Internet banking is an online financial transaction approach that uses internet as the platform. Customers could perform their transactions anywhere and anytime. Current extensive researches from the literature have analyzed and investigated on various factors related to the internet banking adoption. Drawing from the various theories associated with acceptance model, this paper will combine these various predetermined factors into one model. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), method was adapted in identifying the relevant multiple factors for the model. AHP is the best technique to use for mathematical calculation, to allow decision makers to prioritize their ranking to fit and resolve multiple criteria. The purpose of these paper is to prioritize the influencing factors to use internet banking. Based on the literature review, three main factors namely technical information, website and service availability had been identified as the main construct of the model and the sub factors were communication, responsiveness, privacy, ease of use, security, reliability and efficiency had been proposed into one integrated framework. These factors were identified by using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology. Hence, the paper will deepen the understanding of the specific factors underpinned in the study of internet bankingadoption.

A seal manufacture factory located in Ipoh, Perak produces two types of seal available in the factory which are metal and plastic seals. Due to manual assembly, human operator tends to get fatigue for doing repetitive task in one long shift. When this occurs, minor error such as misplace or wrong orientation of jaw will occur. Moreover the jaw sometimes can be missing during transportation of work – in – progress to another process. The objective is to design a jig that have the ability to detect reverse and missing jaw so that the finish product which has the quality problem will be prevented from being shipped to customers. The jig must also have a flexibility to be used for other plastic seal product. For methodology, each and every stage was explained in detail. In result and discussion section, House of Quality (HOQ) was used to determine the highest criteria weightage. The important criteria which will be carried forward to Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) are 15.9% on flexibility and ease of maintenance, 15.4% on both ease of use and longevity of jig usage, lastly 15.2% for accuracy checking. The result obtain after AHP computation are Design 1 with 20.7%, Design 2 with 13.7%, Design 3 with 22%, Design 4 with 27.1% and Design 5 with 16.5%. Design 4 is selected due to the highest weightage after computation. Final selected design was justified according to characteristic needed in objective.

Recently information technology is one of the vital elements in human daily activity supports. One example of information technology measurement is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which is an information system that shows how users come to accept and use the technology. Usefulness and Ease of Use are the main reasons that would predispose a person to use such technology. The TAM is also applied to the use of Internet Banking, but there are some more factors that will affect the Behavior Intention in using the Internet Banking including Risk and Trust. The aim of this study is to prove the hypothesis of the variables that affect the Behavior Intention. Research variables were measured using a questionnaire that is processed with SPSS software. The results showed that the four variables studied positive influence on Behavior Intention in the use of Internet Banking.

This research aims to analyze a literature review of publications that have incorporated the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods. The AHP and ANP methods have contributed to decision-making in complex situations in recent years and possess widespread applications. Such applications are spread over the years with publications in various major areas such as engineering/technology/applied sciences, social sciences, health sciences, and environmental studies. These two methods provide multiple solutions to researchers in these fields, which is why they are being considered in the current study. For this purpose, data was collected from 920 research papers after a vigorous literature review using different search engines. This paper aims to classify the publications on AHP and ANP methods from the years 2000 to 2019 to identify recognized journals based on their indexes. Furthermore, another objective of this study is to compare total publications by year, publications by field by year, and lastly, observe the distribution by country of the studies. This paper concludes that the highest number of publications are from Turkey, and the highest number of publications used AHP method applications in every category. Most of the publications belonged to the technical fields, followed by social sciences. The study concluded that the AHP method is more widely preferred by researchers in almost every field and application because it tends to produce more accurate results than the ANP.

The implementation of innovative eLearning platforms offers numerous benefits, but it is important to understand individual acceptance and use of new technological systems in the educational setting. This study adopts a modified version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), including three service quality constructs as external variables, to assess students’ acceptance of PerLE, a Moodle-based eLearning platform developed at the University of Calabria (Italy). A six-section questionnaire, which was based on previous studies, was administered to 293 undergraduate students. Results show that the quality of online courses is the main construct that affects students’ acceptance of PerLE. We found also that the PerLE user interface was a critical issue, requiring improvements to facilitate ease of use. In addition, the study underlines the important influence of Technical Support as an antecedent to the two main constructs of the TAM: PerLE Usefulness and PerLE Ease of Use.

The retail industry in Zimbabwe has embraced the use of a variety of technologies in order to survive in this ever changing technological era. However, little research has been done on the adoption and use of these technologies and no model has been developed to date. The aim of this paper was to develop a model best suited to the Zimbabwean retail industry in order to enhance the successful adoption and use of online transaction platforms. The online transaction platforms used to develop the model were Internet banking, Automated Teller Machines, Mobile banking and Point of Sale. A three-sample dataset comprising of 268 bank and supermarket customers, 56 bank managers and 31 supermarket managers was used. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to determine the relationship between the given factors influencing adoption and use of online transaction platforms and the constructs perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The resultant TAMZIM model borrowed ideas from the Technology Acceptance Models proposed by Fred Davis in the mid-80s.
