factors that cause is found, Career Development and work motivation is the most dominant factor of influence. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This study is a study that examines the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with work motivation as a moderating variable in public sector organizations in the Regional Work Units (SKPD) of Pesisir Selatan Regency at 2020. <em>Indonesia Sharia banks need to be developed because they have comprehensive advantages over conventional banking. To reach services to the community, it is necessary to expand in developing a network of Sharia Bank offices. Therefore there must be an effort from Sharia banking increases public interest in Sharia Banks so that it can be developed. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the interest of the Bawean community in choosing a Sharia Partner Bank and to find out what the most dominant factors influence the interest of Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Bank. This study uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is 165 samples of Bawean community and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis which is a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study indicate that the marketing mix factor, internal individual consumers and external individual consumers influence the interest of the Bawean community  in choosing Sharia Partner Banks. While the marketing mix factor is the most dominant factor affecting the interest of the Bawean community in choosing Sharia Partner Banks.</em>

The purposes of this research are: (1) description of giving incentives and work motivation and morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency (2) Influence of giving incentive to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (3) Influence of work motivation to morale at KOPTI employees of Kuningan Regency (4) Effect of incentive� and work motivation on employee morale at KOPTI Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of KOPTI Kuningan District as many as 30 people, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Description of incentives and motivation� of work and morale included in being and high category. (2) Incentive has a positive effect on employee morale (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect on employee morale (4) provision of incentives and work motivation have a positive effect on morale and can be written with regression equation Ŷ = 24,861 + 0,216X1 + 0,598X2 with magnitude effect of 77.0% and the remaining 23.0% influenced by other factors outside the research model.��Keywords: Incentives, Work Motivation, Employee Morale

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.
