<p>This article provides an overview of the known current situation of Guanabara Bay with respect to its pervasive plastic waste pollution, continuing the paired authors' previous works. In addition, the study opens up a broader public discussion on the fundamentals of global degradation, proposing a review of environmental education curriculums including the correct appropriation of the concept of entropy among adults and young people as well. In this sense, the authors deepen the concept and emphasize the importance of considering it in critical reflections on our present-day and future worldly behaviors and actions. Lastly, the work provides some significant and important relevant data and useful references, tracing some lines of thought for building viable solutions, so that the reader can start or continue further studies on the topic addressed herein.</p><p> <strong>Key-words:</strong><strong> </strong>Guanabara Bay,<strong> </strong>entropy, plastic waste, environmental education, global degradation, consumerism.</p><p><strong><span>======================================================================</span> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong>O presente artigo fornece um apanhado geral da situação atual da Baía de Guanabara com respeito à poluição por resíduos plásticos, dando continuidade aos trabalhos anteriores dos autores. Além disso, o estudo abre uma ampla discussão sobre os fundamentos da degradação global, propondo uma revisão dos projetos de educação ambiental incluindo a apropriação correta do conceito de entropia por adultos e jovens. Nesse sentido, os autores aprofundam o conceito e ressaltam a importância de considerá-lo nas reflexões críticas sobre os nossos comportamentos e ações. The Position of Italian as a Second Language in the Slovenian School System and the Proposals for Its Revitalization among Young People in the Bilingual Area The objective of this article is to offer the reader a presentation of the alarming position of Italian as a second language along the Slovenian coast and to propose a variety of possible solutions for its revitalization and improvement in schools in Slovenian Istria. For this purpose are presented two examples of good practice: the Welsh and Basque model. The success of these two models can fill us with hope that in the current situation, there is still room for an effective intervention for the Italian language. El desarrollo de la educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, se convierte en una necesidad de la formación de los estudiantes del nivel técnico medio dentro de la Educación Técnica Profesional (ETP), es por ello que en el presente artículo, a partir de aplicar los métodos de revisión documental y sistematización, se debate acerca de los términos educación ambiental y gestión ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible, posibilitan identificar la necesidad que tienen el tratamiento metodológico y didáctico para que los docentes y funcionarios incorporen los temas medio ambientales en la formación de los técnicos medios de la especialidad de Refrigeración.   Palabras clave: Educación ambiental; Desarrollo sostenible y Educación Técnica Profesional   ABSTRACT   The development of the environmental education for the sustainable development becomes a necessity for the formation of the technical middle level students of the Technical Professional Education. Песни исполнялись акынами как в сопровождении комуза, так и без него. В данной статье показано воспитательное значение нравоучительных песен Т. Сатылганова. Т. Сатылганов через свои песни, которые несли воспитательные, созидательные функции, передавал гуманистические идеи, распространял передовые мысли среди народных масс. Автор говорит о том, что песни Токтогула «Өмүр», «Карылык», «Насыят», «Санат», «Үлгү ырлар», «Нускалуу ырлар», «Терме», «Курдаштын көөнүн билип өт» полны философских размышлений, педагогического содержания. Он раскрывает основную концепцию творчества Токтогула о том, что человек наивысшее, самое ценное существо, великий идеал. Так же автор подчеркивает, что слова песен Токтогула отличаются образностью, обладают эмоциональной силой и возвышенностью. Акын меткими и точными словами дает характеристику как человеку, так и явлениям жизни. Каждый слушатель или читатель получает для себя из песен Токтогула жизненный опыт и делает выводы. Ключевые слова: направляющий, гуманизм, назидание, педагогическое содержание, поучение, воспитательный, сборный, философские мысли, народный. Abstract: Edifying and moralizing folk songs occupy a special place in the education of young people and their formation as a person. The songs were performed by akyns both accompanied by komuz and without it. This article shows the educational value of the moralizing songs of T. Satylganov. T. Satylganov through his songs, which carried educational, creative functions, transmitted humanistic ideas, spread advanced thoughts among the masses. The author says that the songs of the Toktogul "Omur", "Karylyk", "Naziat", "Sanat", "Ulgu yrlar", "Nuscaluu, yrlar", "Terme", "Kurdashtyn konun bilip ot" complete philosophical reflection, and pedagogical content. He reveals the basic concept of creativity Toktogul that man is the highest, most valuable creature, the great ideal. The author also emphasizes that the words of the songs of Toktogul differ in imagery, have emotional power and sublimity. Akyn apt and precise words gives a description of both people and phenomena of life. Each listener or reader gets from the songs of Toktogul's life experiences and draws conclusions. Athletes are not roulette chips, but sports gambling treats them as such. If the dangers of state sponsored sports betting are not confronted, the character of sports and youngsters’ view of them could be seriously threatened… just as legalizing drugs would lead to increased drug addiction, legalizing sports gambling would aggravate the problems associated with gambling. As a society, we cannot afford this result, and… legalizing sports gambling would encourage young people to participate in sports to win money. O presente artigo apresenta um estudo em que se reflete sobre os contextos das pesquisas em Educação Ambiental (EA), especialmente olhando para publicações brasileiras realizadas pela Revista Eletrônica do Mestrado em Educação Ambiental (REMEA) e, mexicanas apresentadas na revista JANDIEKUA. A análise destes periódicos apresentou-nos um panorama das principais tendências epistemológicas presentes nas pesquisas em EA em ambos os países. O estudo objetivou pensar como estas pesquisas têm contribuído para superação da perspectiva que separa o método da episteme. Para realização deste estudo tomou-se como base perspectiva apontada por GAMBOA (2007) sobre as tendências epistemológicas que compõem as pesquisas em educação. A compreensão do movimento presente nas pesquisas ocorreu através da leitura dos resumos, títulos e palavras- chave dos três exemplares da Revista Mexicana de Educación Ambiental- JANDIEKUA, correspondentes ao período de (2013 e 2014), e do período de 2015 e 2016 da REMEA A análise realizada apontou que as pesquisas no campo de Educação Ambiental encontram-se em sua maioria fundamentadas numa tendência empírico- analítica, porém observou-se um avanço em direção a uma crescente de presença nas pesquisas de uma perspectiva fundamentada na tendência hermenêutica-fenomenológica, especialmente na revista brasileira. The present article presents a study that reflects on the contexts of Environmental Education (EE) research, especially looking at Brazilian publications accomplished by Revista Eletrônica do Mestrado em Educação Ambiental (REMEA) and, Mexican publications presented in JANDIEKUA magazine. The analysis of these journals presented an overview of the main epistemological tendencies present in the research in EE in both countries. The study aimed to think how these researches have contributed to overcoming the perspective that separates the method from the episteme. For the accomplishment of this study it was taken as base perspective pointed out by GAMBOA (2007)) On the epistemological tendencies that compose the researches in education.. The understanding of the present movement in the researches occurred through the reading of the abstracts, titles and key words of the three copies of the Revista Mexicana de Educación Ambiental - JANDIEKUA, corresponding to the period of 2013 and 2014, and the period of 2015 and 2016 of REMEA The analysis showed that research in the field of Environmental Education is mostly based on an empirical-analytical tendency, but it was observed a progress towards a growing presence in the research from a perspective based on the hermeneutic-phenomenological tendency, Especially in the Brazilian magazine. El presente artículo presenta un estudio en que se reflexiona sobre los contenidos de las pesquisas en Educación Ambiental (EA), especialmente mirando para publicaciones brasileras realizadas por la “Revista Electrónica del Maestrando” en Educación Ambiental (REMEA) y, mejicanas presentadas en la revista JANDIEKUA. El análisis de estos periódicos nos presentó un panorama de las principales tendencias epistemológicas presentes en las pesquisas en EA en ambos países. El estudio tuvo como objetivo pensar como estas pesquisas han contribuido para la superación de la perspectiva que separa el método de la episteme. Para la realización de este estudio se tomó como base la perspectiva apuntada por GAMBOA (2007) sobre las tendencias epistemológicas que componen las pesquisas en educación. Abstract: Fable is one of Sentani verbal folklore that was passed down by parents to children to teach morals. One of them is about the importance of preserving environment. Nowadays, unfortunately, fable is not frequently told anymore. Children and even most Sentani people do not recognize it.  From long observation, Sentani children do not pay attention much to the nature as well.  Data of fables were obtained from some informants, i.e. tribal chiefs (ondofolo, khote) and elderly people in East Sentani  (Ayapo, Waena, and Asei Island) and Central Sentani (Sentani and Ifale) in  2017-2018. By adopting socio-cultural approach, this paper aims to discuss about (1) the natural environment of Sentani people, (2) the use of fables in environmental education for children. This study found that (1) fable is  creative and innovative materials in teaching children about environment: nature, fauna, and flora that can be  done informally, nonformally, and formally, (2) children have emotional ties with the fables and want to learn more, and (3)  it is  an alternative way of revitalizing Sentani fables and disseminating the socio-cultural values embedded in them. This study is benefecial to motivate Sentani children  to learn more about their ancestor’s heritages, love their environment,  and be proud of their identity. Key words: fable, environment, Sentani folklore, revitalizationAbstrak: Fabel merupakan salah satu folklor verbal Sentani yang dahulu dituturkan secara oral dari para orang tua ke anak-anak untuk menyampaikan berbagai ajaran moral. Salah satunya adalah tentang pentingnya merawat lingkungan. Saat ini, fabel sudah jarang dituturkan lagi. Anak-anak bahkan sebagian orang Sentani tidak mengenalinya.  Melalui pengamatan yang cukup lama, anak-anak Sentani kini tidak lagi memperhatikan lingkungan hidup mereka. Data fabel dikumpulkan dari para informan, yaitu para pemangku adat (ondofolo, khote) dan para tua-tua adat di Sentani Timur  (Ayapo, Waena, dan Pulau Asei) dan  Sentani  Tengah (Sentani dan Ifale) pada 2017-2018. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosial-budaya, paper ini bertujuan untuk membahas (1) lingkungan alam masyarakat Sentani dan (2) penggunaan fabel dalam pendidikan lingkungan bagi anak-anak. Studi ini menemukan bahwa (1) fabel merupakan materi yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk mengajarkan anak-anak tentang lingkungan: alam, fauna, dan flora yang dapat dilakukan secara informal,  nonformal, dan  formal, (2) anak-anak mempunyai hubungan emosi dengan fabel yang dipelajarinya dan ingin belajar lebih banyak fabel, (3)  penggunaan fabel sebagai pengajaran merupakan cara alternatif dalam merevitalisasi dan diseminasi fabel  Sentani dan nilai sosial-budaya yang terdapat di dalamnya. Studi ini bermanfaat untuk memotivasi anak-anak Sentani untuk terus mempelajari dan mencintai pusaka budaya leluhur mereka, mencintai lingkungan hidup mereka,  dan bangga akan indentitas mereka.   Kata kunci: fabel, lingkungan,  folklor  Sentani, revitalisasi

Waste problems in Indonesia has reached a critical point that is contaminating many aspects in community. Poor waste management in land have an impact in water pollutions, rivers, and toward the ocean. This rivers and oceans pollution are become the spotlights for the world and the government. As a part of education community in West Java, President University has an important role to educati and find solutions relate with this issues, one of them is to implement Thidharma in the form of social empowerment in Jatireja Village. This environmental education activities was sharing knowledge about plastic waste treatment and management that can be conducted in household scale, and to encourage behavioral change and awareness among communities. Creative product of eco-brick was also implemented tas a part of waste utilization to make valueable product. Environmental education are needed to improve community awareness on plastic waste in Indonesia, especially in West Java.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>Exclusion Territories are geographical areas under the action of degenerative environmental phenomena of anthropogenic origin, which compromise quality of life in general. One of the greatest examples of such areas is the Guanabara Bay and its surroundings, the scene of some of the worst disastrous incidents and locale of frequent episodes of human misery. This article presents a brief description of the main characteristics of the region, providing some technological suggestions of biogeographic recovery to be adopted by public policies that intend to align themselves with the good practices of ecological economy, sustainability and quality of life. The work falls within the context of macro-engineering <em>cum</em> eco-innovation applied to the preservation and management of water sources and water bodies that serve productive purposes as natural niches and breeding grounds.</p><p><strong>Key words: </strong>Exclusion Territories, Guanabara Bay, waste management, quality of life.</p><p class="-1">===========================================================================</p><p class="-1"><strong>Resumo: </strong>Territórios de Exclusão são áreas geográficas sob ação de fenômenos ambientais degenerativos de origem antropogênica, os quais comprometem a qualidade de vida em geral. Um dos maiores exemplos de zonas desse tipo é a Baía de Guanabara e seu entorno, palco de alguns dos piores incidentes desastrosos e de frequentes episódios da miséria humana. O presente artigo descreve sumariamente as principais características da região, fornecendo algumas sugestões tecnológicas de recuperação biogeográfica a serem adotadas por políticas públicas que pretendam alinhar-se às boas práticas de economia ecológica, sustentabilidade e qualidade de vida. O trabalho se insere no contexto da macroengenharia <em>cum</em> eco-inovação aplicada à preservação e à gestão das fontes hídricas e dos corpos de água que servem a propósitos produtivos como nichos naturais e criadouros.</p><p class="-1"><strong>Palavras-chave: </strong>Territórios de Exclusão, Baía de Guanabara, gestão de resíduos, qualidade de vida.</p>
