THE IMAGE OF THE PARENT FAMILY OF ADULTS WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES

Тhe article is devoted to the study of the image of the parent family of adults with mental disabilities, as this problem is little studied in modern psychology. Sample: 39 people with mental disorders aged 18 to 47 years. Research method: clinical semi-structured interview and projective methods. The results indicate that the majority of adults with mental disorders were brought up in families: 44% - in a full family, 12% - only with the mother, 3% - in the families of grandparents. Many of them continue to live with their parents and now. Communication in the family is often evaluated positively, memories are associated with parents or other family members. The respondents of this group experienced the death of loved ones. 41% of adults with mental disorders were sent by parents to special boarding schools, while half of them never saw their parents and did not communicate with them, and 14% were familiar with their parents, but had a negative experience with them. They noted generally positive plots, but they extremely seldom were connected with a family. At the same time, negative memories are often associated with the family. Respondents of both groups distinguish not only the positive characteristics of parents, but also note the importance of joint activities. The obtained data can be successfully used as a basis for further study of the relationship of the image of the parent family with the subjective well - being of adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as the development of the main targets of the psychotherapeutic process.

The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical research of the concept of "family image" in adults with disabilities. This category is considered in the context of subjective well-being and quality of life of this category of persons. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption about the determination of the life strategy of the respondents’ actual way of family and the experience of family interaction. Differences in the parameters of subjective well-being in groups of people with disabilities, living alone and in the family are revealed. An analysis of the interview showed the relationship of past events related to family issues and current family relationships, as well as planned events in their own families.

The goal of this research was to understand the subjective well-being of mothers who work in the streets. This qualitative phenomenological study collected data using a semi-structured interview. Data were collected from six street mothers aged 18-40 years living in the dense residence of Kali Code, Karanganyar, Brontokusuman, Mergangsan, and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The content analysis was used in this research, and the results showed that street mothers were satisfied with their current lives. Some of the reasons for their satisfaction include having a place to stay, gathering with their family every day, having a job, having independent earning, supporting children's education, and meeting their family's needs. This study also found that life satisfaction was associated with feeling satisfied with the self, family life, health, job, and community environment. Furthermore, participants expressed positive affect in the form of happiness when their job and earnings were good when gathering with the family or neighbors when the family is in harmony. The children are obedient when they can meet the needs of the children when they receive unexpected rewards. In contrast, the participants experienced negative affect in the form of guilt when they were unable to make the family happy, and disappointed when daily earnings were small. They were sad when children were not obedient, angry, and disappointed about living conditions and worried, anxious, and afraid about the workplace conditions.

Organizational Justice has the potential to create major impact on organizations and employees alike. These include greater commitment, trust, enhanced job performance, more citizenship behaviors and less number of conflicts. It has been reported that employees seem to have a universal concern for Justice that transcends the self and that many are subject to biases at various point of time in their work life. Sometimes these biases lead to adverse outcomes including decreased level of subjective well-being. Subjective well-being is a broad category that includes life satisfaction, positive affect, and low negative affect, such as anger, sadness and fear. Thus to study the relationship between Organizational justice and subjective well-being, a sample of 88 employees working in Private Universities of NCR region were examined. For this purpose, the Organizational Justice scales consisting of Measure of Procedural & Interactional Justice and Distributive Justice Index scale by Moorman, Blakely & Niehoff (1998) and Subjective Wellbeing Scales inclusive of the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS),Scale of Positive and Negative Experience(SPANE) and Flourishing Scale (FS) by Ed Diener (2004)were used. Results indicate significant relationship between the three types of Organizational justice and subjective well-being of employees.

Abstract.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possible relationship between the negotiating effectiveness, academic and Subjective Well-Being, in negotiation has been studied the relationship of experience with varying degrees of success, although the basic training course has is not relevant for explanation. Furthermore happiness is one of the goals of the most important life for humans and is supposed to be related to the degree of bargaining effectiveness by its relationship with Excite Intelligence, since people with Emotional high intelligence tend to have high bargaining power. The sample consists of 117 university students, men and women between 18 and 47. The instruments used were a questionnaire on negotiation (CEN-II) and BIS-HERNÁN Questionnaire. Otenidos The results of correlation analyzes do not indicate a relationship between Subjective Well-Being and Effectiveness Negotiator, but a higher Negotiator Effectiveness psychology students compared to students from the Faculties of Law and Science, was not related to the amount of year college career in negotiating varying effectiveness.Keywords: subjective well-being, negotiating effectively, education.Resumen.El objeto del presente trabajo consiste en evaluar la posible relación entre la eficacia negociadora, la formación académica y el Bienestar Subjetivo; En negociación se ha estudiado la relación de la experiencia con la mayor o menor eficacia, aunque la formación de base se ha supuesto que no es relevante para su explicación. Por otro lado la felicidad es uno de los objetivos de la vida más importantes por los seres humanos y se supone que se relaciona con la mayor o menor eficacia negociadora, por su relación con la Inteligencia Emocional, puesto que personas con alta Inteligencia Emocional tienden a tener alta capacidad de negociación. La muestra está compuesta de 117 estudiantes universitarios, hombres y mujeres entre los 18 y 47 años. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron un cuestionario sobre negociación (CEN-II) y el Cuestionario BIS-HERNÁN. Los resultados obtenidos de los análisis de correlación no indican una relación entre el Bienestar Subjetivo y la Eficacia Negociadora, pero sí una más alta Eficacia Negociadora de estudiantes de Psicología en comparación a estudiantes de las Facultades de Derecho y Ciencias, no siendo relevante la cantidad de años de estudio de la carrera en la mayor o menor eficacia negociadora.Palabras Clave: bienestar subjetivo, eficacia negociadora, formación académica.

El bienestar se promueve hace muchos años, especialmente se vela por él en la población infanto-juvenil, sin embargo, cuando se pregunta qué es el bienestar muchas son las respuestas, pero pocas las investigaciones respecto a la infancia y menos contextualizadas en situaciones de vulneración de derechos, considerando que son a quienes más se pretende proteger. Es aquí, cuando es necesario escuchar a los adolescentes que han sido vulnerados en sus derechos respecto a la significación de su bienestar subjetivo expresándolo desde su marco de referencia. Con el objetivo de profundizar en las experiencias se utilizó una metodología cualitativa para entender desde la fenomenología los relatos de seis adolescentes pertenecientes al Programa Especializado en Calle (PEC-Renca), que a través del análisis de contenido de categorización emergente, se llegó a los hallazgos que en la significación del bienestar subjetivo de estos adolescentes prima la familia como fuente de todo aquello que les proporciona bienestar, estando juntos en un mismo hogar, con vínculos afectivos y en donde se ejerza una crianza parental. Influyendo así, la familia en todas las áreas de la vida de los adolescentes. Welfare is promoted for many years, especially it watches over him in the child population, however, when asked what is the welfare there are many answers, but little research regarding children and less contextualized in situations of violation of rights, believing them to be protected more. It is here when you need to listen to adolescents who have been violated in their rights regarding the significance of expressing their subjective well-being from their frame of reference. In order to deepen the experience a qualitative methodology to understand from the phenomenology the stories of six teenagers belonging to the Special Street (PEC-Renca) was used, that through content analysis of emerging categorization, it was the findings on the significance of subjective well-being of these adolescents premium family as the source of everything that provides well-being together in the same household, with bonding and wherein aparental upbringing is exercised. Thus influencing the family in all areas of life of adolescents.
