This study aimed to analyze the planning, implementation, assessment, and characteristics of the global citizen project learning model in civic education learning. This study used qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques and data sources were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results and discussion in this article indicated that the planning of a global citizen project learning model was carried out by preparing a learning planning design that includes approaches, methods, models, media, and learning evaluations. The implementation of the global citizen project learning model was carried out with the concept of blended learning in two meetings based on the syntax of the global citizen project learning model consisting of topic determination, project design, implementation, evaluation, and publication. The assessment of the learning model of the global citizen project was carried out using observation sheets, written and oral test formats, as well as the observation sheet format for evaluating the results of global citizen project products. There are six characteristics of the global citizen project learning model in civic education learning, i.e. developing religious attitudes of faith, piety, and character; tolerance; global insight; critical, creative, and innovative thinking; collaboration and communication, and media literacy.

This study aimed to see the effect of an integrated Islamic learning model that combines general education, religious education, and skills into one Islamic learning model for children in Class II Correctional Institutions. This research employed the qualitative-descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were 21 children in conflict with the law in Class IIA Curup Correctional Institution. The data were collected using a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation with data triangulation analysis techniques. The integrated Islamic learning model combines five activities tailored to the needs of the children in conflict with the law in class IIA Curup Correctional Institution. The five activities were carried out with the help of correctional institution’s stakeholders, religious figures who taught fiqh of worship, teachers of general subjects, police officers who taught civic education, teachers who taught soft skills to make pots, and counselors who conducted individual and group counseling. As a result, All activities provided positive influence. This finding proves that the integrated Islamic learning model can support the children in conflict with the law’s development program.

This study aims to know and examine more deeply about the implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency, knowing and deepening about the character values implanted in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The location of research is in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Pemangkat Sambas Regency using primary data source and sekuder is the technique of analyzing data used interview and documentation, data analysis is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas Regency implemented in three stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow up. Priority character values are character values that must be instilled by educators in science learning activities. Character values in the priorities embedded include honest values, discipline, hard work and responsibility.

Abstract: The objectives of this study are to describe the existing civic education learning, develop the model of civic education learning, and measure the effectiveness of the model of civic education learning based on the local wisdom. This research and development study was carried out in three stages, i.e., preliminary study, development, and model effectiveness test. The data in this study were collected through interview and observation. The results of the research are, first, there are strength, weaknesses, chances, and obstacles in civic education learning. Second, the development of the model of civic education learning based on the local wisdom is presented in the form of the syntax of learning model through the practice of cooperative learning of Problem Based Learning and Value Clarification. Third, the model of civic education learning can be categorized as “effective” based on the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The model of civic education learning based on the local wisdom is able to improve the score of character and nation identity by 80% and the mastery learning at least 75%. Keywords: effectiveness of learning model, local wisdom, civics learning MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL SEBAGAI STRATEGI REVITALISASI NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA Abstrak: Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemataan pembelajaran PKn yang tengah berlangsung selama ini, pengembangan model pembelajaran PKn, dan efektivitas model pembelajaran PKn berbasis kearifan lokal. Data diperoleh melalui penelitian pengembangan, dimulai dari studi pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan uji efektivitas model. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, pertama, dalam pembelajaran PKn terdapat kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Kedua, pengembangan model pembelajaran PKn berbasis kearifan lokal dikemas dalam sintak model pembelajaran, melalui praktik pembelajaran kooperatif Problem Based Learning dan Value Clarification. Ketiga, model pembelajaran PKn tergolong efektif berdasarkan kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Model pembelajaran PKn berbasis kearifan lokal mampu meningkatkan skor karakter dan jati diri bangsa sebesar 80% serta ketuntasan belajar sekurang-kurangnya 75%. This research was motivated by lack of civics student learning outcomes. Low learningoutcomes are caused by: (a) students do not really follow civics and they talk to each othersawaktu teacher explains the lesson; (B) students are not active in learning; (C) if the teacherasking questions, very few students who answered; and (d) very few students were askedabout the learning that has not been understood, in addition to the learning activities in theclassroom dominated by teachers and children are much more powerful. This study aims toimprove learning outcomes civics through cooperative learning model NHT. This study is aclass action, which was conducted in 018 primary schools Ukui 1 Subdistrict Ukui. This studyfocused on students' learning outcomes data civics. Based on the results of the study revealedthat the civic education learning outcomes of students has increased. This is evidenced by:Improved student learning outcomes at the preliminary data the number of students who passare 15 students (50%), increasing in the first cycle increased to 26 students (87%) and incycle II further increased up to 27 students (90 %).

The background of this study is the low result belaja fifth grade science students at SDN 021Tanjung Palas, out of 25 students only 8 students (32.00%), rendahnnya learning outcomes iscaused by: (a) students lack enthusiasm in learning; (b) students are not able to answerquestions that are of reason; (c) teachers do not involve students actively in learning; (d) lessthan the maximum in using props; and (e) the level of students' understanding of the subjectmatter IPA is still low. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), this study aims todescribe the results of learning through the use of learning model CTL. The subjects werestudents of class V A 021 SDN Tanjung Palas. This study was conducted by two cycles.Improved learning outcomes in terms of four categories, namely absorption, the effectivenessof learning, mastery learning completeness students both individual and classicalcompleteness and thoroughness of learning outcomes. The instrument used for data collectionis an oral test and a written test in the form of worksheets that do after the learning process.The results showed that the learning outcomes of science students has increased at eachcycle, as shown by the acquisition of mastery learning students, the first cycle the number ofstudents who pass are 15 students or 60% and the second cycle the number of students whopass are 22 students or 88% , It can be concluded that through CTL learning model canimprove learning outcomes a fifth grade science students at SDN 021 Tanjung Palas.

The purpose of this study was to describe: 1) How to implement civic education and learning to develop a democratic attitude and learning participation; 2) How to design a civic education learning model based on controversial issues in the mass media to develop a democratic attitude and student learning participation; 3) Based on the public To what extent can the civic education learning model of media controversial issues develop democratic attitudes and student participation in learning? It is indeed necessary to consider adopting appropriate learning methods to improve and discover students’ understanding of the knowledge conveyed by the teacher. Learning model Problem-based learning or problem-based learning is a student-oriented or student-centered learning model. Problem-based learning models have methods to deal with real-life problems, and this learning emphasizes problem-solving investigation activities. This research is a scientific paper. When using a problem-based learning learning model, a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological description type is used to describe the learning process extensively and deeply. By paying attention to and analyzing the focus of reality or field experience that occurs on the research object. The object of the study is the students of HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University, and the standard of study is the students participating in the civic education seminar.

This research aims to develop valid, practical, and effective science learning material using project learning model to facilitate creative thinking skills on object motion in junior high school. Design of the development are used follow 4D model desin. The learning kit being validated by experts are syllabus, lesson plan, student work sheet, handout, and creative thinking question. The objective of this research was to trial learning materials in 39 grade VIII students in SMPN 31 Surabaya with One Group Pretest Postes Design. The results were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The result were obtained shows that the developed learning materials are: (1) Validity of learning material valid category (3,58); (2) Practicality based on: a) Feasibility of instruction good category (3,9); b) Readability of worksheets and student’s book students stating that the content and appearance of worksheets and student’s book good category; (3) Effectiveness based on: a) Student’s activities high category (93%); b) Result of creative thinking students increased with medium category (N-Gain: 0,62), result of creative thinking students increased with medium category (N-Gain:0,674) in fluency thinking aspect, result of creative thinking students increased with high category (N-Gain:0,726) in flexible thinking aspect, result of creative thinking students increased with medium category (N-Gain:0,531) in original thinking aspect, and result of creative thinking students increased with medium category (N-Gain:0,530) in elaboration thinking aspect; c)The response of students very positively (92%). The conclusion of this research that science learning material developed base on project learning model valid, practical, and effective to facilitate student’s creative thinking in junior high school. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaranIPA model proyek yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP materi gerak benda. Rancangan pengembangan yang digunakan mengikuti rancanagn model 4D. Perangkat  pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi Silabus, RPP, Handout siswa, LKP, dan Soal berpikir kreatif. Sasaran penelitian adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang diujicobakan pada 39 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 31 Surabaya dengan rancangan menggunakan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan: (1) Validitas perangkat kategori valid (3,58); (2) Kepraktisan perangkat yang meliputi: a) Keterlaksanaan baik (3,9); b)Keterbacaan Handout dan LKP baik; (3) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi: a) Aktivitas siswa dengan kategori tinggi (93%); b) Hasil berpikir kreatif siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori sedang (N-Gain: 0,62), pada aspek berpikir lancar (fluent) mengalami peningkatan berkategori sedang (N-Gain: 0,674), berpikir luwes (flexible) mengalami peningkatan berkategori tinggi (N-Gain: 0.726), berpikir orisinal (original) mengalami peningkatan berkategori sedang (N-Gain: 0,531), dan berpikir terperinci (elaboration) mengalami peningkatan berkategori sedang (N-Gain: 0,530); c) Respon siswa terhadap perangkat dan model pembelajaran sangat positif (92%). Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPA model proyek valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP.

This reseacrh aims to determine the effect of the Missouri Mathematics Project learning model on the ability to think cretaively in mathematics in class VIII junior high school students in the estuary of students in the estuary of 2018/2019 academic year two-variable linearequation system (SPLDV). Jenis type of research used is true experimental design in the form of Pre-test and Post-test design. The population used was all students of class VIII of  Muara Beliti state junior high school, consistingof 295 students and as a sample was class VIII.6 with 30 students as dick classes and VIII.8 with 31 students as experimental classes. The data collection was carried out using a test technique in the form of four essay questions with a maximum score of 20. Based on the resultd of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the students creative mathematical thinking ability were obtained  then  is rejected and is accepted, it means that the average score of students cerative thinking ability using the Missouri Mathematics Project learning model is more than the average score of students creative thinking ability using conventional learning, namely in the experimental class at 12.97 and in the control class at 5.47.
