It has been over 180 years since the first pre-school education institution was established in 1839. Over the years, the theory and practice of preschool education have been created, taking into account Polish social and economic needs, marking good and bad times in preschool education.

The article highlights the results of the approbation of the method of forming the basis of valuable attitude to the health of children aged 6-7 years of life in the interaction of the institutions of preschool education and primary school. The stages of organization of experimental work are presented in the paper. The basic forms and methods of formation of the basis of valuable attitude to the own health of children 6-7 years of life are determined. The achievements of pre-school childhood with the purpose of their enrichment at the junior school age and ensuring the consistent growth of the child's personality are determined. The necessity of taking into account the principle of continuity in the work of the institution of preschool education and primary school is proved in relation to the formation of healthy lifestyle habits of children. The work with teachers, parents is analyzed in the context of the problem under investigation.

The article is devoted to the modern issues of pre-school education in Donetsk region. The article presents the statistic information concerning the development of a network of pre-school education institutions in Donetsk region during the military aggression – the general number of institutions in the cities/regions, the number of children involved into pre-school education, the number of pre-school groups with prioritized ways of development, the number of institutions which operate in the so called “grey zone” and the number of children who get pre-school education in the designated institutions under dangerous conditions, staff assistance, etc. The statistical data concerning the language of the educational process in pre-school institutions of the region are separately represented in the article. The article uncovers special features of the organization and topical issues of Donetsk region pre-school education based on regulatory documents and the programme “Donetsk region education in European dimension. 2017‒2020”. The attention is payed to the modern challenges for Donetsk region education; modern educational challenges have been characterized as national-patriotic upbringing, inclusion, implementation of sustainable development and creation of a safe and child-friendly pre-school education institution. The article focuses on bilingual environment of the region and the necessity to pay attention to this specific aspect while organizing educational activities with preschoolers. The information regarding the results of the pre-school education institutions of Donetsk region involved into educational projects has been summarized. The article presents the forms and methods of pursuing the principle of regionality in pre-school education institutions. Some ways of combining the general regional and the regional components in the educational process of pre-school education institutions under conditions of reformations within the system of education have been proposed. An industrial park is a modern and effective instrument of support of small and medium business in the industrial sector of economy. An industrial park is a complex of real estate units managed by a management company consisting of a land plot (plots) with production, office, warehouse and other buildings, constructions and facilities provided with the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for creation of new industrial production and also having a necessary legal regime for implementation of production activity. A description of a legal scheme of interaction between a management company of an industrial park and its residents is given, a list of services provided by a management company is given. The article provides an overview of the history of the origin and development of the use of industrial parks as a tool to support small and medium-sized businesses in Russia and abroad. The organizational scheme of an industrial park, types and directions of activity are considered. An analysis of the dynamics and structure of industrial parks in the Russian Federation by types of property, by stages of activity of industrial parks is carried out. Models of industrial parks’ activity existing in world practice are described. Industrial parks in the modern world are an important factor in the development of the territories and contribute to the economic and technological development of regions.

The improvement of the quality of preschool education is an important task for the modern stage demonstrating the development of the Ukrainian society, the implementation of which, above all, requires the efforts of higher education institutions to train a methodologically competent specialist, who is able to master and create innovative methods, techniques and technologies for organizing the educational process of a pre-school education institution. This task fully meets the requirements of the State Standard for Preschool Education in Ukraine, the documents regulating the functioning and modern guidelines for the development of pre-school and higher education of Ukraine in the 21st century. Under these conditions, the formation of methodological competence of the future pre-school educators is of paramount importance. The purpose of the article is to cover and analyse the results of the diagnostics determining the proficiency markers of the future pre-school educators’ methodological competence at the ascertaining stage of the experiment. We consider the methodological competence of future pre-school educators as an integrative personal composition characterized by these features: the presence of the ability to reflect, the desire to carry out methodological activities, the understanding of its value, theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which provide the ability to consciously and methodologically use methods and techniques and technologies of preschool children’s education, upbringing and development. The structure of the future preschool educators’ methodological competence is made up of the cognitive, motivation- and value-centred, activity-oriented and evaluative-reflexive components and their indicators, according to which the manual of diagnostic methods is created and selected. During the ascertaining stage of the experiment, a sufficient level of methodological competence was demonstrated by 16.6%, a basic level – by 61.7%, a low level – by 21.7% of the future educators. Moral education of preschool children is a focused process of their initiation of moral values of mankind (humanism, kindness, humanity, justice, mercy and altruism) and stimulation of manifestations of empathy, sympathy and support in people’ world. Moral education is of great importance in the modern, very dynamic and constantly changing world. There is an urgent necessity to understand that human community is a family, where everyone is a part of the universal whole. It is necessary to avoid conflicts and wars in unity and live in peace. To overcome disputes and solve common problems at the negotiating table rather than by means of armed conflicts. To provide political, economic and social development of society constructively. To overcome any obstacles for free, democratic communication and human interaction. Moral education of preschoolers is based on specially developed content presented in educational programmes. The development and improvement of programmes is carried out throughout the entire period of development of national preschool education. Every document of the programme is created at a certain historical stage of development of society, reflecting its political, economic and social status as well as the level of development of the theory and practice of preschool education. At the present stage of the development of national preschool education, there is a need to study the history of development of the content of moral education of preschool children in national and foreign (Russian) educational programmes, which has not been studied specifically before. This has become the goal of our study and helped to set the objectives and content of moral education of preschoolers for the new edition of the program “Child” (2016)

Like any private didactics the methodology of teaching foreign languages, has its own history, knowledge of which is necessary for understanding the main stages of development of the theory and practice of teaching, the variety of approaches and methods of teaching foreign languages in the modern world. This study aims to research the history of creating curricula, programs and textbooks on foreign language for universities of Kazakhstan. The research conducted a  Historical and pedagogical analysis which showed that foreign language teaching has its roots in the deep past, and played a huge role in the development of human society, since it determined the progress of the transferring the methodological experience and contributed to the social development of mankind. The article presents the results of the historical reconstruction of the problems of family and pre-school education at the initial stage of the formation of the Russian pedagogical psychology. Appealing to the historical experience in the field of family and preschool education, in the author’s opinion, makes it possible to make better use of the accumulated scientific potential in modern socio-cultural conditions. In accordance with the author’s ideas, the history of the Russian pedagogical psychology in the pre-revolutionary period is considered as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge, which was determined by the interaction between psychology and pedagogy.

The history of preschool education during the Great Patriotic War (1941– 1945) is analyzed in the article. The peculiarities of the formulation of educational tasks in preschool institutions during wartime period is considered. When conducting the research, the following methods were used: analysis of pedagogical, literary and archival sources, including periodicals, generalization of data. The classification of the main social institutions implementing pre-school education in the wartime period, including in Kolyma, is carried out based on the analysis of pedagogical, literary and archival sources and generalization of the data.
