The article is devoted to the problem of conflict prevention in the youth environment, which is one of the most relevant in the context of modern socio-cultural conditions. The article reveals the role of the organizer of work with youth in organizing the prevention of various conflicts in the youth environment, discusses some methods, techniques and techniques for preventing conflicts, as well as techniques for getting out of conflict situations. The content of the article is based on a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on psychology, sociology and pedagogy in the field of conflict prevention and management in the youth environment, the formation of conflictological competence of young people. Internet become as basic component of daily routine. Although the Internet has many positive aspects, most people spend too much time on their smart devices spending less time playing outdoors. A decrease in physical activity not only sets up information fatigue, which leads to increase in diseases of the nervous and heart systems. Many of scientific articles deal only with the features of information fatigue and its consequences for human health, however research articles that analyze tools that can protect against information fatigue have not been found. Only commercial companies advertise their software, which help monitor what users are doing on their computer. Novelty of the article is that it explores how information technology affects young people lives and analyses software that can help control working time with these smart devices also.

Актуальность статьи состоит в необходимости стабилизации положения молодых россиян, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, усугубившегося вследствие коренной трансформации социально-экономического пространства нашей страны, а также наличием на сегодняшний день во всем мире острой проблемы организации социальной работы с молодежью, оказавшейся в трудной жизненной ситуации. Цель статьи заключается в рассмотрении возможности применения технологии коуч-наставничества при организации работы с молодежью, оказавшейся в трудной жизненной ситуации. Автором рассмотрены теоретические аспекты основы коуч-наставничества; проведён анализ практического использования коучинг-технологий при работе с молодежью, оказавшейся в трудной жизненной ситуации; разработана и описана программа коуч-наставничества для организации работы с молодежью, оказавшейся в трудной жизненной ситуации. Исследовано влияние технологий коуч-наставничества для организации работы с молодежью, оказавшейся в трудной жизненной ситуации. Доказано, что разработка и внедрение программы коуч-наставничества способствует выходу молодых людей из трудной жизненной ситуации.Статья предназначена для специалистов, работающих с данной категорией молодежи, результаты могут быть применены в социальной и педагогической деятельности, а также в сфере профессионального образования. The relevance of the article is necessity to stabilize the situation of youth in Russia, who are in a difficult life situation, aggravated by the radical transformation of the socio-economic space of our country, as well as the acute problem of organizing social work with youth in difficult life situation all over the world. The purpose of the article is to consider the possibility of using the technology of coach-mentoring in the organization of work with youth who find themselves in a difficult life situation. The author considers the theoretical aspects of the basis of coach-mentoring; an analysis of the practical use of coaching technologies when working with young people who find themselves in a difficult life situation; developed and described a coaching mentoring program for organizing work with youth in difficult life situations. The influence of coach-mentoring technologies for the organization of work with youth in difficult life situations has been investigated. It has been proven that the development and implementation of coach programs helps youth to get out of a difficult life situation. The article is intended for specialists working with youth in difficult life situation, the results can be applied in social and pedagogical activities, as well as in the field of professional education.

The articles justifies the need for constant care for the axiological dimension of education. The habitus of the modern teacher was analyzed in the perspective of axiological dispositions. The author’s reconstructions of the respondents’ views concerning their preferences regarding observable and repetitive teachers’ behavior were categorized. These behaviors were indicators of the values which guided teachers in their work with students. An attempt was made to determine which axiological properties of teachers, expressed in the praxiological dimension, are particularly valued by today’s youth. Analysis of the frequency of indications of the preferred teachers’ behaviors helped to establish the hierarchy of these properties. The results of the diagnosis carried out on a sample of 903 respondents showed that teachers’ pedagogical tactfulness, subject knowledge and good organization of work are mostly appreciated and expected by young people. In addition, attempts were made to identify differences in the respondents’ preferences due to their interest profile, expressed in the choice of a specific field of academic studies. It has been established that it is the factor which differentiates students’ preferences in relation to the teacher’s axiological attributes. Significant relationships have been observed and the conclusions made valuable implications for pedeutology.
