Objectives: We calculate the coupling coordination degree between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province from 2008 to 2019. Methods: In this study, the coupling coordination degree model is constructed and the calculation is carried out based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Results: (1) The degree of coupling coordination between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan province is generally on the rise from 2008 to 2019. (2) From 2013 to 2019, the development of modern logistics industry and regional economy in Hunan Province has been in a state of "high-level coordination". The 19th National Congress clearly put forward high-quality development. From 2018 to 2019, the degree of coupled and coordinated development between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province showed a state of "high-level coordination". According to this conclusion, Combined with the "three highs and four new" strategy and the urban requirements of the new development concept in Hunan Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the modern logistics industry in Hunan Province and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy with high quality.

China’s economy has stepped up from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality development stage. With the high-quality development of the economy, the logistics industry is bound to move towards high-quality development. By establishing the index system of high-quality economic development and logistics, this work has measured their high-quality development level and analyzed their coupling coordination degree by using the coupling coordination model. The results show that there are great regional differences in high-quality economic development, high-quality logistics development and their coupling coordination degree in China. In the areas with high-quality economic development, the logistics industry is not necessarily high quality, and the coupling coordination degree between the logistics industry and high-quality economic development is generally not high. The main reason for this is that the coordination between the logistics industry and high-quality economic development is poor. While vigorously improving the high-quality level of the logistics industry, it should strengthen the high-quality connection between the logistics industry and the economy, so as to form a situation of mutual promotion and common development.

Abstract Background：The high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin has to be fostered by the coordination of resources, environment, and economy. Therefore, conducting an analysis on the coupling level of resources, environment, and economy in the Yellow River Basin is of major significance to the research on its high-quality development path. Methods：Based on the data of the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2004 to 2017, a coupling development model is constructed for an analysis of the coupling level in this area and a modeling prediction. A comprehensive evaluation of the development level of Resources-Environment-Economy system and the subsystems in the Yellow River Basin is performed by combining the range change method and entropy weight method. Results：The result shows that despite the rising coupling level of resources, environment, and economy in the Yellow River Basin, the comprehensive evaluation value of the environment subsystem is low, which was merely 0.109 in 2017 and has remained unchanged between 2009 and 2017, resulting in a low coupling coordination degree of Resources-Environment-Economy. In 2017, the coupling coordination degree was only 0.454. The development was on the verge of imbalance and the high-quality coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin has been restricted. The simulated prediction indicates that the coordinated development of Resources-Environment-Economy in the Yellow River Basin can only be realized by overcoming the disadvantages of the ecological and economic systems. Conclusions：When the comprehensive evaluation value of environmental subsystem increases by 0.2 and that of economic subsystem increases by 0.1, all the systems are just coordinated; when the comprehensive evaluation value of each subsystem reaches 0.65, the development of the systems of Resources-Environment-Economy in the Yellow River Basin are well coordinated.

Abstract Background: In the new era, the situation of medical education in China has undergone significant and profound changes. Medical universities not only carry the historical mission of providing multidisciplinary talent support for the modernization of education, but also are endowed with the tasks and requirements of holding high quality medical education and promoting the construction of Health China. Objective To state the theory of medical education in the new era, this paper analyzes the problems existing in medical education of China's comprehensive universities, and gives the countermeasures and ideas of medical education development. Method: By using literature research, illustrating with examples, conclusion and reasoning methods to analyze and illustrate.Result: This paper interprets the connotation of high-quality development of medical education in the new era, thinks about the current situation features of domestic medical education such as the multilateral exploration of management mode of comprehensive university medical education, lists the main problems in medical education, and discusses the ideas and countermeasures to solve these problems in the future.Conclusion: The reform and development of medical education need to further improve the top-level design, and obtain the understanding and support from stakeholders. The comprehensive university should consider putting medical personnel training in the vision of Health China construction. Under the guidance of the national macro policy of holding high-level undergraduate education, it is imperative to persist in problem-oriented principle and make efforts to reform, using information technology to promote the sharing of educational resources among schools and form a synergy in medical education.

This paper studies the coordinated development of Beijing's population, resources, environment, economic and society. With the rapid development of the city, Beijing’s population, society and economic is getting more and more contradictive against its resources and environment, under which circumstance a scientific study on the coordinated development is urgently required. This essay is based on the data of last 10 years of Beijing, and formulates a PREES model of the PREES model in Beijing. This study uses the method of principal component analysis via SPSS, establishes the coordination degree evaluation system of Beijing’s population, resources, environment, economic and society, and runs an empirical analysis afterward. This essay calculates the coordination degree of Beijing’s population, resources, environment, economic and society, analyzes and studies the main issues in Beijing’s coordinated development, and gives relative suggestions.

It was necessary to study the coordinated development of affordable housing and commercial housing. In this article, it used the Principal Component Analysis to calculate the development indexes of affordable housing and commercial housing. Then it established a model, adopting the Euclidean distance index method for their coordinated development, to identify their coordinated development degree. After analyzing their development coordination degrees, it draws the conclusion that the affordable housing development lagged behind commercial housing, and the coordination degree was on the decline, we should adopt appropriate policy measures for their coordinated development.
