This study aimed to analyze educational strategies and patterns of cooperation between community learning activity centers and village governments, and analyze the constraints and efforts made in the process of increasing community education participation. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The cases were chosen were typical cases that be able to represent similar cases, namely a form of collaboration between the community learning activity center and the village government. The qualitative data analysis used was pattern matchmaking analysis, to answer big questions related to strategies, forms, constraints, and solutions in building cooperation between community learning activity centers and village governments. The obtained results indicated that the strategies used by the community learning activity center in the process of increasing community education participation were in the form of community identification strategies, programs, and partnerships. The pattern of cooperation between the community learning center and the village government was in the form of coaching and mentoring, with the form of cooperation in the form of support for policy regulations, legal protection, budget assistance, mentoring, coaching, and motivation. The obstacles faced by the community learning activity center were weak community commitment and less than optimal program socialization. Efforts to overcome these obstacles were carried out by implementing performance and performance strategies and increasing innovation in disseminating educational programs.

The Village

The aim of community service is to assist in the formation of the PKBM (Community Learning Center) in the Mandi Angin Village, Rawas Ilir, Musi Rawas Utara. The method used is the method of socialization, training and practice. This PKBM is a mentoring activity that drects to the formation of the PKBM structure (The center of community learning activities). This is the concern of the PKBM team because in the Mandi Angin village has not yet formed a learning center for the community. PKBM assistance activities (the center of community learning activities) will increase SDM leading to SDM productivity in Mandi Angin village. The results of the PKBM (community learning activity center) activities in the Mandi Angin village of Rawas Ilir sub-district, kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, including: 1) The implementation of STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau team with the village government, so that the activities took place safely and smoothly, 2) The implementation of the socialization of the PKBM structure (community learning activity center) and responded wel by the community, 3) the device and the community who were enthusiastic in bathing to support the formation of PKBM in the village, 4) The constrains faced were related to the difficulty in getting high competent communities, as part of the PKBM structure, and 5) The village government and the community demanded that the PKBM activities be carried out well, not just in the form of structuring their activities. In general the results of this PKBM are the formation of the PKBM structure which will be continued at the level of PKBM implementation.

<p>The purpose of this study is to describe the planning of accreditation-based management standards at the community learning center (PKBM) of Pondok Hijau in Pontianak and describe the planning of accreditation-based management standards at the learning center of Pondok Hijau Pontianak community. The approach used in this study is qualitative research, with ethnographic procedures, because researchers intend to explore in-depth and comprehensive information, then analyze, and interpret individual patterns or behaviors that develop over time in non-formal education units, namely PKBM. As for the object of research or data sources (informants) are: Chairperson, GTK, parents of students, figures/forums representative of the local community, Department of Education and Culture, as well as partners of education units that are used as research objects in PKBM Pondok Hijau Pontianak, and research results more emphasis on meaning than generalization. The results obtained from this study are 1) planning for the implementation of management standards has met the maximum achievement according to the PKBM unit accreditation assessment rubric; 2) implementation of management standards still need to be more intensively involved with related parties; 3) supervision of<br />the implementation of management standards has not met the maximum achievement according to the accreditation guidelines; and 4) reports on the implementation of management standards meet the maximum achievements according to the rubric of accreditation assessment for PKBM clusters, both the results of activities and finances are reported in full per activity, submitted periodically to the relevant parties.</p>

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kurikulum Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat/PKBM berbasis qur’an pada Qur’anic School Kota Surakarta. Tujuan tersebut berangkat dari keinginan lembaga yang semula berada di jalur pendidikan formal dan selanjutnya berkehendak untuk menjalankan pendidikan di jalur non formal dengan jenis Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat/PKBM agar peminatan pada pendalaman program-program khusus seperti tahfidzul qur’an, bahasa arab dan muatan pendidikan Islam dapat dikembangkan bagi peserta didik yang saat ini berada pada jenjang usia sekolah dasar. Pembentukan PKBM ini harus disertai dengan perencanaan kelengkapan lembaga, salah satunya adalah kurikulum. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kurikulum PKBM berbasis Qur’an. Dengan metode Reasearch and Development/RnD, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain Pembelajran Model ADDIE dengan skema membentuk siklus Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation serta Evaluation. Pengembangan kurikulum PKBM dilakukan dengan  kajian memperoleh peta kebutuhan atau permasalahan PKBM yaitu pengembangan Kurikulum Qur’anic School. Design, membuat kurikulum PKBM berbasis Qur’an dengan berdasarkan pada kurikulum Nasional yang dilengkapi dengan muatan-muatan kekhasan Quranic School. Development, mengembangkan design yang telah dibuat menjadi kurikulum PKBM berbasis Quran yang disertai dengan uji validasi yang melibatkan pakar dan stake holder terkait. Implementasi, melakukan uji coba terhadap kelompok terbatas yaitu PKBM QS dalam menerapkan kurikulum yang telah dibuat pada satu kelas ujicoba. Evaluasi, melakukan penilaian terhadap hasil ujicoba kelompok terbatas dari tahapan sebelumnya. CURRICULUM OF COMMUNITY LEARNING ACTIVITIES CENTER BASED ON QUR'AN Abstract This research was conducted with the objective of developing a curriculum for a Quran-based Community Learning Activity Center or PKBM at the Quranic School in Surakarta. The goal rose from the intention of an institution that was originally in the formal education pathway and subsequently wished to carry out education in the non-formal pathway with the type of Community Learning Activity Center or PKBM. This non-formal education specialized in deepening special programs such as tahfidzul qur'an, Arabic and Islamic educational content which can be developed for students who are currently at the primary school age level. The establishment of this PKBM must be accompanied by a complete planning of the institution that is curriculum. This research was conducted to develop a Qur'an-based PKBM curriculum. With the Research and Development / RnD method, this research was conducted with the ADDIE learning model design with a scheme of forming a Analysis cycle, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. PKBM curriculum development is carried out by conducting a study to obtain a map of PKBM needs or problems, namely the development of the Qur'anic School curriculum. The design is making a Qur'an-based PKBM curriculum which is based on the National curriculum and equipped with the specific contents of the Quranic School. While the development is improving a design that has been made into a Quran-based PKBM curriculum accompanied by a validation test involving experts and related stakeholders. In the implementation, conducting trials on limited groups, namely PKBM QS curriculum that has been made in one trial class. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pemberdayaan perempuan dan pengarusutamaan gender melalui layanan pendidikan masyarakat pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei, teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut. (1) Layanan program pendidikan masyarakat yang paling banyak diikuti oleh responden adalah pendidikan kesetaraan (61,4%), dan jenis kelamin responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan (75,8%). (2) Pemberdayaan perempuan dan pengarusutamaan gender melalui pendidikan masyarakat (61,5%). (3) Model pemberdayaan perempuan dan pengarusutamaan gender melaui pendidikan masyarakat, dipandang strategis dengan pengintegrasian berbagai program yang direncanakan oleh pemerintah dengan program life skill sehingga akan menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang berakhalak mulia, cerdas, terampil dan mandiri. Kata Kunci: model pemberdayaan perempuan, layanan Pendidikan masyarakat A MODEL OF WOMAN EMPOWERMENT AND GENDER MAINSTREMING THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY LEARNING ACTIVITY CENTER Abstract: This study was aimed to describe a model of woman empowerment and gender mainstreaming through the community educational service in the community learning activity center in Greater Jakarta Special Capital Region. This study employed the survey method. The data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed using the descriptive statistics. The findings showed the following: (1) the community educational program service mostly joined by the respondents was the equality education (61.4%), and most of the respondents were female (75.8%). (2) The woman empowerment and gender mainstreaming was carried out through the community education (61.5%). (3) The model of woman empowerment and gender mainstreaming through the community education is considered as being strategic with the integration of various programs planned by the government with the life skill program to produce human resources with the good character, being intelligent, skillful, and self-dependent. This study aimed to analyze the role of the Community Learning Activity Center in Overcoming Social Problems. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. It is collecting data in this study using the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample in this study used a multiple-stage random sampling method—data analysis techniques through data collection, data presentation reduction, and concluding. The main focus of the Community Learning Activity Center in this study were three main Community Learning Activity Centers, namely: 1) Jembar Kabisa Community Learning Center; 2) Guna Darma Community Learning Center; and 3) Cigembong Community Learning Center. Based on the data and research analysis, it can be concluded that the Community Learning Activity Center in Sumedang district is the Jembar Kabisa Community Learning Activity Center; Guna Darma Community Learning Center; and the Cigembong Community Learning Activity Center to overcome poverty through non-formal education in the form of valuable and practical programs, while other activities in the development and community empowerment sector exist but are still not optimal.

This article argues that building a Community Learning Activity Center through a spiritual model can be developed in West Kalimantan for the strengthening of spiritual values. By exposing and simultaneously evaluating the concept of the current Community Learning Activity Center coaching model through Talcott Parsons functionalism to consider how individuals and communities integrate into a social system, and the concept of spiritual model and spiritual intelligence ala Danah Zohar as a form of value- spiritual values and higher goals in the lives of studying citizens, the model of empowerment through the development of spiritual models needs to be placed in a sociological, social and pedagogical setting for access to educational resources and the political system. Issues and issues of Community Learning Activity Center are never separated from human resources and local identity (identity politics), and individual and group characters. Voluntaristic displacements accept norms and social values as such, humans are actively involved in social exchanges. Likewise, one-dimensional changes, individual identities are liquid and multidimensional.

One of the factors that support the progress of a nation is the participation of women in community development. Educated women are crucial aspects in improving the quality of human resources. The government together with the community, have responsibilities and play an essential role in facilitating educational activities for women. Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM), as an institution established and managed by the society to increase knowledge, skills, expertise and talents, is responsible for preparing community members to be more independent in meeting their needs, especially in the program for marginalized women empowerment. Among the programs, Women's Life Skills Education Program (PKHP) presents as an alternative solution to provide facilities for women to grow. Many researchers documented the activities in this program and published them in Community Service journals or scientific journals. Therefore, the current study would shed light on the efforts they made by implementing a literature study. By analysing using narrative synthesis studies, the findings reported on diverse activities that were created to develop women’s life skills by utilizing the local natural resource potential as well as the methods of delivery and prospected outcomes. This study also provides some practical implications and future recommendations.

The purpose of this study is to assist the teaching and learning process of administrative services and financial reporting in community learning activity centers with a well-integrated system. The data used are primary data. The data collection method used is direct observation on the research object, namely PKBM Patrakomala and PKBM Hiama. The method of analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis with the design based on web technology and MySQL for the database. The results in this study are that administrative services and financial reporting at PKBM use a well-integrated system so as to produce accountable and accurate financial reporting.

In accordance with the Education Service Circular No. 4 of 2020 related to Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, PKBM Smart Bangun Negeri developed learning methods through online methods, which in this case were accompanied by a community service team from the Indraprasta PGRI university. The abdimas team created a virtual learning room with the Moodle platform that was tailored to the learning needs of the Smart Bangun Negeri PKBM. As a result of this abdimas, PKBM Smart Bangun Negeri can organize learning in accordance with the learning standards of the BSNP (National Education Standards Agency) through virtual learning spaces on the Moodle platform.

This research is motivated by the success of the participants in achieving the goal of developing knowledge and skills about computers.  The existence of the Putri Gumanti Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) through computer training programs helps to realize the wishes of participants in achieving the program implementation goals provided by the institution.  The research approach is qualitative, with the type of case study research.  Sources of data in this study consisted of training participants as subjects, and instructors and managers as informants.  Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation.  Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The data validity technique uses source triangulation and method triangulation.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) The trainees are active and enthusiastic in listening to the instructor in delivering the material;  (2) The instructor provides space for participants to ask questions, have opinions, discuss and work together in the learning process, the effort is made so that the participants are active in participating in the training;  (3) In carrying out the practice the participants help each other if someone is having difficulties;  (4) The use of varied methods is considered very effective in the implementation of the training so that participants do not get bored easily.
