In recent years, with the development of manufacturing technology and production capacity, wind power industry has been developed rapidly.A new type of pin-cycloidal planetary reducer was proposed in this studyfor the actuator of the pitch of high-power wind turbines. Based on the transformation mechanism method, the transmission efficiency of the reducer was calculated by analyzing the pin-cycloidal meshing efficiency, bearing efficiency, and output mechanism efficiency. Prototype testing were combined to systematically and deeply study the design theory of the reducer for the pitch of high-power wind turbines. Finally, a new design was proposed for a reliable two-stage pin-cycloidal planetary reducer with a strong bearing capacity and multi-tooth meshing on the hard gear surface that can be applied to the pitch system of high-power wind turbines.

The slab track is a new sort of track structure, which has been widely used in high-speed rail and special line for passenger. However, the ballastless track structure design theory is still not perfect and can not meet the requirements of current high-speed rail and passenger line ballastless track. In this paper, composite beam method is used to calculate the deflection of the track plate and in this way the vertical supporting stress distribution of the track plate can be gotten which set a basis for the follow-up study of the dynamic stress distribution in the subgrade. Slab track plate’s bearing stress under moving load is analyzed through Matlab program. By calculation and analysis, it is found that the deflection of track plate and the rail in the double-point-supported finite beam model refers to the rate of spring coefficient of the fastener and the mortar.The supporting stress of the rail plate is inversely proportional to the supporting stress of the rail. The two boundary conditions of that model ,namely, setting the end of the model in the seams of the track plate or not , have little effect on the results. We can use the supporting stress of the track plates on state 1to get the distribution of the supporting stress in the track plate when bogies pass. Also, when the dynamic load magnification factor is 1.2, the track plate supporting stress of CRST I & CRST II-plate non-ballasted structure is around 40kPa.

Balancing stiffness and weight is of substantial importance for antenna structure design. Conventional fold-rib antennas need sufficient weight to meet stiffness requirements. To address this issue, this paper proposes a new type of cable-rib tension deployable antenna that consists of six radial rib deployment mechanisms, numerous tensioned cables, and a mesh reflective surface. The primary innovation of this study is the application of numerous tensioned cables instead of metal materials to enhance the stiffness of the entire antenna while ensuring relatively less weight. Dynamic characteristics were analyzed to optimize the weight and stiffness of the antenna with the finite element model by subspace method. The first six orders of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the antenna structure are obtained. In addition, the effects of structural parameters on natural frequency are studied, and a method to improve the rigidity of the deployable antenna structure is proposed.

Li-ion power battery which has a broad prospect of application in many industry fields is a new type of high power battery. The formation-testing and sorting-packing are necessary processes in battery manufacture. Currently the process of formation almost takes the way of monomer battery, then sorting and packing by measuring the parameters of its internal resistance, voltage and capacity. The operation is complicated and the amount of data is huge. On account of the problem, we propose a new process of battery modularization. It can greatly reduce the workload of the parameter testing when using the optimized process. And batteries can get a good consistency, which is favor of sorting-packing and production automation.

Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is a new type of motor with high positioning accuracy. This paper introduces the related design theory of PMLSM with the utilization of finite element software. we refer to the sample transient electromagnetic analysis, firstly. And then get the Thrust fluctuation map and compare to its winding back EMF curve and other related graphs. Through altering of the thickness, air gap length, junior core’s structure and size and other parameters, we finally conclude the designed requirements will be eventually fulfilled this optimization.

The accumulator can store the energy in high capacity, and the super capacitor can charge and discharge in high power. The mixed power source composed by the accumulator and super capacitor not only has the characteristics for both of them but also meets the high-power requirement of high capacity and peak value. How to perform the equalizing charging for multiple power packs is a emphasis in the industry currently. On the basis of analysis for multiple equalizing charging methods, a new type of design scheme based on DC/DC and switch matrix is raised in this project, the thinking of intermittent charging mode is adopted and four BCAP0350 is served as the charging sample to perform the charging and discharging experiment as well as verify the composite charging design scheme is provided with the feasibility.
