This paper deals with macroeconomic relationships for Russian economic regions. An economic region is the main item of the regional statistics of the Russian Federation. Nowadays there are near 90 of regions and according to classification these can be industrial, agro- or subsidized regions A study is based upon the disaggregated macromodel for the Russian economic region. Then classification of the Russian regions by types of economic activity is made. Finally, we construct macroeconomic relationships for Russian economic regions specific by their type of economic activity This paper can be considered as the first attempt to create the model of the Russian regional level.

Background. Prostate cancer (PCa) is rapidly gaining a leading position in the incidence of malignant tumors among men. With a general decrease in mortality from all oncological diseases, mortality from PCa in the Russian Federation is increasing: in 2005 there were 8192 deaths, in 2015 - 11987.Objective of the study. Calculation and assessment of survival rates for patients with PCa in the Samara region for the period from 2010 to 2016, taking into account the stage of the disease, the place of residence of patients, a comparative analysis of the observed, adjusted and relative 5-year survival for this disease in a number of regions of Russia and in the world.Materials and methods. The object of the study was all registered patients for the period 2010-2016, with the first established PCa.The calculation and analysis of the observed (OS), adjusted (AS) and relative (OS) survival of 7670 patients with PCa taking into account the stage of the disease and place of residence (urban residents — 6408people, rural — 1262), registered in the database of the population cancer registry of Samara Region Clinical Oncology Clinic. The start date of the study is January 1, 2010, the end date is December 31, 2019. The calculation of survival was carried out by the dynamic (actuarial) method.Results. When assessing the survival of patients with PCa, lower rates of observed survival were observed than adjusted, which indicates the presence of intercurrent causes of death.During the study period, an inverse dependence of survival on the prevalence of the tumor process was revealed. The level of observed survival and adjusted survival of all patients is associated in the survival range at stages II—III: 1-year-old observed survival — 89.1 % (adjusted survival — 92.3 %), 5-year-old observed survival — 62.6 % (adjusted survival — 76.6 %).The adjusted and relative survival rate for the urban population is higher than for the rural population, which may indicate an insufficient level of access to cancer care for patients with PCa in rural areas: the indicators of 1-year adjusted survival of urban residents are higher — 3.3 % (relative survival — 2.4 %), 5-year-old adjusted survival—7.4 % (relative survival — 10.3 %) than in patients registered in rural hospitals.Conclusion. A comparative analysis of indicators of 1- and 5-year survival of patients with PCa in the Samara region and a number of regions of the Russian Federation for 2006—2010 revealed that domestic indicators of 1-year and 5-year relative survival are slightly lower than the European average for 2000—2007. The range of indicators of the 5-year relative survivalfor 2010—2013 in the Samara region amounted to 82.2—93.1 %.

The article presents the analysis of trends specific for onco-urological morbidity of Moscow population on the basis of data of official statistical reports for 2006-2015. It is established that prostate cancer is the most actual onco-urological problem in Moscow. The level of morbidity of prostate cancer in the capital exceeds the corresponding average level in the Russian Federation. During 2006-2015, the morbidity of prostate cancer in Moscow increased up to 33.6% i.e. from 52.7 to 70.4 cases per 100 000 of male population. In Moscow, in 2015, morbidity of kidney cancer made up to 11.73 and bladder cancer - 9.72 cases per 100 000 of population. As compared with 2006, morbidity of prostate cancer decreased up to 3.1% and morbidity of bladder cancer increased up to 9.2%. In Moscow, for morbidity of prostate cancer and bladder cancer are specific lower levels in comparison with national average indices. It is demonstrated that efficiency of target oncologic preventive examinations, timeliness of detection of onco-urological diseases and also efficiency of their treatment in Moscow is higher than in the Russian Federation on the whole. At that, in Moscow 31.6% of cases of prostate cancer, 29,7% of cases of kidney cancer and 17.7% of bladder cancer are detected at stage III-IV of disease. The results of implemented study testify necessity of development of urological care of population, including its out-patient section that effects efficiency and timeliness of detection and effectiveness of treatment of onco-urological diseases.

Introduction. One of the effective and minimally invasive methods prostate cancer treatment is interstitial radiation therapy, the essence of which is the implantation of radioactive microsources into the tumor tissue. Brachytherapy of prostate cancer is performed in more than 20 clinics in the Russian Federation using mainly foreign microsources, but their high cost does not allow increasing the number of operations and opening new brachytherapy departments in the Russian Federation. Based on the model of foreign microsources such as seed No. 6711 (Nicomed Amersham), a technology for the manufacture of microsources with iodine-125 (IPPE SEED) has been developed at the State Research Center of the Russian Federation - IPPE, as well as a pilot production facility with a capacity of up to 50 thousand items per year. Materials and methods. In order to assess the safety of microsources for medical personnel during brachytherapy, local dosimetric control was carried out. As part of a clinical study in 2015, 36 patients with stage T1 – T2 prostate cancer underwent low-power brachytherapy using domestic microsources. Results. The obtained values of absorbed doses do not differ within the limits of measurement errors from the values of doses determined during the operation with foreign microsources under similar conditions. It follows from the data obtained that even the maximum values of the measured local absorbed doses do not pose a radiation hazard when using IPPE SEED microsources for brachytherapy. Among the treated patients, adverse reactions were in the expected manifestations of grade 1 dysuria according to the RTOG / EORTC classification. No gastrointestinal toxicity has been reported. Patient monitoring was continued in order to obtain long-term results of treatment. PSA disease-free survival at 5-year follow-up was 94.4%. Discussion. Clinical trials of Russian medical devices have demonstrated their safety for patients and medical personnel, which was proved by conducting dosimetry control during the procedure itself, as well as during examination of patients after brachytherapy. The effectiveness of Russian microsources I-125 during low-power brachytherapy is demonstrated by a decrease in PSA level from baseline by 87% at a follow-up period of 6 months. The disease-free survival rate for 5 years was 94.4%. The absence of significant radiation reactions both in the early and in the late postoperative period is important. The low cost of microsources produced by JSC «SSC RF – IPPE» relative to foreign analogs makes it possible to increase the number of operations performed annually, and also gives prospects for opening new divisions performing interstitial radiation therapy operations. Conclusions. Russian microsources «IPPE SEED» have successfully passed clinical trials, during which their effectiveness and safety were proved. The study also demonstrated high rates of relapse-free survival and a low level of adverse reactions in treated patients.

The article analyzes the current state and level of development of publicprivate partnership (PPP) projects in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The authors conclude that a significant proportion of projects is implemented on a concession basis at the municipal level in the communal sphere. A detailed analysis of the project data showed that the structure of the projects is deformed in favor of the central regions of the Russian Federation, and a significant share in the total amount of financing falls on the transport sector. At the stage of assessing the level of development by the subjects of the Russian Federation, criteria were proposed, and index and integral indicators were used, which ensured comparability of the estimates obtained. At the end of the analysis, the regions were ranked and clustered according to the level of PPP development, which allowed to reveal the number and structure of leaders and outsiders.
