This study examines in depth the academic anxiety that has arisen among academics about the emergence of the phenomenon of women online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Malang. As we have realized, the emergence of female online motorcycle taxi drivers has grown along with the development of online transportation in the city of Malang. From the interview data obtained, starting in 2016 since online transportation has grown in Malang, at least almost 30% growth in recruitment of women online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research uses the case study method. The thesis of this research is the rise the opinion for the gender context itself that the rationality of professional voters as an online motorcycle taxi is not only from economic reasons alone but also the existence of social dynamics housing that occurs in the community. For Foucault, gender phenomena can be said to be a discourse that will later develop the concept of culture. Its idealism and romanticism, women need jobs not only as economic demands, but also gender shifts that women do not only take care of homework. James Coleman sees in the perspective rationality that the choice to be an online motorcycle taxi driver is a "Shortcut" to get money for women. In addition, this research should be able to be a further study of elite policymakers to make more attention to labor laws, especially those based on industrial revolution 4.0.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um021v4i22019p115

With the incredible growth of this category, the city hall along with the Office of Traffic and Public Transport (STTP) started a registry for these workers. Were detected three types of motorcycle taxi drivers: those registered, those who serve in private enterprise and the illegal ones. The activity comes as the possibility of work accessible to people with low education, requiring only a driver's license and the motorcycle. Thus the hypothesis that guides this study is based on the birth of the "Moto-taxi" category as a way to put men and women in the urban labor market.Keywords: Traffic. Motorcycle taxi. Work

Using heritage as a cultural artifact in city development is not new, but little has been explored about how urban heritage can be utilized as new generative value and a new planning instrument for the revival of cities. The purpose of this paper is to show the creative and the generative use of urban heritage, both for the extension of cultural and tourist offer of the city and for the improvement of the quality of life in physical, social and economic terms for the community. The case study method was used for the adaptive reuse of projects for heritage buildings and urban revival in Kikinda. We argue that urban heritage has to be used, bearing in mind its spatial, economic and social sustainability aspects, and become a generator of urban revival. We go beyond recognition of the value of heritage as a cultural artifact that should solely be preserved and used as a static element in urban development, and view it more as a dynamic asset for city revival processes. We found that for the heritage nodes to be utilized as the new generative value for the revival of cities, they have to be perceived from the network perspective, thus influencing the urban environment in a sustainable way.

This chapter takes a step back from Thailand and asks what the political experience of the motorcycle taxi drivers can offer to philosophy of praxis today. In particular, it focuses on three issues that the drivers’ life trajectories, their everyday life in the city, and their adoption of mobility, a characteristic and strength of post-Fordism capitalism, as a tool of political mobilization and a field of struggle raise. First, they invite us to a methodological reflection on the role of contradiction in political praxis; second, they urge us to reconsider where accumulation and the production of value is located in post-Fordist capitalism; and third, they call on us to use this analysis to locate points of least resistance and weak spots on which political pressure can be most effectively applied.

Advancement in the innovation world, robotics and artificial intelligence as well as heavily globally-connected world among others has led to the impetus of Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). Hence, work opportunities that exist today might not be available in the future as there is a huge possibility that they might be taken over by machines. This could result in job scarcity. Therefore, the challenge now is to prepare our students with the necessary skills to stay relevant and needed in the job market of the future. The ability to think on the higher level is amplified with IR 4.0. So, it is only wise to teach, train and prepare the students with this skill now. This paper shares the findings of a larger study on how the Critical Thinking Module  (CTM) is able to assist higher order thinking (HOTs) among the students in Literature Classes. This research employs case study method and the subjects were selected using purposive sampling. The CTM focuses on the students’ ability to analyse, synthesise and evaluate. The activities included in CTM are everyday activities that will be able to be carried out in an hour and ten minutes period.  All of the activities are student-centered and highlight on the importance of group work whereby discussion, collaboration and cooperation are vital. Data were gathered through test scripts and class observation. The participants were 9 students from a cluster school in Ipoh. They were observed for 18 weeks and the result of the study revealed that the students were better at HOTs verbally compared to written. The case study suggests the CTM is capable of aiding the students to think on the higher level.

The character of Islam needs to be nurtured early on in overcoming increasingly degrading moral degradation. One of the educational institutions that has a big role in fostering character is pesantren. Pesantren Kreatif IHAQI Boarding School Bandung is one of the pesantren educational institutions present in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 that applies da'wah pattern method in the learning process. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Boarding School. The results of the study illustrate that this pesantren has a typical management of learning methods, namely applying da'wah pattern methods in the learning process.  At the planning stage, this method is considered to have been planned carefully, it is seen by the implementation stage that is constructed and systematic. As for the implementation stage, this method is considered to have been carried out effectively. However, in the covid-19 situation, implementation becomes hampered so that cooperation between educators and learners in developing this method of da'wah pattern becomes reduced. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the use of da'wah pattern method in learning in IHAQI Boarding School Creative Boarding School is enough to give a very deep impression to all learners to bequeath Islamic values. So that all learners are able to increase their potential, both related to cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects. These aspects are very important to note the development through process evaluation and evaluation of results carried out by educators in the learning process. Thus good management will have an impact on achieving learning objectives.
