Global warming is currently an issue that is widely discussed of both the accounting literature and others. The topic of environmental performance is gaining increasing attention from academics and politics when it is associated with each country’s policies regarding environmental damage. Purpose: This article to investigate both the direct and indirect the effect of green innovation and firm value on financial performance as mediating variable Design/methodology/approach: The samples in this study are applied using purposive sampling ad obtained total sample of PROPER participating companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year of 2012-2018. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual report. Companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in mining industry in 2012-2018. The variable green innovation was measured by using PROPER, the financial performance was measured by ROA and the firm value were measured by Tobin’s Q. Data processing uses SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 with the consideration that SEM-PLS is a reliable tool for testing predictive models. Several studies using capital market data in Indonesia have found data with abnormal distribution, so data using PLS is appropriate. Result of the study: The authors find that the green innovation has a positive effect on the firm value and financial performance full mediate the effect green innovation and firm value. Research limitations: this article only examines green innovation using the PROPER measure while the green innovation measure is thought to be related to company value such as ISO 14001, content analysis is not discussed at all in this article and the research sample is limited to mining companies. This scope may not be able to describe the overall conditions in Indonesia. Originality/value: This study comprehensively examines both direct and indirect effect of green innovation with financial performance and firm value, which is rarely examined in extant studies.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Introduction: The Company claims that the product is finally categorized as environmentally friendly, but industrial entities do not provide sufficient explanation regarding their efforts to reduce environmental degradation. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine influence of the green innovation on financial performance as well as through environmental dynamism as a moderating variable. Method: The data used in this research are secondary data involving 246 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018. The data used in this study were analyzing using partial least square and carried out with the help of software Warp PLS 6.0. Finding: The result show that the green innovation has a positive significant effect on financial performance. Originality:  The result also show environmental dynamism strengthens of green innovation on financial performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio and current ratio on firm value with return on assets as an intervening variable on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The study uses secondary data from the annual report through access to www.idx.co.id. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The total sample of 13 companies and the method of taking sample members used is purposive sampling. The variables of this study consisted of debt to equity ratio and current ratio as exogenous variables, firm value as endogenous variables, and return on assets as intervening variables. The analysis shows that the debt to equity ratio, current ratio and return on assets have a positive effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio and current ratio also have a positive effect on return on assets. Based on the results of the path analysis of the implications of this research that return on assets can not affect the relationship between debt to equity ratio and current ratio to the firm value so that it can provide input to researchers. It is better to add research periods and use a sample of several other sectors and can also use variables others that can strengthen the results of previous studies

The company's financial performance that demonstrates the success of the company is a matter of interest to the public. While the Sustainability Report is a non-financial report that is beginning to draw public attention today. This study aims to examine how the influence of financial performance on corporate value through Sustainability Report that can be used as a Reference for User Financial Statements in the decision of the right decision. The sample of this study are Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2016. Independent variables in this research are Profitability Variables, Liquidity Variables, Leverage Variables measured using Financial Ratios, Mediation Variables in this study is Sustainability Report measured by using Index Disclosures derived from the Global Initiative Reporting (GRI) and Dependent Variables are Corporate Values measured using Tobins'Q. This study uses secondary data obtained at Indonesia Stock Exchange.The results of this study indicate that net profit margin, current ratio and leverage (X) have no significant effect on both sustainability reporting (Z) and the dependent variable of firm value (Y). The results of this study also proves that only the sustainability reporting (Z) Intervening variable has significant effect on the dependent variable of firm value (Y).

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

Therefore, the main purpose of establishing a company is to increase the value of the firm. To achieve that purpose,managers have to understand the factors that can increase the value of the firms and also fulfillthe interests of stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the effect of Research and Development Intensity (RnD), Goodwill (GDW), Intellectual Capital (IC), and Financial Performance (PF) on Firm Value. PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to investigate the direct and indirect links between environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and financial performance using the mediate role of green innovation.Design/methodology/approachTo test the current study hypotheses, the authors applied linear regressions with a panel data using the Thomson Reuters ASSET4 and Bloomberg database from a sample of 115 UK and 90 Germany companies selected from the ESG index over the period 2005–2019.FindingsThe results show that the strengths ESG increase the firm value and the weaknesses decrease it. In addition, the authors find that green innovation fully mediates the relationship between ESG practices and financial performance in UK and Germany.Practical implicationsThe findings provide interesting implications to academics practitioners and regulators who are interested in discovering ESG score, financial performance and green innovation. The results also provide insights to regulators and the board of directors on future growth opportunities for the company and the country.Originality/valueThis study is unique in examining the mediation effect of green innovation on the relationship between ESG practices and financial performance.

This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of intellectual capital on financial performance as moderated by the company's reputation. The financial performance is seen from the financial ratios, namely the ratio of profitability (return on assets).  This type of research is classified into comparative research. The population in this study were 45 banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 36 banks with a total sample of 180 samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange www.idx.id  and published financial reports on the websites of each bank sample. Based on the results of the regression test with a significant level of 0.1; The results obtained indicate (1) there is a significant effect of intellectual capital on financial performance. (2) company reputation moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance. Keywords: Intellectual capital, financial performance, company reputation

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Managerial Ownership (X1), Institutional Ownership (X2), Financing Decision (X3), CSR (X4) and Financial Performance (X5) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously on Firm Value (Y) as the dependent variable in the Construction Services companies Listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The method of this research used secondary data from the annual report 2014 to 2018 period in the study sample as many as 10 companies. Assessment of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Ver. 25. The results of this study concluded that there is a significant negative effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value. The financing decision is a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, both CSR and financial performance has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the independent variables can sufficiently explain the variation value of the company with 58.8% coefficient of determination.

Abstract: The purpose of purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value in mining companies. This study used secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, and other related information of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchage (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is the explanatory method. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period, which were 41 companies with total sample 30 companies that matches the criteria. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of director has a positive and significant effect on the firm value, meanwhile profitability variable measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage variable measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of commissioner independent not significantly impact on the firm value in mining companies.
