This study aims to know and examine more deeply about the implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency, knowing and deepening about the character values implanted in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The location of research is in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Pemangkat Sambas Regency using primary data source and sekuder is the technique of analyzing data used interview and documentation, data analysis is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that implementation of character education in science learning in MIN Pemangkat Sambas Regency implemented in three stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow up. Priority character values are character values that must be instilled by educators in science learning activities. Character values in the priorities embedded include honest values, discipline, hard work and responsibility.

This research aims to analyse the values of education contained in the movie "Spare Parts" which can be used as a source in the aspect of education in everyday life. This type of research is the study of libraries, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data source on this study was to observe directly the movie "Spare Parts". Data collection techniques by watching, recording and studying literature. The results showed that there were character education values contained in the film Spare Parts. The values of character education in the movie Spare Parts can be understood from the dialogue and scenes played by the players. Spare Parts Movie has many meanings about the character education in it, which the author of the Raangkum include the values of discipline, hard work, creative, curiosity, appreciating achievement, friendly/communicative. The meaning of the FIM will be very relevant in education, especially in Indonesia, that is a character education. This Film can be used as a learning medium aimed at character building.

Objectives in this study to describe the concept of character education in the movie Super 30. The research, which is a library research using the primary data source of the film Super 30 Vikas Bahl in 2019. Thus the method of data collection is documentation research Methode, while the analysis of data using content analyze from the contents of the film, then poured in a qualitative descriptive consisting of three activities, namely data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion retrieval as well as data verification. The results of this study pointed out that (1) the concept of character education developed in the film Super 3 applies the value of modesty, responsibility, discipline, compassion, friendship, independence, hard work, and cooperation; and (2) methods used include methods of advice, habituation, and Solicit.

With the advent of Common Core-based assessments, and resulting concerns about academic achievement, more and more students may require the level of instructional intensity tutoring affords. The extent of knowledge regarding the discourse that occurs within the tutoring context is, however, limited. As a result, it is difficult to envision and implement a protocol that incorporates responsive tutor/tutee interaction. This article describes an analysis of discourse patterns that occur as a tutor responded to student difficulty. The study is framed using Bakhtin’s concept of dialogue—the ways in which interactions are influenced by the joint speaker/listener identity that is characteristic of interlocutors—and the way this played out in a dialogic instructional context. Excerpts from eight previous tutoring studies served as a foundation for the present research. The primary data source for the analysis was start-to-finish audio-recordings of 40 hours of instruction with two fourth grade readers. After preliminary open coding, overarching categories such as questioning, providing information, and demonstrating strategy use—and more detailed codes within these categories—were applied to the transcripts. Major findings demonstrated that: (a) the tutor’s moves were varied and balanced and differed somewhat from child to child, (b) some interactional sequences appeared more effective than others depending on the topic and child, and (c) interactions in this setting differed in important ways from those found in the research literature. I argue here that the dialogic characteristics of tutor/tutee interactions served the children involved and should serve as the basis for additional tutoring protocols.

<p>This paper examines the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character and social care in Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative, located in the Nurul Huda mosque, the largest mosque in Bajoe, the capital of Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency. The primary data source is obtained from the management of the Assembly Taklim Nurul Huda, secondary data obtained from a variety of relevant posts. Data were collected through interviews and observations as well as document searches, so that the research instruments were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation tools. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character was seen in the members and the surrounding community having a deep faith, diligent worship, and noble character. Meanwhile, the positive impact of the development of the Majelis Taklim in shaping the character of social care can be seen in the existence of various activities in facilitating social activities.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, menguraikan horizon harapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, dan memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer mengacu pada objek penelitian, yaitu novel Le Petit Prince, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teks-teks yang memuat tanggapan pembaca novel Le Petit Prince yang terdiri atas 20 orang yang terdapat pada media massacetak dan elektronik, termasuk internet. Instrumen penelitian berupa tabel-tabel isian yang mengaitkan pembaca, tanggapan pembaca, dan horizon harapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan dalam tiga poin. Pertama, seluruh pembaca menanggapi atau menilai positif unsur tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, teknik penceritaan, bahasa, dan isi novel Le Petit Prince. Kedua, harapan sebagian besar pembaca sebelum membaca novel Le Petit Prince sesuai dengan kenyataan ke sembilan unsur di dalam novel LePetit Prince sehingga pembaca dapat dengan mudah menerima dan memberikan pujian pada novel tersebut. Ketiga, faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca selain perbedaan stressing unsur yang ditanggapi juga karena perbedaan pengetahuan tentang sastra, pengetahuan tentang kehidupan dan pengalaman membaca karya sastra.(This study aims to describe the readers’ responses to the novel Le Petit Prince, the readers' horizon of hope for the novel Le Petit Prince, and the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons. This study included a type of qualitative descriptive study. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source refers to the object of the research, the Le Petit Prince novel, while the secondary data is in the form of texts that contain the readers' responses of Le Petit Prince's novels consisting of 20 people, which are contained in print and electronic mass media including the internet. The research instrument is in the form of tables that link readers, readers' responses, and expectation horizons. Data is collected by means of observations and data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, all readers respond or positively assess the elements of the theme, plot, character, setting, point of view, language style, storytelling techniques, language, and contents of the Le Petit Prince novel. Second, the hope of most readers before reading the Le Petit Prince novel is in accordance with the reality of the nine elements in the novel Le Petit Prince so that readers can easily receive and give praise to the novel. Third, the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons in addition to differences in elemental stressing are also responded to because of differences in knowledge about literature, knowledge of life and the experience of reading literature.)

AbstractSufistic Aspects in the Novel Asmaraloka by Danarto.The purpose of the research inthis thesis is to reveal the sufistic aspects in the novel Asmaraloka by Danarto. Danartois one of the writers who influential in the development of Sufistic literature inIndonesia. Using central themes related to transcendental experience is the inherentcharacteristic of Danarto. By looking at the concept of Danarto's authorship closelyrelated to Tasawuf or Sufism, the Asmaraloka novel cannot be separated from the bondbetween the lover and the Highest Creator. With the setting of a mirage war, Danartocriticizes human nature who are always easy to fight with each other just because ofdifferences. Prolonged war turmoil is as a description of the search for the meaning ofhuman nature. This research is qualitative descriptive research using a Sufistic literaryapproach and assisted by the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes which refers to theavailable signs and markers in the text, which have a correlation to the things outside.The method used is a content analysis method that helps researchers to focus onsubstantial discussions from primary sources supported by secondary data sources. Theprimary data source of this study was the novel Asmaraloka by Danarto which was republishedby Diva Press in 2016. Mengangkat tema-tema sentral yang berkaitan denganpengalaman transendental menjadi ciri khas yang melekat pada Danarto. Denganmelihat konsep kepengarangan Danarto yang lekat dengan tasawuf atau sufisme, novelAsmaraloka tidak lepas dari ikatan antara sang pencinta dan Yang Maha Pencipta.Berlatar cerita perang fatamorgana, Danarto mengkritisi sifat manusia yang selalumudah bertikai satu sama lainnya hanya karena masalah perbedaan. Kemelut perangyang berkepanjangan sebagai gambaran pencarian makna hakikat manusia. Penelitianini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatankonsep sastra sufistik, tasawuf dan dibantu teori semiotik dari Roland Barthes yangmengacu pada tanda maupun petanda yang ada dalam teks, yang memiliki korelasipada hal yang berada diluarnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis isiyang membantu peneliti untuk fokus pada pembahasan yang substansial dari sumberprimer yang didukung oleh sumber data sekunder. Adapun sumber data primer daripenelitian ini adalah novel Asmaraloka karya Danarto yang diterbitkan ulang olehDiva Press pada tahun 2016. Community empowerment is the effort to create and improve the capacity of the community both individually and groups in solving various problems related to efforts for improve the quality of life, independence and prosperity. Community empowerment can be done through the various ways and one of them through the growth and development. This research was conducted in Wisata Edukasi Imah Noong, Kampung Areng Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The method of this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection method used is field observation, interview and documentation. Primary data source obtained from purposive sampling. Then from the results of this research be obtained a conclusion of action or activities of the community in the implementation of the concept of community empowerment approach through development of tourism, namely strengthening the capacity and role of society, strengthening access and business opportunities, and strengthening of tourism awareness.

Tarekat and Sufism are often used as scapegoats for the Islam declining issue. The concepts of zuhud, fakir, and tawakal are considered to alienate the activities of tarekat from worldly life, so that life is a way of fatalist life and away from the world. This fatalistic teaching adopted by Sufism is considered as the prior cause of cultural poverty among Muslims. The followers of tarekat and Sufism are identified with poverty and slum life. However, it is different from the Tarekat Shiddiqiyah in Jombang Regency which is engaged in business and many members do business and become entrepreneurs. This research is literature research using qualitative descriptive method. The primary data source of this study is murshid’s writings of the tarekat Shiddiqiyah, published books of the tarekat and the official page of the Shiddiqiyah. The focus of this research is: 1). how is the economic culture of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah and 2). What is the economic framework of the Sufi perspective of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah. The location of this study is in the tarekat Shiddiqiyah Jombang in East Java. The results of this study are: 1) The fundamental of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah economic culture is as follows: understanding of zuhud which does not have to stay away from the worldly life , Religion cannot be separated from humanitarian activities, business obligations, disgrace of lazy people and begging, suggestions for helping another human beings and business activities are Jihad fi sabilillah. 2). Shiddiqiyyah's economic activities include business activities and social activities in the form of charity and community economic empowerment. 3). The Sufi economic framework of the tarekat Shiddiqiyyah perspective is: 1). Tawhid is the basis and purpose of economic activity, which includes tauhid al-mashdar and tauhid al-ghayah. 2). Sharia as an instrument of economic activity; and 3). Zuhud as a spirit of economic activity. Zuhud will lead to economic independence, and the charity. Charity in Sufi view will lead to a blessed economy. Key words: Sufi economy, economic culture, tarekat.

Research on the use of language, sentence, the content of pornography and connotations of pornography, and the content of character education in the campursari song text are aimed to describing at: (1) language, (2) sentence variations, (3)  pornographic content and pornographic connotations, and (4) content character education in the campursari song text. This study included qualitative descriptive research. The research data are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. The data source for this study is ten songs downloaded from the internet. The results of the study: (1) ten songs analyzed by nine song texts used Javanese as the title and one song used the Javanese language and Indonesian language. Of the ten songs, all song texts use Javanese, there are mixed Indonesian language codes into Javanese, mixed Javanese language codes and English into Indonesian, Indonesian language code switching to Javanese, and there are letters written that violate General Guidelines Enhanced Javanese Spelling (PUEBJYD), (2) the use of sentences consists of: (a) declarative sentences, (b) interrogative sentences, and (c) imperative sentences, (3) there are six songs containing pornography and connotations of pornography, and (4) the value of prominent character education is creative, besides that it is a violation of polite and religious values.
