The difference of opinion regarding the treatment of miscarriages was the reason for the author to write this article. In science, two currents meet: Brennecke, Heinvicius, Dhrssen, Kleinmacher, Fehling and others. see in the prolonged delay of the fetal egg in the uterine cavity during a miscarriage, not to mention bleeding, a clear danger not only for health (insufficient reverse development), but also for the patient's life, which is why active surgical intervention is recommended. Schroeder, Winckel, Olshausen, Kazan, on the basis of pathological and clinical data, assert completely opposite and believe in full recovery from spontaneous miscarriage, which is why they are limited to expectant treatment.

AbstractCT colonography has emerged as the investigation of choice for suspected colorectal cancer in patients when a colonoscopy in incomplete, is deemed high risk or is declined because of patient preference. Unlike a traditional colonoscopy, it frequently reveals extracolonic as well as colonic findings. Our study aimed to determine the prevalence, characteristics and potential significance of extracolonic findings on CT colonography within our own institution. A retrospective review was performed of 502 patients who underwent CT colonography in our institution between January 1, 2010 and January 4, 2015. Of 502 patients, 60.63% had at least one extracolonic finding. This was close to other similar-sized studies (Kumar et al. Radiology 236(2):519–526, 2005). However, our rate of E4 findings was significantly higher than that reported in larger studies at 5.3%(Pooler et al. AJR 206:313–318, 2016). The difference may be explained by our combination of symptomatic/screening patients or by the age and gender distribution of our population. Our study lends support to the hypothesis that CT colonography may be particularly useful in identifying clinically significant extracolonic findings in symptomatic patients. CT colonography may allow early identification of extracolonic malignancies and life-threatening conditions such as an abdominal aortic aneurysm at a preclinical stage when they are amenable to medical or surgical intervention. However, extracolonic findings may also result in unnecessary investigations for subsequently benign findings.

Any drug which interferes with the workings of the higher cerebral functions is rightly regarded with suspicion, and the question of giving or withholding it is always open to doubt. Hence the difference of opinion with regard to the administration of hypnotics. In prescribing them the advantages have to be weighed against the disadvantages, and when that is done, and the former are in excess, then whatever disadvantages there may be have to be accepted since they are in the minority.

From the 1960s, the hip-roofed, cube house became the dominant type of dwelling throughout Hungary. Architects and ethnologists raised objections to the resulting “alien” appearance of settlements, and eventually even the authorities attempted to slow down the spread of these dwellings, with little success. In the Őrség region, with its characteristic folk architecture, the transformation was already visible by the 1970s, despite the region having some of the worst socioeconomic conditions in the country. Before the establishment of the Őrség Landscape Protection Area in 1978, the debates between the proponents of socialist modernization and those wishing to promote nature and the conservation of folk heritage were becoming increasingly heated. One such conflict was based on the difference of opinion between those wishing to preserve the architectural heritage, and the demands of local inhabitants for the modernization of their housing. In the present paper, in relation to the Őrség region, and to a lesser extent Vendvidék (Porabje), I examine how the building stock was transformed, what means were used to try to prevent the spread of the modern cube houses, what plans were put in place to preserve the traditional architectural features of the region, and with what kind of new functions attempts were made to solve the utilization of old buildings.

Arab Writers and poets had a great knowledge of Elim-ul Badea (البديع علم ,( Before Islam. Elm-ul Badea (البديع علم (can be found extensively both in their poetry and prose. With the advent of Islam and the revelation of Quran (a literal Miracle of Allah Al-Mighty), rhetoric has reached to its peak, which made it the center of attention for the Writers and intellectuals. They have made their researches of Quran from different angles, i.e. the lexicon miracles, literal interpretation, style and rhetoric of the Holy Book, but Elm-ul- Badea (البديع )علم is such a part of literature which is always open for more research, so this research focuses on the Moral enhancers (المعنوية المحسنات (which is a part of the Elm-ul-Badea in the Quran. This work will throw light on those verses of Quran in which Moral enhancers(المعنوية المحسنات (are present, and are defined as rhetorical explanations beside the definition of Elm-ul-Badea, its development stages, and the difference of opinion among the scholars about the topic. Quran is the Holy Book of Allah Al-Mighty and is the Miracle of the Holy prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him, which challenged the whole world to bring verses like it, and it appeals the human being to think in its meanings. I tried to explore the المعنوية المحسنات of Quranic rhetoric. There is a great scope for researchers to explore the Moral enhancers المعنوية المحسنات of Quranic Rhetoric. I have used descriptive and analytical approach while doing this research to attain the required results.

Abstract The article analyzes strategic manoeuvring within the pragmadialectical framework with respect to the selection of starting points in the opening stage to frame the arguments. The Terri Schiavo case is presented, which can provide interesting insights concerning this issue. I would like to show that resolution of the difference of opinion requires the resolution of a subordinate difference of opinion concerning how to label her medical state, and why discussants were not able to resolve this subordinate difference of opinion. After, the conflict that arises between critical reasonableness and rhetorical effectiveness is examined and how strategic manoeuvring aims to resolve this conflict. In the final part of the paper I argue that the problems raised can be dealt with within the framework of pragma-dialectics.

Although the origin of the acoustic ganglion has been the subject of numerous studies there is no unanimity of opinion about it. Most of the earlier investigators (Bartelmez, 1922; Adelman, 1925), using mammalian embryos, believed that it arose from the neural crest, but the experiments of Campenhout (1935) and Yntema (1937) on amphibian embryos led them to the view that it was largely, if not wholly, of placodal origin. This view was supported by Halley (1955), who worked on the cat, and later by Batten (1958), who worked on the sheep. In fact Batten stated categorically that the otic placode was the sole source of the acoustic ganglion. It was thought that an entirely new approach to the problem, namely the use of mutant genes, might help to resolve the difference of opinion. The most suitable mutant for the present purpose seemed to be piebald-lethal (symbol s1; Lane, 1966).

The position of maqasid shariah as reference for Islamic legal ruling has been a source of dissenting opinions among contemporary ulama. Some of them accept maqasid shariah as a method of determining legal principles, whereas others do not. In classical usul fiqh literature, the discourse on maqasid shariah among the ulama only appears in discussions on the position of maslahah mursalah as a method of determining Islamic legal ruling. In light of this, the issue arises when the position of maqasid shariah, specifically as a source of law, is not mentioned by classical ulama. Therefore, a small number of scholars are of the view that maqasid Shariah is not clearly applied in the process of determining legal ruling, such as what had happened in the Shafie school of law. This article aims to review the concept of maslahah mursalah and maqasid shariah in the context of its status as a method of determining Islamic legal ruling. The findings of the study show that maslahah mursalah is not maqasid shariah because both of them originate from different sources. The rejection of maslahah mursalah by some ulama does not refer to maslahah that is in line with the higher objectives of Islamic law (maqasid shariah), but refers to maslahah that relies solely on logic and intellect. The difference of opinion among contemporary ulama regarding the position of maqasid shariah as a method of determining legal principle stems from confusion in defining and categorising maslahah mursalah and maqasid shariah.

Aim To analyze the visual acuity (VA) and the incidence of secondary glaucoma among patients with closed globe injury (CGI). To determine the correlations between the ocular trauma score (OTS) with surgery rate, and evaluate the applicability of OTS in secondary glaucoma prediction and treatment. Methods We conducted a retrospective review of 265 patients (265 eyes) with CGI admitted to Xijing Hospital between January 2014 and December 2016. The clinical characteristics; VA, IOP, injury zone, surgery, and IOP-lowering medications were collected at the initial visit and at six months. The patients with secondary glaucoma were scored and assessed by the OTS system. The correlation of the anti-glaucoma surgery with the OTS was evaluated. The difference in the number of IOP-lowering medications between the initial visit and six months was analyzed. Results The average age of the patients was 33.5 ± 20.7 years with 80.8% being males. The final VA outcome improved in its totality after treatment. 35 patients developed glaucoma, with an incident rate of 13.2% over six months. All glaucoma patients had an injury in zone I and II, and 12 of them had an injury in zone III. The severity of the OTS category showed a strong correlation with the anti-glaucoma surgery rate. After the surgical intervention, the number of IOP-lowering medications in OTS category 2, 3, and 4 significantly reduced. Conclusions The OTS has predictive value in the incidence of secondary glaucoma after CGI. A patient with a low score is more likely to develop secondary glaucoma and might require surgical intervention.

Abstract: Migration of swallowed foreign bodies from the gastrointestinal tract is a rare phenomenon compared with the total number of ingestions. In the reported two cases, the serious septic condition indicated urgent surgical intervention. We found a piece of wire swallowed a few months earlier in the right lobe of the liver and the retroperitoneum in case one, and a piece of wire in the pericardium, which migrated from the stomach through the left lobe of the liver, in case two. Abscesses and phlegmonae were found in the retroperitoneum and then in the femoral region requiring a reoperation in case one, and in the liver and pericardium in case two. After the evacuation of abscesses, both patients made full recovery. Diagnostic difficulties and therapeutic challenges served the reasons to present these cases.
